Look, it is what it is. As long as you know what you’re getting into, and the price is a reasonable,
it’s probably OK. If you’re looking for a one night stop over, this wouldn’t be the place. Granted, that’s not really what the place is built for either. That said, here were my issues. They have the shower set to ensure that you cannot get hot water. It gets slightly lukewarm, but that’s it. Water pressure was at a trickle. Wifi was like dial up. Walls are paper thin. We woke up at 3 AM to the sound of dogs, tearing each other apart in the room beside us.
Lastly, when you have to go through two security doors to get to the elevator and you can’t even enter the hotel without picking up an old phone to call the front desk, you get sort of an idea of what you’re in for

Well, when you first walk in, there’s nobody at the front desk. You can’t get in the front door for check-in. The doors are locked. Then once you do finally get somebody to come and open the door to let you check in then you walk through the main door toward your room and all you can smell is cigarette smoke, proceed to the elevator and go up the elevator to the floor, which we were on the fourth floor. All you could smell is a skunk. It was obvious that there was nothing but marijuana on that floor it was terrible. My wife has trouble breathing around that stuff and it was got awful.

Hotel was more of an extended stay type room, which I did not realize upon booking. Even though it has a small kitchen area, there are no coffee maker, plates, glasses, utensils, only 1 roll of tissue paper. I later read on their website that these items are available downstairs to purchase. Room was very quiet and good for sleeping.

Not exactly idea if you have kids nothing for them to do also most of the staff is pretty unhappy, and one in particular woman is very rude person very unprofessional. There’s one guy that works there. That’s great other than that it’s an OK place there’s roaches and in there they don’t spray. I don’t believe they even have a maintenance man. They have doors that go to the outside that are always unlocked that are supposed to be secured and only way to get in and out is by card still never fixed. Also, leaks in bathroom. Best thing is it’s close to everything there is to do right across the bridge.

Room neglected. Full kitchen suite with no untenable, lots, pans or dishes. No facial tissues in bathroom. No hot water for showers 2 days. Poor customer service at check in and night duty clerk. They were teenagers with no clue if customer service. I recommend that no one stay at this facility

If I can give this place a negative star I would. We checked in here for a week the first night we had no hot water got woken up by barking. Dogs went down to the desk to complain. They couldn’t do nothing about the dogs because the guy lives here so they moved us to another room wouldn’t give us a discount. I called Hotels.com this Hotel gave them a fake email and everything so we will move to a room the second room we couldn’t take a bath because the drain was broken in the tub Toilet was broke was up all night with people upstairs stopping still nothing done. You have to leave at one key in the room or the lights the air and the TV shut off while you’re gone so that only leaves you one key they won’t give you more than two keysYou can’t get extra towels. You have to go downstairs bring the dirty towels and to get clean towels they don’t have housekeeping if you want your sheets changed you have to bing your dirty sheets down they will exchange you have to make your own bed if you lose your key or if your key gets deactivated they charge you $10. Also, don’t be fooled by the kitchen because they gave you a stove top, but they don’t give you any parts pans dishes, silverware they expect you to bring your ownThere’s no free breakfast I mean there’s three of the hotels nearby. I would recommend trying one of those definitely before staying here. The owner, doesn’t care about the guests Jahleel he made this nightmare worth saying he should be manger I ran out of space

You had to purchase them from the front counter if you wanted to us one. The staff was friendly but you could tell they did not like the decision the new owner has implemented. This hotel had recently changed owners. The plus for this hotel is front desk person who was courteous and extremely helpful. The new owners rules are not customer friendly. Front desk has shorten hours. In my accessible room the hand held shower was not working. Blinds needed repair. Bed too high for mobility challenged guest. The other ammenties were not in room or had been used. I will not stay in that hotel again.

The reasonable price, clean and spacious room, and well-equipped kitchen made everything so convenient. The laundry room on the first floor had plenty of washers and dryers, making laundry really easy. While breakfast isn't included, there's a large refrigerator and a kitchen in the room, so you can easily reheat your food or prepare simple meals. The morning coffee was also excellent, adding a lovely start to the day.

This hotel is serving construction workers that have been literally living there over 4 months. So, expect loud noise if you’re not in the highest floor. Secondly, there was a strong smell of joints at the entrance level, even though there are signs of do not smoke in common areas… I guess people are smoking inside their rooms. If you need a clean towel, you have to give a dirty one back to the receptionist and they will give you a clean one. This is a MOTEL/LODGE. it is far from being a hotel. Maybe a student dorm lobby would explain how this ratchet building looks like.

Somewhere to sleep. ZERO amenities which I knew going into. Right out of the gate, my wife and I were given 1 room key as they were \"low on keys\". Which normally wouldn't be a big deal however, that key controls the power to your room and needs to be plugged into a box on the wall when in the room. In fact, I had to asked a housekeeper for towels and toilet paper. I was directed to the front desk as she stated she didn't have any. I asked the front desk and was told they did not have any either as they gave the last of their towels to the housekeepers. Lots of construction workers checking in and smoking literally right next to the front door. Overall, the stay was OK.

This hotel was a miss from the start. Funny smells, rude staff, and basically no services. Guest bathrooms on the main level were always locked, coffee offered (terrible) but no cups or lids. Room had a kitchenette but no dishes? No Kleenex, soap, towel service, cleaning, they just hid behind the “extended stay” excuse. We stayed for 2 weeks and were fooled by the price. Hope the next people aren’t. Dryer ate all of my quarters and I talked to the front desk lady and not only did she not care, she decided to be overly rude about it.

The smell of weed from the front desk into the halls and elevator was disgusting. I had my young daughter will me and it was deplorable. The night manager was outside smoking with friends when we got back from dinner and we had to walk through their could of smoke just to get into the entrance. We really enjoyed our stay. The room was spotless when we arrived and fully stocked with all the amenities, which we appreciated. Everything was perfect except that room cleaning service was not available. I was quite surprised when we were told it would only be available after two weeks.

We waited at least 15 minutes and no bell or way to notify employees there was no employees anywhere or any way to get a hold of anyone bell was all the way on the other side of the employee desk. They were short staffed so people were waiting long periods of time to get in their rooms. They rooms smelled absolutely horrible like wet dog and heard a lot of loud noise during the night and there was very small amount of parking available for the property and there was several people smoking weed outside the property facility making it very uncomfortable environment with younger children. The beds were very hard and uncomfortable. Thankfully we were only there to drop off our bags and go to sleep and that was it if it was a long extended stay we would have left i couldnt stomach the smell and threw up a few times we went and bought odor elimator because there was not staff after 11pm to make them aware.

The location is quite. I didn't see any security personnel but the parking lot was well lit so did not feel uncomfortable walking on property. Staff appeared friendly i did not need to have much interaction. During stay there was a fire inspection, and without any notice the water was suddenly shut off l called the front desk the staff was apologetic and explained that it would only take a few minutes which it did.

It was in a very convenient location. it is clearly a \"no-frills\" hotel but it was very clean. There was not even a box of tissues in the room. There was only one towel each and a wash cloth each and no hand towels. The thing that confused me is that it is a \"suite\" hotel and has a full size fridge, stove top and microwave but no dishes, utensils, cups or anything. usually when someone chooses a \"suite\" type hotel it is so they have the option of fixing a meal but there is no way one could here. There was also no coffee pot, which I knew before I came but was told there was coffee in the lobby all the time but when we got back around 7:30 it was all packed up.
