The room immediately smelled of bleach, the lamp was crunchy and rusty, dirty walls in the bathroom chipped paint the shower head looked like they filled the hole around but didnt paint it. No ice machine, but for 250 it was not good. Rhey definitely could have made the room nicer vs the crap room. Unfortunately not happy with the stay here. They need to clean it up alot better. Will not stay there again .

Walls are paper thin. I could hear every conversation, door shutting, car starting, dog barking, baby crying, etc.
Ice machine was out of service.
The gal at the front desk was really sweet. It was super cheap and right off the freeway. It worked for the short overnighter I needed it for.

The room was just like the pictures indicated. However, the TV didn't work. I brought it to the attention of the desk and it didn't work for TWO days. When it finally was fixed, the remote only worked within 6 ft. of the TV. Not good when you're laying in bed. One of the towels was frayed. When I came back that night, the bed was made and towels were 'freshened'. Upon closer inspection, the frayed towel was not taken out of service. It was folded and put back on the rack. I talked to the desk about compensating me. They said I need to talk to the manager. Well, the manager was never available when I was and upon check-out, my room was not compensated. When you pay for a room with amenities you expect them to work and be in decent condition. If anyone from Expedia or the Management of the Property is reading this, I would like to talk to you in person. Please contact me.

The place was nice and updated. Right next to the freeway for convenience. I used the hotels app to reserve a room though and payed in the app. Then when I got there the receptionist charged me again. I told her I had already payed through the app and she said that i hadnt really payed the money was just being held. Sure enough they both charged me. I was able to get it straight with them after having to contact the hotels.com customer service and then going to the office twice and speaking to the manager. Other than that they handled it. The girl was new so we all make mistakes. Been to a lot of motel 6's and this one is in the top 75%of them.

The only real problem was that initially there was no sound on the tv. Apparently that was a reoccurring problem but the staff was helpful in fixing that and I decided to leave it on all the time during my stay. I just I just turned the sound down to number 2 on an unsupported channel and made that my night light. Other amenities worked very well.

Don’t know if personal but the manager was extremely rude. I had traveled all night and tried to check in around 1:30 and was refused as if I came everyday trying to check in early. Place was pretty empty but I understand policy.

Later the front desk gal had mentioned they were in desperate need of housekeepers so I made a point to talk with same manager when she came back on staff and she very rudely the next day said no we already fill all those positions.

Stayed for few days and overall was ok experience with the rest of staff. Was very clean and the rest of staff was very nice or helpful.

Had gal outside my room very loudly speaking on speaker phone for hrs in parking lot and lots of traffic upstairs.

Am avid traveler and this is only complaint I left at any hotel in years.

They do allow dogs and cats. One of only a few in like 20mile radius that allows cats.

Have a handicap husband called to confirm never advised me of a shower curtain to the bathroom instead of a door had my daughter staying with us refrigerator not cold enough no ice machine, was broken no closet space bedsheets, we’re dirty I had asked Housekeeping to change it was ignored. Had to sleep in the dirty sheets again until it was replaced the next morning, no blankets to sleep with had to borrow blankets from my mother-in-law I can name a couple of the good things there were the mirror in the bathroom was nice and the staff’s was friendly but that’s about it. I would advised calling again if you have a handicapped family member to see if there is a door in place yet if that doesn’t bother you I guess it doesn’t matter, but it bothered me.

The cleaning staff have all been very kind for most part. There is a major divide in staff here. Kinda like bullies against hard workers. The management is issue. From the moment I checked in she’s been rude. I had driven thru the night and tried to check in at 1:30Pm. The place was empty and she refused cuz the cleaning crew. I’m an avid traveler and have had to stay in hotels a lot. I’ve never been spoken too so rudely by any other staff upon arrival. She acted as if I had been here repeatedly continually trying to ‘get one past her’ and is training the new girl to behave in same manner. She sat there laughing to herself when I confronted manager if it was a personal issue somehow. Later another car had parked in front of my room for hours running while talking loudly on speaker. I reported finally after she had left for a hour then came back and she yelled at me like I was the problem. I ended up leaving in middle of night due to these things and constant activity from room above me tho she also told me they aren’t there(live on property) at night. But multiple times multiple people exited and came back in.
There is a time and a place to have “attitude” but it was the most unprofessional experience I have had in years.
I still wouldn’t say anything if I didn’t notice the divide in staff. Like I said…there is a man on staff and a few other women that were kind attentive and the rooms are sparkling but office experience put a sour taste in my mouth.

I stayed at Studio6 Suites for a total of 5 nights. Upon my arrival I got to unpacking after a long drive to Albany. As I was getting my bed so ti aged I found the sheets had blood stains and other nasty gunk stuck to them. I had to work early in the morning and it was already late, so I used my own blankets and slept on top of the hotels comforter. After working a 10 hour shift at my construction job, I returned to the hotel expecting to see a clean and turned over bed. However, I did not find that. I returned to find the same bedding as before. When I went to the front desk to ask about it, the solution given was handing me a bed roll and telling me I could change it myself. After working like I do, I was not changing bedding for nothing. I did not get my bedding changed until the last night of my stay and I kept being told that I could change the bed myself. That is definitely unacceptable by all means. Especially since I could tell my room had been cleaned each day. Garbage was taken out and all. Just not my bed

The staffer rude and I was not told that when you have a dog they have to come in and clean your room everyday. So I told the housekeeper I didn't need any services. Then they sent the head housekeeper banging on my door at 9:00 in the morning not even 10:00 or 11:00. Demanding that I let her in the room and I just got in the night before. They need to teach her customer service cuz her customer service sucks

It’s a no-frills hotel, so don’t expect a lot of amenities. However, for a quick business trip I was looking for a comfortable bed, clean rooms, and a hot shower. It definitely checks all those boxes. The front desk employees were friendly and helpful. It was a quiet stay, and there are plenty of restaurants within walking distance.

I’m truly upset with our stay. I normally don’t complain and stay to myself but this was unacceptable.
I had called to change my room from a king to a double double a month before our stay, we were assured of the change. Upon arrival today we found out that the change was not made and had to fit 3 adults and 2 dogs in what is not advertised as their king rooms. When entering our room our noses were filled with the strong smell of bleach, it was extremely overpowering and nauseating; our eyes were burning. Not only is that unsafe for our dogs but 2/3 of us are allergic to bleach. Obviously we understand the importance of cleaning everything and we understand that bleach can and will most likely be used, but to use that much to the point no one could breath is unacceptable, we had to air the room out for an hour before we could comfortably breathe and stay in the room. When going to the front desk to advise of the issue, the front desk lady seemed almost annoyed and not very helpful. I had requested our rooms to not be cleaned until we leave to avoid any further issues.
My friend had gone up to ask some questions and the same front desk lady immediately rolled her eyes and was frustrated with her questions. Completely unprofessional.
I can happily say that we will not be returning.

The staff was rude and double booked my room. After driving from Tacoma, wa to Albany at midnight to be at a job at 5:00 am we at the suggestion of the property and app booked an extra day so we could check in early. We sent double confirmation and arrived to the up front gentleman that works graveyard saying that they audited our stay and cancelled as a no call no show. We pre planned it. So we could check in Monday at 5:00am instead of 3:00pm. It was a nightmare.

Heater didn't work. Had to bug the front desk to reset the relay as long as the room above me didnt have their heater on or else I'd freeze
Housekeepers left old food right outside my room instead of throwing it away. There was only one bathroom trash can. So the living area was left dirty.
The ice machine didnt work so I had room temperature drinks.
Mattress was somewhat comfortable. Tv worked if you were able to figure it out. It certainly wasnt simple to use.

I used to love this place. Unfortunate.

The bed is comfortable. there wasnt a hair dryer or any small bottles of shmpoo, but I wasn't upset over that, just surprised The lady who checked me in was quite pleasant. I can hear some road noise from the freeway, but it's not bad, and the parking lot is well lit. I wouldnt hesitate to stay here again.

Overall a decent, pet friendly, within budget stay. Room was clean enoigh aside from some stains low on the walls. Linne s were clean and bed/pillows comfortable. Temperature regilation of the room was impossible to get right- no heat at all was too cold for Dcemener, heat on low turned into an oven within an hour. Check in was smooth and front desk staff was curteous. Room was safe for a well traveled cat.

Air conditioner only half worked there was dog pee in both rooms we stayed in that hadnt been cleaned. The ice machine was broken with no alternative on site. Loud hispanic music playing that you could hear in your room from the cleaners that was very annoying. The window was broken so bad when anyone else would open or close there door the loose piece of glass would rattle all night long.

The bed was broken, and when moving it to fix it, we saw built up dirt and filth just sitting under the bed. We canceled our second night. There were also no products in the room- no body wash or shampoo, there wasn't even a bar of soap available.

We added an extra day to our original reservation. We paid for that night only elected to pay at the motel for the original reservation. Alaska Airlines did not get us into Oregon for 35 hours. 2 penes broken did not show up, our only option was to fly into Seattle And wait for a hopper into Portland. Our original reservation was for Eugene. Anyway, we checked into the hotel and they refused our reservation. They said because we missed our first night, that was paid for, they were canceling the rest of our reservation. But we could pay the increased Double fee rate they normally charge. Hell with that we went to the roadway Inn absolutely wonderful and clean place.

I was depending on internet access to do some work, and instead had to go elsewhere to do that work. The staff could not fix the issue and didn't seem to think it was a big deal. It was a huge deal for me.

The woman on the night shift was very friendly and courteous. One of the ladies on day shift could have been a bit more friendly, but I’ve encountered worse. The rooms were clean, nothing fancy but very affordable. I liked the walk in shower. On the Expedia website they say there is no pet fee but there is a $10/day fee, which isn’t bad. Overall nice hotel; I would stay again.

The room had water damage on the baseboards in the bathroom and the door jam trim too. The room we stayed in had no shower curtain, it seems to of been missing for awhile due to the water damage.
When I asked why there was none their reason was they hadn’t replaced it as a prior guest had taken it. Also a Roku remote was missing and yes a guest had taken it. I think if they charged a deposit to the patrons they might not steal items from the property. Most hotels do charge deposits.
