In addition, there’s a sign on the elevator about pets and it is grammatically incorrect, and looks really stupid.

The room was clean and fine, but the garbages in the hallways were constantly overflowing with trash, and the property outside was filthy. Also the side door the building that is supposed to be accessible by room key only, did not lock and was accessible to anyone that opened it, which is unsafe.

At arrival I was notified there is no pool at the property, which was the only reason for booking this room. The lady at the desk said it’s been over a year since they no longer have a pool. I was very upset. The room is large and the kitchen is nice, but there were 2 bugs on the floor of the bathroom first thing. Plus the main door did not fully close- you can see out the door from the edges where it’s supposed to be closed so safety is a concern. And no extra blankets or pillows or anything for the spare bed. Not very impressed.

We stay in room 203 main issue the toilet. You would flush it and it would sound like a jake Brake on a truck. Excellent Experience

We had a wonderful experience staying at Candlewood Suites over the weekend. The room was large and had everything we needed. Our favorite part was the helpful staff. Jay and all the desk service employees were friendly, helpful, and accommodating. I will most definitely seek out other Candlewood Suites in the future.

The unit above me had kids and you could hear them running back and forth until the went to bed. My suggestion would be if you know kids are going to be in a room place them on the ground level. Also, my room was located next to the emergency staircase, every time someone accessed it and when the door closed it slammed and was very loud. I suggest the door closure needs to be adjusted. In addtion, most the the door handles in the staircase were in appearance broken. This should be addressed as a safety issuse. Finally, Im not a frequent traveler but when i went to adjust the HVAC unit and opened the access door on the unit to adust the temperature it just said on. To save multiple calls to the front desk, place a sticker indicating to adjust use thermostat on the wall.

I could hear the children runnning across the floor above me. Maybe if is known kids will be staying the ground level maybe best for their stay. Also, i was located next to the staircase exit door and everytime it was used it slammed closed and was very loud. I believe the closure needs to be adjusted to allow for the door to close slowly which will not be heard. In addition, serveral exit door handles appears to be broken. That could be a safety issue.

We booked an accessible room paying more for a walk in shower since I have leg issues. We did not receive that but got a hearing accessible room. We were told that we didn't book the correct room but when we showed them the picture on the website we were told they use the same pictures in all the room descriptions. We were offered \"ice cream and water\" to compensate us. It didn't help me get in the shower. There also was no sofa or recliner in the room. But a lot of empty space where on should have been. I sometimes have to sleep upright to relieve leg pain at night. This stay was not as advertised and no amount of ice cream would make it right.
I will never book a candlewood hotel again and will warn my friends not to so either.,

Great stay!

The stay was amazing and the gentleman who checked us in was very helpful as it was our first time in the area! Hotel is close to a lot of stores and restaurants, plenty of parking too! The only issue we had was room service didn’t come back at all during our three day stay but it honestly didn’t bother us that much as we really didn’t run out of stuff until our stay was over. Rooms were full of dishes and silverware if we needed them. Overall, great time because of the great stay!

Their website is misleading concerning the availability of handicapped wheelchair accessible rooms. I booked my reservation believing what was in the picture was true. However, when I arrived I was informed that the room was out of order! I later found out that the one of two wheelchair accessible rooms was booked for an extended period of time. First off how can you have a property with 4 floors and only two wheelchair accessible rooms with a roll in shower? The room I wound up with was a room for hearing impaired, with a grab bar and nothing more, no shower chair, nothing! I was only staying for two nights, but I was not happy! Additionally they were extremely short staffed, the front desk person was running around like maniac trying to take care of everything. It took us an hour to check in! Needless to say I won’t be returning to that hotel in the future!

The pillows and pillow cases had stains on them. There was a coffee machine in the lobby but no creamer or milk for it, just an empty vanilla coffeemate container next to it. When we asked the worker at the front desk, she went to look for more, but came back and said \"I guess we didn't get any in our shipment today.\"

This is a wonderful property. It is clean and well maintained. The staff are friendly and helpful. The only down sides are things that would be hard to control-some road noise can be heard from nearby Route 30. The access is tricky. Maybe a sign by the street to turn on? I had to go around twice to discover where to turn in. I would stay there again if I am ever in the area.

No extra blankets in the room so bring your own. Only 1 small trash can even with a stove and refrigerator. Did have shampoo, cream rinse, lotion, hand wash & makeup removal wipes (which I always think is smart since the towels are white). This is a pet friendly hotel so the stains near floors were evident. Happy to report there was not pet odors as in other hotels where have stayed. Very friendly staff

Some of the appliances in the room didn’t work. We called for maintenance to fix the overflowing toilet and they never came. We had left our blended there and called the next day and front end staff said they would call us and they didn’t. We ended up going there cause it was only the next day from when we stayed and come to find out the housekeeper took it and it was in her room. She never reported it and took it as if it was her’s

Do not stay here. It’s filthy and dank and wet left immediately. The room looked and felt like it hadn’t been cleaned in weeks or updated in decades. We left immediately and despite the front desk telling us we’d get a refund, the property manager refused to provide one.

Will not return.

The hallways smelled of cigarette smoke and at time could smell marijuana. Many of the rooms are dedicated to long term stays. Noisy through out the night. The front desk checked our room out early in the morning and housekeeping tried to come into our room twice within 5 min.

Short-staffed with someone who did not seem very experienced. It took over 20 minutes to get checked in.

Our room had been used. There was hair all over the sheets. The only available rooms to move to were queens size beds and we needed a king, so we asked for new sheets and changed them ourselves.

after all our issues with the room, there was no suggestions to help or reduce the cost of our room.

Nice hotel; enjoyed the kitchenette and the workout room. The staff was super friendly and helpful. The neg: The hotel close to an elevated busy highway that does create a lot of road noise thru the night. Also, a major issue on every sat morning (6ish): The church BLAST music for some parking lot workout. Apparently, they refuse to lower the volume and is an ongoing problem. If staying Friday night, make sure you don't face the church. (I guess they don't believe in 'Love thy neighbor')
