The staff was friendly and helpful, which we appreciated. However, the buffet ran out quickly—if you arrive later, there’s not much left. The hotel was very loud and crowded during our stay, and there was smoke everywhere from people smoking throughout the property, including in areas that didn’t seem well-ventilated. Overall, the hotel was just okay—not great. It worked for us at the time, but we wouldn’t choose to stay there again.

Not very comfortable stay

The lobby is only air-conditioned part of the time, and the fridge in my room did not work. The food on the breakfast buffet was not good, especially for western travelers, and the restaurant is not air-conditioned. The hotel is noisy and the beds are not soft.

I was lucky enough to get a phenomenal room rate that was upgraded to a suite apartment. I stayed for two nights. Only complaint was that the manager of the motorscooter staff was a little ridiculous about the ticket we lost. Even after making us wait 10 or 20 minutes while they looked at the cameras and recopied our passport and IDs, they wanted to keep looking for it in our bags. They eventually found it in the trash still in the room.... but wow! They went overboard to the point of being oppressive about it. Seems to me... if you saw me park the moto on camera, and you've recopied IDS... well... Let it go...lol. No need to be so obsessive. For most that'll never be an issue and, anyway, considering the rate which even included an \"OK\" free breakfast, I was more than happy with the stay. 5 stars because the rate was just unbeatable.

Stayed here for 3 nights. The hotel was clean, had no issues with my room. Only thing that I dislike was breakfast. It seems they only cater to Asians. If you're planning on having breakfast suggest you to be there early I went at 6:45aam and was only able to get coffee no milk or cream. Only coffee. The rest of the days I actually made coffee in my room didn't car

The staff are EXCELLENT...5 STAR !!

RATHA, SAOLY, VICHNY are POLITE & HELPFUL.

Sadly, hotel is GETTING OLD...had to CHANGE MY ROOM FEW TIMES...1st room because of A.C. NOT Working...2nd room fridge NOT Working...3rd room drain had BAD SMELL and NOT Working/Draining.

Finally, last room was ALL GOOD but the NEIGHBORS to my left and right were young students and were TOO NOISY...ALL NIGHT.

If you do not mind walking you can find markets within 1k, otherwise there are always taxies going by. Streets are narrow so keep your head on a swivel. The taxies well try to sell tours. Have fun.

A mixed bag, probably fine for a night or two. I chose this place as I noticed breakfast was included although what was an offer was disappointing. Rice and veg with orange squash instead of juice. I ended up going elsewhere.

Room was fine, the fridge stunk though and could do with a decent clean. The front desk did a lovely job of my laundry.

The towels have seen it’s days, the water doesn’t drain in the bathroom, it takes a while - which is not good !

It needs upgrading and the breakfast is ok - you can survive!
But it is good for money value!

Definitely needs new towels and fix the drainage !

Very pleasant staff, courteous,helpful,polite,the breakfast I'd give 4 out of ten,there's no other time to get food,the room needs the drapes taken down and washed ,very dirty, bathroom has black mould, Phnom Penh is a dirty filthy city,the hotel is a 5 at most out of ten .

The property was old and dingy. Nothing really stood out about it. It was just OK. If all you need is a place to sleep you can't beat the price. I was a bit annoyed because I could not use my credit card to pay. I had to go to an ATM and get money which cost me additional money. The English of the front staff was not good so communication was difficult.

Do not frequent this hotel.

This hotel was not very good at all. I booked the hotel for two nights. I paid before I arrived. I got there to find that the hotel had been overbooked. They found a different hotel for me, but it didn't have some of the things I like (hot water for example). I even saw someone else arrive and pay for a room after I was told I couldn't have the room I'd all ready paid for. The staff was completely unhelpful. Someone on their staff even broke into my luggage. I found myself sick the final day, and asked if I could stay after the check out time. They said sure and that they wouldn't charge me. Then they did.

If there's one thing you don't get to do much of at this hotel, it's to relax. The walls are paper thin, so between our neighbour showering, the traffic outside, the AC units and people coming and going from the elevator we didn't rest too much. Other than that, the room was in great condition. Breakfast was OK, WiFi was dreadful. If you're lucky with the room location it might be quiet-ish, but I wouldn't recommend for people bothered by noise.

So I don't know why my expectations were high when I was paying 35$ for a night. Maybe it's because I was in Cambodia.
The room was not clean. It was not matching the pictures they were showing on expedia. The bathroom was not clean.
Their breakfast buffet is very limited. And the food was not good. I really did not enjoy my stay there.

Very clean and friendly staff. Breakfast mostly Khmer food, buffet style. Hotel's idea of an airport schuttle is to provide a Tuk Tuk or cab for customer to use. $12 from hotel to airport and $15 from airport to hotel. Good location.

Emailed twice for airport pick up. No reply and no pick up. I asked front desk at check in and they could not give an answer.Go to breakfast just after 8, almost everything gone. No restaurant, signs say otherwise but not true. Only breakfast, so be there early. Clean room, pillow unusable. Chambermaid gave us another but still could not use.

Good location for me. Nice cold aircon. :-) I wasn't there each day - just came back nights. Room was well-serviced each day and general hotel service was all good with no problems. I was in 905 on 9th floor so noise was fine although aircon unit outside the sliding balcony door was definitely working away through the night! Hotel is only about four blocks from Rue de Pasteur where there are western-style coffee shops and restaurants - but let's face it, PP is a small city and transport is cheap so everywhere is convenient.

This hotel is a good value for the money. The elevator is slow, so it's best to have a room on the lower floors. Breakfast is very Asian oriented. There are many Chinese tourists that fill the restaurant, so arrive early for breakfast. Staff is helpful and courteous.

Dicey inconvenient and slightly dangerous area. Most staff apathetic. Several scenes in lobby with guests and people coming in off the streets. Hotel staff didn't care. Horrendous breakfast. Cold coffee and a few hard boil eggs. Staff didn't care. Sliding glass door broken and left open one inch on both sides. No ability to close them. I tried 3 rooms. Same in every room?

A good hotel, close to the city and genocide museum. Upper floors gives a good city view.

Head down towards the riverfront where the big building with a big light display is..the area is nice nd lots of photo opportunities..lots nd lots of things are close to relax hotel because of tuk tuk..they will ask for $3 to take you to central market nd the main part of town, royal palace etc..but will do it for $2..just negotiate it first..

It felt like an oasis inside. The staff were universally friendly, kind and helpful. The hotel is really lovely in neighborhood that feels rough in a city that still feels devastated.

Great hotel but a lot of outside noise

A new comfortable hotel, with impressive carved wooden furniture and comfortable bed. Continental breakfast that's included in the room rate but which does not cater to Western tastes, having only eggs and toast in that regard. During my 1 night stay, I was woken up several times by a drunk shouting loudly out on the street and by a dog barking incessantly for an hour at 3 am. I wouldn't recommend this as a place to stay if you want a good nights sleep despite the friendly staff and low room prices.

Overlooks the Genocide Museum 1 block away.

Can't fault the staff or the room. Breakfast wasn't fantastic so we skipped that. My bad but booked a hotel far away from the river and the areas where all the restaurants were. Not their fault but next time would look more closely at the area. No pool but we got day passes to the Blue lime which was wonderful.

Its a good modern hotel. Unfortunately its sited near a wide large open drain so the smell is very bad. Breakfast at hotel is very poor - ranging from cold water for tea and coffee to very limited range of food. No free news paper either.
Next to a lot of restaurants and shops, but the open drain in the area can be a put off.

Big, light filled and very clean rooms!

We were so happy when shown to our room! The room was large and very clean, just what we needed after a long journey! The shower was powerful and plenty of hot water. We chatted with the cleaning lady and she was lovely and did a good job. There is building work going on across from hotel to one side, but this never bothered us as we were out of the room all day and up early!

The staff were very friendly and helped us to book our forward travel tickets and had our laundry arranged for us. It is very reasonably priced and was so good to have our clothes all clean again.

The area suited us as we were able to walk to all the places we wanted to go to and there were plenty of tuktuks around to take us further afield.

The only area of improvement would be the breakfast, luckily I don't eat much in the morning so i could find something to suit!

All in all the hotel is very good value for money and I would happily stay again

Nice spacious rooms, clean hotel and considerably new building. Friendly staffs and they have nice tuk tuk drivers. 30mins walk to main city centre but its cheap to get there with tuk tuk. Strongly recommend

For the price, we were very happy with this hotel. The location was convenient (close to Tuol Sleng Genocide museum), the room nice and clean, and the staff were friendly. I wouldn't say I was amazed, but for the price you cannot really expect more.

Great room, bad customer service

We loved our room at the hotel but that was it.
The room was clean and comfortable we even had a great view.
However, the staff spoke very little English. Therefore our customers service experience was not great. When asking questions about anything, they didn't seem to have a clue what we wanted or did they go out their way to find out what we wanted.
During our stay there was a misunderstanding with the staff with our transportation which was their fault.
Instead of helping us and admitting their mistake, they blame us and weren't very friendly or helpful about the situation. As result our stay finished on a sour note.
