Its a great experience for my family to stay at Golden Tulip. Its in front of Haram. Delicious breakfast every time if we request to staff some thing different they are ready to make us special. Staff was so co operative.

Overall my stay was excellent.

room was small but very clean. had everything what you may need. breakfast was very good. location was excellent. 2 mins from mosque. staff was friendly. lifts were small and crowded in the peak time. so had to give some extra time at prayer times. may book it again next time when going to Madina.

Clean rooms, very very near to Haram, had everything included in room like iron, personal care product, enough space.

The room wasn't cleaned properly, rubbish on floor stick residue that got onto our sandals and when we showed the cleaners they responded with 'it was from before' which further proved our room wasn't properly cleaned. Had to asked several times to remove the stickyness. Also, when asking for amenities we would have to ring several times. I would not go back

The property offers clean accommodations, although the room allocated with three single beds felt somewhat small for the space. Nevertheless, the housekeeping staff were consistently attentive; requests for cleaning or restocking amenities such as toilet paper were handled promptly and efficiently.

The front desk experience was less consistent. While the staff were generally helpful, the overall atmosphere lacked warmth, as most interactions felt formal rather than friendly. For example, I was initially granted a late check-out by one staff member, but on the day of departure another staff member initially denied it until I referred to the earlier approval. It was only after checking the system that the extension was confirmed, though limited to one additional hour. This created some unnecessary inconvenience.

Breakfast was an area that could be improved. While there were several options available, the overall quality appeared modest, and the service did not feel welcoming. The cook, in particular, was not approachable and at times seemed disengaged, especially when guests arrived closer to closing time. On several occasions, staff appeared preoccupied with their own conversations rather than guest service, which detracted from the dining experience.

In conclusion: Rooms are clean but may feel compact for multiple beds. Housekeeping staff are professional and reliable. Front desk service is efficient but lacks friendliness. Breakfast quality and service require impro

Main positive point is the proximity to the Masjid Al-Nabawi. The rooms are small, beds are even smaller (single bed is only fit for a shortish (5.5 feet) person. Lifts are also small and can be a bit of a problem to get hold of one before and after the prayer times.

I wish I stumbled across this hotel before. I loved every bit, wished I stayed longer. I would definitely come to this hotel again in when I next visit. Very convenient- masjid al nabawi is right at the doorstep and the view from my room I could see the mosque which helped a lot when finding a quiet time to go visit the mosque. Staff were lovely too.

Golden tulip Al Zahabi

The location of Golden Tulip Al Zahabi is unbeatable convenient and accessible to Haram, I booked two rooms during my stay. One was acceptable, but the second room was uncomfortably small for two people. We could barely fit our luggage in, and there was very little space to move around. The size of the room was a real issue. I asked many times to change the room but had no luck. Breakfast was good.

The beds r literally rt next to each other no space to breathe at all.
Staff gave a hard time 😑😑😑.
I called 100 times they didn’t answer. I messaged on what’s app they didn’t answer.
The only good thing about this hotel is it’s rt in front of the womens gate and that’s it.
The sinks were broken. The bathroom door was touching the sink.
It was beyond my expectations.
Wont be coming back for sure 😑😑😑

Too small. It’s a very smll room and barely two person can move and two bed place. So small we had no where to put our luggage. Windows view no point of taking as the windows is pretty much covered. Employees were rude the Arabic once.

Good Value for money + clean

Near gate 25/26 of Prophet Mosque which is the ladies gate, so very convenient families. Rooms are small but then this hotel is usually booked by those who are visiting the mosque, so don’t think that this will bother many. Hotel room was clean and probably newly refurbished. Lots of shops around for shopping and eating. Good value for money!

The only good thing about this hotel is its closeness to the prophet mosque. It is otherwise very disappointing, the room is very small, the bathroom is very small, you can't make wodoe in the sink in the bathroom, the water runs out of the shower area when you shower making the floor very watery, the service is very poor, no towels, no cleaning of the room with out begging, the beds are very uncomfortable, the breakfast is not good. The hotel is very expensive given the poor conditions. I don't recommend it at all. No money value at all
