I had to pay a $100 security deposit that has not been returned to my account yet. I had already paid for my stay in full. The room was not very clean and the air conditioner was not working and in Celsius degrees upon arrival. Check out was at 11;00 am, but housekeeping was knocking on my door at 9:30 am, asking about check out? The mop and housekeeping cart were kept in front of my door way making it very hard to remove things from my room. We were continually getting asked about check out and basically hustled out of the room. My daughter and I checked out at 10:30. It really made the ending of our trip uncomfortable and rushed.

Once we pulled back the sheets to go to bed, we discovered that the pillowcases were heavily stained, and the bed sheets had hair, stains, and black marks all over them. I immediately contacted the live agent and requested a room or bed change. After waiting for an hour with no response, I reached out again. The agent informed me that she would follow up with the manager to have someone assist us.
After another 20 minutes passed, I called again and was asked if we could simply sleep on the dirty sheets for the night and have them changed the next day because they were short-staffed. I explained that we had checked in that same day and that it was unacceptable to sleep in stained and unsanitary bedding.
The representative then said she would contact someone and call me back. When she did, I was instructed to go to the front desk because fresh sheets had been left on a table near the live agent station for me to change the bed myself.
This entire experience was both ridiculous and unacceptable. Being expected to make my own bed after paying for a clean room, especially after multiple requests for assistance, was extremely disappointing and reflects very poor customer service

Only giving one star, because if I could zero or negative, I would. This place sucked and made me miserable after a long day.
This is my second time staying here, and I'm very disappointed in my visit this time compared to my last. This past visit, I was disgusted and will never come back now. First we get in, our sign in was done virtually. You could barely hear the person who was doing the sign in for you, and then it took forever to process. I was exhausted and wanted to get to my room. We FINALLY get out keycard, head to our room and we walk in to the room being warm. It was 80°+ outside and they didn't have the air on in the room. We went to sit on the beds, and noticed that the one bed was sitting on a fixed floor, which caused a loud bang noise every time you got in/out. The floors were uneven/dirty. Especially the bathroom floor, that was extremely damaged and you could tell there was water damage under the floor. We go to shower, there were only 2 towels for a family of FIVE. My reservation said there would be 5 of us, and they only gave us 2 towels. Couldn't call the front desk or housekeeping because not a single physical employee was present in the building. So we all had to share 2 towels. We finally get ready for bed, and continuous smell of cigarette smoke kept coming into the room and we noticed there was no smoke detector on the ceiling. Just very disgusting & not at all happy especially with brining my kids here.

The entire hotel smelled of cigarette smoke, despite getting a smoke free room. Upon arrival, there was only a virtual attendant there to help with check in, so I never saw an employee my arrival day. There wasn't enough parking at the hotel and I did not feel safe as outsiders were roaming in and out of the building while I was there.

I chose this hotel because breakfast was included, but unfortunately that ended up being one of the biggest disappointments of my stay. I tried making one of the self-serve waffles, and it tasted sour. I took a few more bites just to make sure I wasn’t imagining it or being overly picky, but it definitely seemed off, almost like the batter had spoiled.

Another issue was that my husband found a roach in our room. Thankfully he didn’t tell me until after we checked out because I’m terrified of roaches, but that’s obviously not something you want to find in a hotel room.

Overall, the property also felt a little rundown and a little dirty. The stay wasn’t terrible, but between the breakfast and the cleanliness concerns, I probably wouldn’t choose to stay here again.

Was not greeted by a person at the check in desk, instead I was greeted by a screen with an agent in a call center somewhere to check in. Room was clean-ish. Refrigerator was broken. Phone in the room did not work. Shortly after arriving I got the standard “welcome…text us if you need anything” text message. Mentioned we needed some more towels. No response. Eventually we went down and saw someone’s else getting their own towels from a cabinet so we grabbed some too. Breakfast left a lot to be desired. It was conveniently located right off the freeway. I would not stay again when visiting the area.

The check-in was done with a person who appeared remotely on a screen in the lobby. That was a new experience for me, but it was smooth.

Highlights: comfortable beds, fluffy towels, clean room

Low points: For breakfast, all I found available were 5 slices of white bread, 2 muffins & some yogurt. The facility was pretty noisy, too. Road noise from Route 30 was pretty evident.

Shower walls had dirty handprints and the shower would not close because both doors were weighted to the same side. The curtains in the room were broken so they wouldn’t fully close. There wasn’t a physical front desk attendant to assist with anything and the staff did not speak English making it very difficult to communicate needs. Will not book here again.

The room was dirty with hair on the floor in the bathroom, shower and pub hair on the underside of the toilet seat. There was dirt on the floors everywhere. When I called the desk she was rude and stated she checked the room herself. She came up and when I pointed out the dirt, hair and other nasties found, she rudely said she would go down and get the key to another room...which was also dirty but cleaner than the other room. I have pictures of how dirty the shower and bathroom were to send to corporate. There was even a dollar general bag stuffed over the smoke detector. The room key would only open the door once and then I had to go down twice to get new room keys.

The floor was dirty and sticky. The room had a pee oder. Everything else in the room was fine. Beds were cleans and comfy. Bathroom was fine and the sink area was good. The staff was prompt with the towels, toilet paper and trash. The breakfast was good. First 2 nights we slept great. The second 2 nights we did not. People were running up and down the hallways yelling, Banging on the rooms they were in. Screaming and cussing, smoking pot and cigarettes. Hallway was filled with cigarette smoke. This is a nonsmoking hotel... If you want quiteness then this hotel may not be for you but if you are looking at the cost then go for it.
This hotel may have ♿ but it isn't up to code for the ADA. You have to go past the front door and turn around to get in with a wheelchair. The door doesn't automatically open either. The other front entrance you have to lift the front wheels up in order to get on the little ramp to go inside. That door also doesn't self open. I was able to do so with my daughter who is in a wheelchair but others may not be able to access the handicap entrance. Also I haven't received my 100.00 deposit back. It hasn't been submitted and I was told after house keeping checked the room then it would be issued.

I'll try to make this short.. the place is filthy!! The bathroom had dirt and hair everywhere. The shower curtain had what looked like a streak of human feces on it! I couldn't shower without the bathroom flooding, the mattress was dirty, the walls are so thin you can hear everything, and miss were running up and down the halls non stop! My husband and I had to leave early because we couldn't stand it anymore! To top it all off I unpacked my suitcase and a cockroach fell out! I am absolutely disgusted!!

Our room had a broken desk chair which was stinky cause it was the only other place to sit and get ready in front of the mirror and the bed wasn't in front of it.
Also breakfast was a huge disappointment because as someone who can't have bread or sugar there was nothing I could have besides coffee.
Boiled eggs would be an easy excellent upgrade or zero sugar yogurt.

Our room wasn’t cleaned properly, there was a toe nail on the floor… there was grass in the bed sheets. The building has no way to get a snack or drink if no one is at the counter, only a virtual assistant. We came downstairs at 7am and most of the “breakfast” was gone. And to top it off the police were there at 5am banging on the neighbors door. Definitely didn’t feel safe. We left to get drinks and came back and the front door was locked. We had to be buzzed back into the hotel. Not family friendly. And no amenities

They don’t have any staff here anymore. It’s all virtual and you have to check in on a Zoom call with somebody in the Philippines. The hotel is being used as a homeless shelter and there’s all kinds of undesirable living here. The parking lot is not safe at night. Scream screaming, and yelling all night in the hallways I could not even sleep. Not safe for single female travelers.

Enjoyable stay.clean rooms and staff very friendly and helpful. The only thing I would say is there should be a card on how to use the remote for the tv.we couldn't figure out how to lower the volume until my husband asked the receptionist in the morning. Also at breakfast there were a few men there who did not know how to use the waffle maker. I know the instructions were there on the counter but how many men read instructions?? Maybe put them on the wall above the waffle maker so they can see them. All in all it is a very nice place to stay and we will stay there again.

When we arrived there wasn’t a live person to check us in. The long line of people stood and waited to check in via a person on a screen. The entire hotel reeked of smoke, our room smelled, the bathroom was dirty, and our door had a big gap at the top that you could see into the hallway. It was a shame that the rooms were at the quality that they were. The pictures online definitely over-sell the hotel.

It’s a sec 8 these people don’t work stay up until 12:30 partying talking in the hall way they don’t care if they keep you up their kids running up and down the hallways and next door was a Harley Davidson place they were riving up their bikes it was a really bad weekend for me there. So pay more for a room and you won’t have this problem. $75.00 and under gets you Section 8 $150.00 a night gets you a nice room. There was also no fire alarm in my room and someone was cooking and set off the alarm the cops came because two neighbors got into a fight. Just a bad/unsafe place to be

It wasn't horrible but I was surprised that my check-in was via a touch screen and that there was no one there in person. I didn't have anyone to ask where things were including where the elevator was located. Room was decently clean, but shower floor had black staining. Property seemed updated recently but cheaply and things seemed to be showing wear. The window in my room actually had a big swipe of paint on it like from a paint roller.

Hotel was horrible, rooms TV didn’t work, tub chalking moldy, bathroom door uneven, door locking system horrible, floors dirty, requested a room with 2 queens and wasn’t available bcz of a supposed leak, accommodated us with two separate rooms which were in horrible conditions, in one room ac on and couldn’t shut it off. Floors uneven other rooms were noisy by slamming doors during night, one room as you walked by it a dog barked, the bathroom door had a hole with a bad plaster job. Room smelled of cigarette. The place stinks. There are deodorizers in every outlet in the hallways. Had to use my asthma inhaler. The TV was broken and their maintenance man said the manager is the only person to work on them. The electric outlets in the room most didn’t work. After 7 pm there are no staff people around, no front desk person nobody. There is a computer screen, where an off site person can answer question but can do nothing. If it wasn’t late at night, I would have went somewhere else. The Manager could not be found for me to request some refund.

After check in went to our room to find it was already occupied by someone else. Went back got another room. That room was also occupied. Got our third room. Not occupied but very dirty. Toenails on the floor. Stained sheets and pillowcases. Body fluids on bathroom wall. Dirty toilet and bathtub. No hand soap to wash hands. Smelled of bug spray. Went back to customer service to find that was the last room available. No sorry or compensation for their mistakes. Do not stay here.

There was no staff. We tried calling from 5-6 with no answer because we had a question about our room. Arrived at 9 for check in and they don’t staff the desk that late so we had to check in via computer which is not very personable for the hospitality industry.

The bed frame was rickety metal and was loud every time we moved. The bathroom fan sounded like a plane taking off. Both my showers were cold. There was no hand soap so I had to use shower gel at the sink.

Overall it was a terrible experience and I won’t be returning and will be suggesting to friends and family to avoid the hotel at all costs.

My room didn’t have toiletries available. There was no front desk available in the evening. Just a virtual person to assist with check in but no actual person to assist with anything. I had to spend an entire day without any basic toiletries. The breakfast they served wasn’t good. It tasted stale and it was unhygienic. The entire property seemed unkempt and not safe at all. I would not recommend anyone to stay at this place. It’s pathetic.

I am sorry to say I was disappointed with the room I was assigned. When asked to pay a security deposit I expect the room to be in good condition. There were several maintenance issues :

1) upon entering the room I found the 'door plate' was lying on the floor
2) the dead bolt was inoperable
3) the bathroom door did not close properly
4) the toilet is not properly affixed to the floor and ROCKED when you sat on it
5) there was a large area (@ 18\"x18\") of damage on the wall next to desk area

I travel often and rarely encounter SO MANY maintenance issues in one room.

Checking in was via kiosk in the lobby with a remote person and had serious audio issues. After waiting for person ahead of me to get a new room, because the one they had had a window with a sizable gap, it was my turn to struggle to hear the remote agent. I was made to put down a credit card for a $100 security deposit for a room I’d already paid for! 3 floors & no elevator - not a huge deal. Room across from mine had a considerable amount of garbage outside the door, which may have caused the off odor in my room. My room was a hot 78 degrees but at least the temperature controls worked so I could remedy that. There was a phone, but it didn’t work. The worst was I could hear conversations (and worse) until after 1AM. When I, or people next door, used the sink water could be clearly heard dripping behind the wall. I barely slept. I didn’t even attempt the breakfast in the morning, based on my impression of the lobby/ dining area from the night before. I gave 3 stars because the room itself was okay.

Once we were in our room we slept fine. The problem was the check in. They have a kiosk where to talk to someone remotely. First, we had to wait about 10 minutes for the person to hop on. Then I'm having to shout out my name so they can hear me while there are three other families in the small lobby waiting behind me. I also didn't love that I had to scan my license into the machine. They don't scan your license when someone is behind the desk. By morning, someone was at the desk and the breakfast was good. Waffles, Jimmy Dean sandwiches, the normal cereal and danishes. Coffee was fine.

It would have been a good stay if there wasn't a whole wrestling team staying there. They were up until late at night making a lot of noise. Looks like they had a party in the eating area and then in the morning they had an early start and everyone was extremely loud starting at 6am. You can hear everything. A lot of little kids.

Pulling into the parking lot started off the experience as just lacking. I got to this location very late, was a last minute decision to get a hotel for over night. Had to pull around back to park and then walk around the building to get into the office. Being tired, walking inside it was welcoming yet like walking into a 1 star motel. Seemed like it was renovated, but used someone cheap and just seemed unfinished. Got my card key and went to the room. Walking the hallways seem dingy. The elevator looks like it was from the 60's half ass remodeled. Was an odor throughout the building like it was trying to hide a bad odor, just poorly cleaning solition or no actual cleaning products. The bedroom was decent, mini fridge and microwave in unit which would be nice if needed. Crashed pretty quick, the bed was actually very nice in my opinion, but the pillows were terrible. Woke in the morning and went to go shower, but decided not too cause there was streak marks all over the wall, looked disgusting and just used the tiolet to do my business amd packed up. Missed out on breakfast cause i slept in till 9, when they stop serving it supposedly, so i cant add any review to that. Yet again walking the halls leaving it all just seemed dirty. Elevator floor looked horrible. Front desk walls looked like new painting is needed badly. For something that looks like it was renovated, was not taken care of and just allowed to ho downhill for a cheap $ place ro stay.

Room was clean. I did not eat breakfast at the hotel but it looked good. Carpeting in the hall needed cleaned. Door latch was loose. Overall good stay.

The next day of my stay, there was no breakfast available. There was no replenishment of food, and the receptionist was on the phone speaking very loudly, which was quite disturbing, while showing no concern about checking on breakfast or cleanliness. I do not recommend this hotel to anyone.

This is a very old property where they made an attempt to put some lipstick on the pig. Most of the lipstick was fine but it is clearly a pig underneath. The staff was fine. The parking was fine and the location was fine. The first room I had had water dripping from the bathroom ceiling. Both rooms had a smoking stench even though it was a no smoking room.
