The property seemed very worn and the staff was not very friendly or accommodating. They do not like to help Expedia clients. Our flight was canceled and rebooked the next day with no problems. We called our car rental and the hotel to let them know of the delay but Marriott ended up canceling our entire reservation because we didn’t check in the first night. They said their system automatically does this and couldn’t help us. They never mentioned that this would occur. It took 45 minutes for Expedia to fix the situation. We didn’t get checked in until midnight. Marriott was more than happy to take our money for a new booking and not help with the one they took from us!

While the price of the room is great, everything else adds up. The AC also sounded like a dying car every time it kicked on the in the middle of the night.

This hotel is modern, clean, and quiet. The only things that I don’t like about this hotel are so small, like the shower not having glass doors so you’re dealing with drippy shower curtains and bathroom fans don’t work (either time I stayed) so you have to leave the door open when showering. The food is good, the staff is nice, and it’s probably the best hotel in Corvallis.

There was an electrical room next to me that was noisy all night, like a boom sound. At first I thought it was someone in the room next to me then after it went on all night I realized it was the room next to me which was the electrical room I guess.

Booked this room off of Hotels.com because it came up as pet-friendly. When I checked in, the man at the desk said \"Oh, we don't take pets...especially not cats!\". I tried to explain that it had said this hotel was pet-friendly and was there any way to work something out or get a refund. He cancelled my reservation and said I would have to get the refund through the third party. I totally understand that but he was condescending and really didn't try to help me figure out a solution. I ended up at the Hilton instead!

Beautiful hotel. I appreciate that they have a parking garage with elevators directly to the hotel. It made everything so smooth and I felt safe leaving my car there. Service was wonderful, the room was great and the view was gorgeous. I was a little disappointed considering my room pictures showed a balcony but we did not end up getting one. I was surprised by the terrace on the 4th floor however. It was a nice place to hang out.

Came to Corvallis for a college tour at OSU. Courtyard was perfectly located. Staff was super friendly and helpful, especially in regards to OSU. They gave us a top floor overlooking the town and the college. Hotel is walking distance to restaurants and activities. The hotel restaurant was wonderful too. I stay here whenever I come to Corvallis for work. It is in a convenient location and is walking distance to restaurants. The hotel and property is very clean and safe. The rooms are nice sized and the built in desk in your room is perfect if you are traveling for work. I always get a good nights sleep as the beds are very comfortable.

We stayed here for family weekend, and it is definitely the best hotel in Corvallis. The rooms were extremely comfortable and clean. The staff at the front desk and the restaurant were professional and friendly. We will definitely be staying here again.

We must have stayed on a busy sports weekend, there were track teams, soccer teams, cheerleaders, and they were loud it seemed all night long. Also I could hear every toilet flush. Beds were super comfy and staff very nice. Was less economical than I first thought once they add a few for parking, for breakfast, etc.
