The Hotel was clean, well run, and I will be returning, for sure. It is directly across from the football stadium easy walk across the parking lot. I Ubered from Eugene airport to the hotel($75-85) and walked from there. No need for a car. Great location. Breakfast buffet was fine, but not great... lacked flavor, weak coffee, cold store bought pastries. A dressed up version of a less expensive hotel \"free buffet\" that was $14 per person. The yogurt and apple were best. The staff was excellent. Also made a few purchases of Beaver attire, small selection but better priced then the \"Beaver Store\".

I'm giving this place 3.5 out of 5 stars. Yes, it's a lovely hotel since it's a Hilton. The staff are all very courteous, inc. the restaurant staff. The place is new, so the lobby and rooms are all very nice. I'd stay here again simply bc of the location (literally next to the college campus). The 3.5 fair rating is bc of (1) parking fee (not a lot but still), (2) very low shower water pressure, (3) though the room has lots of lamps and lights, it's still poorly lit, (4) it's common for hotels to skip housekeeping services nowadays, this one included. It's not even a by-request, it's a policy. And (5) there's limited hot breakfast selection. There's only scrambled eggs and turkey sausage links for protein. The fruit mix is fine but not sweet. The waffles are premade and lukewarm. The potatoes are good, and there's a good selection for continental breakfast.

If visiting OSU and convenient location to campus is your primary concern, this place is it. Don’t expect anything else. The $18.00 per night breakfast charge is represented at the property as a “complimentary breakfast”. Usually complimentary means it’s free or included in the room price, not an extra charge. The WiFi, that’s free… if you join their club. Don’t bring a car, unless you want to pay $10/night to keep in there. Housekeeping… that only comes every OTHER day, so don’t expect to come back from your busy OSU visit to a made-up bed and clean towels. Oh, you thought you’d enjoy the jacuzzi for 30 mins before bed (posted 10PM close). Forget that too… the housekeeper that didn’t clean your room will be promptly closing the pool at 9:50PM for cleaning. Breakfast hours are advertised (6:00-10:00a). So, the next morning, you stroll down to enjoy the “complimentary” breakfast (that you paid for) and arrive at 8:55 only to find half of the hot food items are empty. Completely gone. The staff member behind the counter informs you that he wasn’t planning to keep it full because “breakfast is almost over.” Hmm… so during 25% of the posted breakfast hours, the buffet may be empty. Of course, they could make a special batch, if you want to wait around. Overall, the staff are friendly enough, but clearly management is looking to cut every possible corner, cut every service, and charge extra for every amenity that most properties include in the room price.

The room was clean and staff were nice. Breakfast is not included although a portion of it is what would be considered typical for a continental breakfast bar. The shower was not great… and a lottttt of sound carries through into the rooms. I could hear the elevator and guests easily in other rooms. Great location though.

Super convenient to OSU, our child could walk over from their dorm or we to them. Would be a super location come football season. Only draw back is you have to drive to downtown for foos, even though they have an on site restaurant we prefer to go out.

We have stayed here several times and this time was the worst. We were informed at check-in that the restaurant would be closed for a \"private event\". No big deal we thought. What we didn't know was that it was going to be a late night rager. We asked for bottom floor and we could hear everything from this \"private event\" incuding everything the DJ said until almost midnight. We could also hear all the toilets in adjoining rooms flush extremely loudly. Basically there is no insulation or quietness about our room this time. Not to mention I don't recall the beds being so hard, suddenly have to pay for parking and wifi. Guess it's time to find a different place to stay while visiting our child at OSU.

Very clean and styled with Oregon State theme. The staff were extremely helpful. Isabel at the front counter texted me within an hour. Check in to ask how things were. When I asked for another towel, she offered to bring one up immediately. Jessica at the bar was fun, attentive, fantastic drink drinks. And Emma at the breakfast bar was very sweet and helpful – clearing plates throughout the time we sat there.
A little pricey for a Holiday Inn, but otherwise a great day

My room was fine but it was one hour late! I had driven five hours and thought I had an hour-and-a-half to rest, shower and change before my event. I had zero time yet I watched all kinds of people breeze right thru check-in. I asked for a discount and they said, \"No - you went thru Expedia and they are third-party\".

Parking was the only issue I had with this property. A week after my stay, my card was charged for a parking fee”. Not a word was ever said about the parking not being included in the astronomically high rate we paid for a hotel room. I travel the country and stay at hotels all the time. This was shady business in my opinion.

A perfect place to stay if you are planning on activities at Oregon State University. Easy walk to both Gill Coliseum and Reser Stadium. Staff was really helpful and friendly. The restaurant is a nice plus, but meals are not included with your stay. Parking also costs, which is unusua considering they’re not in a busy metropolitan area. Rooms could use some updating, but are clean and comfortable. I believe they’re in the middle of a remodel.

I stayed only one night for vet school interviews at Oregon State. During my stay, the staff was very helpful and accommodating and even let me check out 30min later after checkout time so I could get ready for my interview.

The fitness center and its convenience are definitely the best things about this hotel. The room itself was average but certainly good. I only ate at the hotel restaurant because I honestly didn't feel like going anywhere else, and its average but I honestly would recommend elsewhere for food. An excellent stay in my opinion.

The location is convenient although very dark when nothing is going on. It has convenient amenities including the restaurant. The breakfast buffet was a little disappointing for a Hilton. It was $14, but pretty much less than you'd get for free over at the Best Western. There weren't a lot of people in the hotel though so maybe it gets better with a crowd. Staff was great, professional, friendly, competent. Facilities are clean. My biggest beef is with the \"light\" Keurig coffee pods in the rooms. This isn't Dunkin country! The buffet has dark coffee so not sure why there is \"light\" pods in the rooms. Maybe is just me, but would love to see at minimum, medium blend. If you like dark coffee bring your own pods!
