Location is perfect, in front of masjid Al Nabwi. Excellent staff at reception, extremely courteous support staff handling luggage and very polite chef for morning breakfast.

When I arrived the check in process was forever because the receptionist couldn’t see my booking even tho I booked this month ago. They were so rude and ignoring me. The room and bathroom was very uncomfortable to stay. I don’t recommended this hotel

Very close to good places for pakistani food like
jamil resturent, zaitoon resturent etc
3 very close to roza rasool
4 very colse to nusuk care center
5 kubbah walk is next to the hotel
6 zam zam water area infront of the property (timing 10pm to 2pm) everyday
7 staff is very friendly but specially HAIFA on reception
shes very kind, always happy to serve to all of the costomers,gentle dealing , very helpfull.
Highly recommanded

Extremely basic hotel and more around 2/3 stars, Expedia poor job on advertising. I changed my stay and checked out and Expedia couldn’t liaise with them as no on would answer phone or email to change my stay so I lost my money.

Why would Expedia list a hotel they can’t communicate with or offer high standard of service.

We arrived after 4 p.m. and had only 20 hours to stay in Medina. Unfortunately, we didn’t receive our room key until around 6 p.m. The dining area was divided by nationality, and the food quality provided for our group was poor. The reception staff at check-in were unprofessional and very slow. Overall, the experience was disappointing and not worth the amount we paid.

Absolute diabolical hotel!
Very unclean, no swrvices for our 8 days we were there. Had to go out and get towels and toilet paper ourselves. Room was not stepped in from cleaners for full 8 days. Im only 5ft 6 and my feet were hanging off the bed. Very out dayed and poor hotel.
Only good thing is it is close to the haram.

My experience was too awful and disappointing. The check-in time is at 2pm and I received my room at 11pm. And the service wasn't welcoming. Also i had to go down to the counter more than 3 times to get what i want, no one answers the phone. And i didn't receive the room that i ordered and everything was chaos.

Chaos, no order , the customer service though doing their best they have no control of the situation, for instance while they are helping you if customer comes in and asks question they will stop your work and try to respond to that person needs. Also the hotel is not clean, carpets are really dirty and rearing Thirty years of accumulated dirty. I hope they change the course.

Wi-Fi is very week and room cleaning is not every day we keep calling please clean my room Still they used to be clean after 2-3 days. When you complain they don’t understand English on the counter I think they don’t want it to listening to you.We have included breakfast in Ramadan they give same breakfast every day I don’t like it food at all. They supposed to give microwave in a room Because we buy own food. Hotel is nice very close to Haram. Beside the counter people all the staff is very nice

The reception staff very rood .and they dont care,about customer .service like wifi 3-days not available ,after asking many time ,they ignoring.
And very sad to say that if Arab customer is there.they talk politly and good but other than Arabs
They dont give more recpect ,specially on reception people.
Any how, iwill. Say not to this hotel again.

Looking its charm - pull up guys

I stayed for 6 nights. Other than being close to the Haram the hotel seems to have lost its charm. Very poor maintenance. Water clogging in toilets. No proper housekeeping etc. Was my favourite but not anymore.

However the food is fabulous and so is the staff in the restaurant.

It was extremely pleasant to stay in the hotel, staff was very polite and caring, room was clean with good shower. Very good breakfast and caring staff, location was very close to masjid Nabvi and other local shops and takeaway food, currency exchange and pharmacy. Very highly recommend with good price, very good value for money.

Stay away - do not book!

I arrived at the hotel after a 4 hour drive. At first the guy at the check-in desk could not find my booking. After 30mins he found my booking and then he told me that the room I had booked had been given to someone else. They had to move the current occupants to another room and then clean the room. I waited for a total of 1hr 30mins from the moment I arrived at the hotel until I got my room.
Highly unorganised place. The staff have no sense of urgency. This hotel should not be an option on hotels.com!

Absolutely close to the Prophet's Mosque

The room was in good condition. Bathroom was clean although little worn down. Elevators were enough to service the number of guests. The reception hospitality was just apt. The room service on my floor was never seen. The breakfast was very nominal and basic. It is right across Gate #5 of Masjid E Nabwi
