My only complaint would be that the bed was very uncomfortable. It was a king bed and the mattress was very old and I could feel the springs in it. The bed was too low and a newer, higher mattress would be a fix for that. The staff was very polite and accommodating and the morning breakfast was good. The room was clean. It lacked a coffee maker but did have coffee at breakfast. It also lacked a hairdryer but I had mine with me. The front desk staff was very polite but she was constantly pulled from her desk and had guests looking for her, making them aggravated. At the time we stayed there was a water failure and we were inconvenienced for four hours or more without water.

The room overall was very dusty, which made it feel neglected.
On top of that, the clocks in the room had the wrong times, and the TV channels didn’t display any program information, which was frustrating.
Overall, due to the lack of cleanliness and attention to detail, I would not recommend staying here.

My stay was the worst ever. The room was uncomfortable and awkward. The worst thing that ever happened to me. was bedbug. I was laying down and came across the bedbug. I was bitten and had welches on my left side. We couldn’t wait to 11:00 to leave. We left at 6:00am. Thank God my son and grandson weren’t exposed(Hopefully). I was given a full refund which will take three to five day. I was traumatized. Despite a full refund I’m still not satisfied with the outcome due to the huge inconvenience. Stayed for 4 nights and mainly because i was sick with a sinus infection the room was nice floor was a little dirty when arriving in my room but the only reason for four stars is because the second morning several people and children we're literally screaming in the hallway and had to call the front desk and was resolved the other was the maid vacuuming the hallway took almost a hour running the vacuum into my door over and over again repeatedly around 2 pm i didn't put the \" did not disturb \" on the door so maybe my fault idk and the walls are very thin i had to leave my television on and i was again disturbed the third night from 3 to 4 am by some very rude neighborz is what it is i had the breakfast the last day and was 100% thank you to the front desk lady and the breakfast attendant ultimately not a bad deal and i recovered well.

I came to Tampa for a wedding and looked for something reasonably priced. This hotel was 90-100 less than others . I was apprehensive at first because of this, honestly. It was excellent! Soft king sized bed, the room was spotless clean, and I’m a little bit of a snob, excellent pillows which is how I judge hotels. Bed and pillows . No issues.absolutely would stay again and recommend to family and friends

First things first… Melissa, Treasure and Nya were absolute Diamonds! There was nothing too big or small of an ask. The only reason I give SpotX a 4 star is because the beds made a lot of noise, I’m not sure what the base is made of and also I’m a gym head and found the space too small. Otherwise I’m staying again when I come back.

The door to the room does not block out enough sound from the hallway. The 2 nights I stayed there, each morning I was awakened at 5:30am, 6:00am, and 6:30am from people walking and talking in the hall. I travel a lot and have never ever had that happen before. I'm glad I only stayed the 2 nights. Unfortunately, I wouldn't choose to stay there again. The staff was very nice and the breakfast was decent, but very small area and cramped by the breakfast area.
