This Quality Inn is the worst hotel that I had ever made a reservation. I talk to the Manager about the mold, the filth in the bath room and all she could say was that the room was painted and new curtains. She said I could leave. I talked to the police and they told me I should leave ASAP because of the type of people and the number of calls they received. When I checked in at 1:00 am there were several people drinking in the lobby and people smoking outside. If you are a person that like clean room and a Manager that cares you should find some other place to stay. If not good luck.

Hot tub broke. Employee said the piece they needed had come in but wasn't sure it would be fixed soon. It wasn't. And she didn't seem to care or offer an apology. Employees never welcomed us when we came in and it is a very small lobby so walking right next to them and they never looked at us. Very small parking area so if someone is parked in front to check in cannnot go park and dangerous as it is a blind corner off the busy street.

It was in basic condition. The bed was comfortable. However when the AC did kick in, it had a very loud rattle that woke you up throughout the night. The room never got to a truly enjoyable cold temperature even with the AC on max. The tub when you stepped in was very slippery like it had soap scum all over it. When I first went to check in, I stood there for 5 minutes because nobody was at the counter. I walked out to tell my husband at the car and the general manager was sitting there smoking a cigarette. She looked at me and went oh no one's at the counter I guess I'll come in. I was placed on the second floor of the hotel without even asking if it was okay since they're elevator was down. My knee was not happy with the stairs. Thankfully my husband was healthy enough to be able to carry everything up and down the stairs for us. The breakfast was muffins and yogurt. You could make a waffle. But there was no hot protein at all.

There were bugs in the room, the tub was dirty. When we complained we were told that they couldn't do anything about it. I am disappointed as most Quality Inns I have stayed in are usually very clean and never had bugs. I am changing my mind about staying in any more QIs since we had one of the worse stays we ever had.

Informed me that they only make the beds after 4 days and if I wanted new towels I would have to go get them from my room and bring them down to him and he would exchange them. Overall just not good. Only plus is it’s cheap.

We stayed in room 102. The property was pretty clean, the room updated except that they didn’t update the bathroom counter and the bureaus.staff was very nice breakfast was bare minimum. Coffee was warm not hot water for tea was barely warm even after requesting they bring out another container. It was pretty close to where I needed to be. Lots of restaurants nearby. Overall I was happy and considered staying there again In The future then I looked down on the ground in the bathroom and saw a roach on the towel that I just spread on the ground then i went into the shower and there was another:((!.If they fumigate would definitely stay again.

Nice room very comfy bed…..which is the most important quality of any hotel. I can deal with the lack of superior amenities, but a bed must be comfy.
The hotel is clean, a large welcoming lobby and dining area, spotless floors and common areas.
The staff is outstanding and welcomed me with a smile!
The breakfast is as mediocre as it gets. Only cereals, a waffle maker, yogurts and milks, a few apples, nature bars, and odd looking muffins ( but it tasted good). Coffee and tea and OJ. No breads, bagels or toaster treats. Not a deal breaker, but I wanted something more substantial.
The room is standard. Simple furniture that serves its purpose: desk, tv, side tables, and a sofa.
The bathroom has a shower only, no tub. It seems that hotels are going this route now. Again, not a deal breaker, but I might even ask in advance if a hotel has rooms with tubs. Love a nice bath.
Funny thing: right inside the room is a full size mirror…..caught me off guard when I walked in! Who was that?
The very clean floors in the first floor are all laminated ( I don’t know about the upper floors). Kind of cool on the feet when you step out of bed. Also, you can hear heavy steps in the hallway, and some rolling luggage. Carpet would quiet this, but maybe laminate is easier to care for.
Overall, I’d stay again, if just for a night, but it would not be a long term stay kind of place.

My check-in was excellent. I had Mary Kaye, and she was amazing. Great attitude and lots of smiles.

The bed was a little noisy when you tried to climb on it, and breakfast was scarce, but other than that, I would love to stay there again.

Room is dated and dirty. Could use a good dusting and floor cleaning. Air conditioner rattled all night. No night shade on window and outdoor lights shine in. Lamps flicker while on. Although the shampoo and conditioner were filled, they were not put back into holder in shower for our use. Free breakfast is basically nothing (waffles, cereal, or baby muffins). Would not return.

This hotel offered a very limited option for breakfast. Waffle, yogurt or cereal. It was disappointing. We stayed for a week and bought our on breakfast each day.

I like that the property was close to shopping and restaurants. Unfortunately at the time I was staying there they were putting a new roof on so things were messy and I tried to stay away until the workers were done for the day. The rooms were of course older with stained lamp shades and what looked like the dresser had it tracks off. I never use the dressers so that wouldn't bother me. The beds were comfortable and the halls were lit well.

Found out this property had extensive flooding with the last hurricane. It smells like mold, ac is old and doesn't work. Very loud. Dimly lit rooms, bathroom had been upgraded or painted . The breakfast wasn't edible. Stale muffins, old fruit, gross tasting juice. Shouldn't be allowed to be called breakfast.

I had a pleasant stay there and the room was nice and clean blow. Dryer did not work and they got a new one, but nobody came and put it up. Somebody’s dog was barking at 3:10 in the morning and could not get that dog to stop barking, but other than that, it was a nice pleasant place. Peyton was most helpful. He was so pleasant and helping me.

Romm was nasty and they changed the room but why offer that room to begin with? Staff was rude about it. The floors were filthy meaning when you walked on them your feet turned black!!! The bathroom was nasty. Elevator out of service also.

I booked with this property online and accidentally booked for the wrong date. I reached out as soon as I realized my mistake, explained what happened and was told that my booking was a no refund booking. There were no rooms available for the date I actually needed therefore I lost the almost $150 it cost to book the original room. Terrible customer service!
