Our room was supposedly non-smoking but the bathroom reeked of cigarette smoke. Homeless people right behind the hotel on the Willamette river walk, which felt unsafe. Good access within walking range to several restaurants. Staff were kind and welcoming but won't come back.

Let me start out by saying this was exactly what I signed up for: a cheap room next to where I was planning to visit. What I didn't expect was the hospitality provided by the hotel management and their ability to accommodate me when things were not working in my first room. There's a lot of weird reviews about this place and I think they are entirely unfounded. When you are getting a hotel room for less than a hundred bucks a night, you cannot expect it to be like the Hamptons. This was the best bang for my buck in the area and I would definitely recommend this to another traveler.

This place was AWFUL. Disgustingly dirty with stains all over the sheets, bugs and dead bugs, hair all over the room. Toilet leaked so there was water all over the floor. Door chain lock was broken. Bathroom door handle was broken causing my uncle to be trapped in the bathroom for an hour separated from his seizure alert service dog (that the hotel tried to charge us for at check in even though I told them ahead of time he was a service dog.) When I complained to the front desk they asked why we didn’t come get them for help, the bathroom door issue was at 4am and they don’t have anyone at the front desk after 11pm, and then they proceeded to slam the window in my face. Refused to speak to me at all about the issues after that and refused Expedia’s request to refund.

Parking was difficult due to construction, which was not the fault of the motel. The motel is run-down, with holes in the ceiling, broken chain locks on the door which are alarming, broken HVAC, non-working television, and bugs noticeable in the room on arrival, dead gnats all over the bed. Management was responsive only during business hours, so my mother spent a very cold night with no heat, no cold water (scalding shower) and no television until the next day. No compensation was offered in exchange for her misery.

Very basic place but affordable in a town with expensive lodging options. Does have mini fridge and microwave but no breakfast or coffee (no coffee in office or room). Bed very very firm. If you’re a side sleeper your hips will hurt. Downtown area with cute shops and cafes is about a 3 block walk away.

However, it is a Motel and just a Room, with bathroom, separate sink bed, A/C , refrigerator , TV , microwave and Telephone.
Daily replenished with towels, soap and shampoo.
That’s it. No kettle, crockery or cutlery

Staff was super nice. Quietest motel I've ever stayed in! But....property looked nothing like the pictures, very rundown and extremely outdated. Everything was sticky and smelled musty. Even the ice machine had old funk splattered all over it. AC was good in the room, but the hallway (mile long) was blistering hot even thru the night. Thankfully it was quiet and still, because there was a 2 inch gap under the door to the hall. Mattress was awful with springs bulging out. Will never stay here again. Too bad for the nice people that work there.

My two complaints are that we never could get cold water in the sink and the bathroom door stuck.
We loved the location. We could walk to the Farmers Market and other places in the downtown area.

It was affordable and convenient. The bath tub needs updating and the fan in the WC did not work. Bed was good and comfortable, but the fee for our dog was excessive @ $50 a night when they had hardwood floors and no carpets.

The faucet in the bathroom was so loose that it just spun around without changing the water temperature. All but 2 of the outlets were so loose that we couldn't plug anything in - the plugs just fell out of them and on to the floor. Pretty sure that is not up to code. And with so many devices needing to charge, this was unacceptable.

We had stayed at the Super 8 next door a few times before and it wasn't this bad. And it cost 1/3rd the room price. Ugh.

The bathtub had hair in it (upon arrival) and the shower tiles looked a little mold stained just due to age. I was really expecting more for the price, as I booked it based on hotel.com ratings. We ended up checking out the next day, canceling our 5 day stay, and moved to a different hotel in the area for the remainder of our trip.

This hotel may not suit guests seeking luxury, but it's my go-to whenever I visit Corvallis. The room was clean and included a refrigerator and microwave, though it lacked an iron, hair dryer, and coffee/tea set. The TV didn’t work, and there’s no elevator to the second floor. The staff are nice and friendly. The location is excellent—right by the peaceful Willamette riverside and within walking distance of great restaurants, bakeries, and parks. As an OSU alum, staying here always feels like coming home. It’s a simple, budget-friendly place that suits my visits perfectly.

A little on the rough. Rated way to high

Room was dusty. Bathroom caulk could use less mold build up. Kinda gross. Bathrooms are definitely lacking. Bathroom fan didn’t work. Fuzzy antenna tv only. Just a couple local channels. But the worst part is the riff raff that stays pours in Friday night. Room next to us had a stereo booming until 1:00am room on the other side cranked up tv until midnight. Definitely didn’t get the rest I needed for my disc golf tournament the next morning.

The property is not very well kept. Shower was dirty upon entering the room with dirt and hairs in the tub. AC was duct taped together. Mattress was as hard as a sheet of plywood and two pillows that were not even the size of a standard pillow. My back is killing me today!!

Great location, but that is where it stops. Manager was ambivalent when we were checking in for a price that was inflated due to parents weekend by over 300%. Rooms were as clean as you could probably get, but did not take shoes off. Looks like they are just using to generate a cash flow, but not trying to update or have any pride with the property.

Great location, close to many downtown dining and other opportunities. Quick trip to the OSU campus. Friendly and helpful staff.

The property need updating with much wear. However, the beds, and bathroom were clean and comfortable. Fridge is more of a freezer than I would have liked but kept things cold. WiFi speed is solid.

The The stay was going good until 3:30 in the morning when a broken waterline force the evacuation of the hotel until five in the morning. After that we were allowed to return to our rooms and an alarm that kept going off every 15 to 20 minutes, we were also told the alarm would keep going off, but where else were we gonna go at that hour? We were also told that the hotel would be closed for the next several days and after getting a room elsewhere it turns out they were still taking patrons in. There was no hot water for a shower in the morning, but the staff was very friendly and helpful and overall the place was very nice clean neat if it wasn’t for the broken pipe it would’ve been a good stay.

When I walked into the facility, the first thing I noticed was dirty floors. Dirt on the ceramic tile by the staircase, and the carpet was badly in need of shampooing. The room was a little better, but still not up to any sort of a standard you'd expect from a chain. There was a slight unpleasant odor that I got used to after a while. If I wasn't so tired I would have changed hotels, but I was only sttaying one night.

This hotel is very old. Needs a makeover inside and out. If you’re looking for a place to just sleep then this is the place. The room did have a refrigerator and a microwave but no coffee maker. Room needed a ceiling fan. Check-in was fast and easy. There was major bridge construction going on during the day and was quite noisy. Hotel was located near restaurants and food stores.

This place is filthy and disgusting. On top of it, they had the audacity to price gauge over graduation weekend (almost $400 a night for this run-down and seedy motel). Where do I begin my my laundry list of complaints? ....Hot water for showers runs out, floors are filthy (don't go barefoot), dirty bed linens (pull up the fitted sheets to find other guest's hair), shady people walking through the parking lot at all hours, local riffraff hanging outside of the lounge (shared parking lot) late into the evening, static-filled TV reception, and I won't even bother to go into all the reasons this place is in dire need of an HGTV makeover.

This hotel is old and noisy! The traffic is loud and we heard people coming and leaving all night. We discovered a water leak under the sink dripping into a bucket as we were going to bed! Bring earplugs!
The area north of the hotel is a homeless camp and we had some concerns about leaving anything in our car.

The facility itself was pretty basic, though this was not unexpected, but the room was shabby and smelled musty. The man at the front desk was very abrupt and not at all friendly. Again this was not totally unexpected because I knew I'd booked into a budget-friendly place for this short stay. However, when we woke up after the first night I discovered someone had tried to come into our room during the night. The door was pushed open, but we had secured the chain across the door so no one was able to enter. Had this person been determined a shove on the door would have done the trick.
At that point we did not feel safe and I booked the second night at another hotel. We left early and no one was at the front desk so I called the number posted. The person who answered seemed mildly concerned and told me to just leave my room key at the desk.
I am not out to trash anyone's business. The place needs a thorough clean up, a review of their safety measures and perhaps a friendlier face at the front desk.

It is nice that it is walking distance to the Willamette River trail. The AC on this hotel was so noisy that we stopped using it and just had the window open but the room was across the bar and people were so noisy in the middle of the night. Also, there is an on going bridge construction and homeless on the back of the hotel. Otherwise, it's great location for shopping and restaurant. Also, this hotel don't have a map or check out information on the door plus they don't have coffee maker. It's good price though.
