Room was clean. Pool and grounds were clean and maintained. Parking was limited but with just enough spaces to be okay. Staff were great! Staff make a huge difference in any stay for me. The staff were friendly and efficient. Some staff had been with this business for years and that speaks volumes also.

Parking was easy and secure. A/C needs an update(wasn't that cool) floor carpet was very dirty. My stay included breakfast it was continental not bad for the price but it was cold and there wasn't that much variety. No iron in the room or hotel. No security box. Never used the pool because of weather but it looked clean.

Problems i had was the bsthroom door could not shut because it hit the toliet seat. The tub needed to scrubed. It was not clean. Tub spout spun around . Hard to turn the shower on. Breakfast was not as good as they promised. Food was stale . My son disliked it alot . Ended going out . Good note is thd rooms had fresh paint on the walls . Staff was nice .

This is my new getaway spot. A quaint little place that’s fully renovated and remodeled to today’s standards. A very classy place to stay. Convenient to everything and theeeee best personable customer service in the area. I’ll never stay at a chain in this area ever again. I love this hotel.

Way to pricey for what this is. The entrance to the lobby requires travelling past the place and turning onto the next block and entering at the back. The lobby entrance is on the side, not the front. Fun if you are in bad weather. Room door opened onto the exterior not an interior hallway, which is a security problem. Everyone should know: No elevator to the 2nd floor. Stairs onnly which is difficult with luggage. Could not figure out the TV remote. Mattress was cheap. But I will give you 2 stars because the receptionist was very nice and the place was clean.

The hotel was fine—nothing exceptional. However, our first impression was not great. The lobby being located behind a bulletproof glass window made us feel as though we were in an unsafe area, which set an uncomfortable tone from the start.

The room itself was clean, well stocked, and perfectly adequate for a short stay. But credit truly goes to the photographer—the photos, while technically accurate, present a very different image of the property. In reality, the hotel sits next to a noisy, heavily trafficked avenue, and parking behind a wall is not exactly ideal.

Overall, if you just need a place to spend one night, it works well enough. But the experience did not match the impression given by the online photos.

A couple of things. First one is, I’ve never seen such a small TV in a motel room ever. The second thing is, it was a generic hotel remote. I went to the front desk and asked for original remote and they would not give me one and also told me at that time that the HDMI ports were glued up so could not connect another device to it. I thought that was very strange as I wanted to hook up my fire stick to it to watch shows that they did not have available. As it turned out, she lied, and I was able to hook up my fire stick to it after doing some manipulating. As well there was zero usb charging ports for any kind of charging for iPhones, etc. The furniture really showed excessive wear. The last thing is when my wife toweled off in the shower something fell out of the towel. As it turns out, it was some kind of a gauze pad. Pretty gross. I mentioned that to them at the front desk and it was kind of like a “oh well”. Positive is the grounds seem to be very well kept and the breakfast was good. It also seems odd because the reason we booked this year is because we stayed last year and all was good. Unfortunately never again.

The sheets were dirty, they changed my room which was fine, but they collect a $100 deposit which they don't return until 5 or 6 days later, according to the person who answered the phone. This person was extremely rude and hung up on me when I asked for an explanation as to why it took them so long to return the money.

Smaller facility with a much better at home feel. Our first room was still great but hit an issue with A/C. Management allowed us to switch to a different room right across the hall. Faclities were very well supplied with open access to an ice machine and soda vending in a short walk downstairs. Pool was open and very clean even though we didnt use it. Breakfast was small but plenty of options. Staff were very accomadating and friendly. We would definitely reccomend for a nice quiet stay, not too far from the cruise ports.

This place is wonderful! We are traveling all over the country and staying in many hotels, this one exceeds expectations! Looks better than the pictures!
