This could have been excellent. When we checked in late night, they couldn’t find my reservation in their system. I was genuinely worried and scared. They gave us rooms , and only after 12 hours they were able to figure it out ( it was their own fault).

This hotel was great! It was close to the Prophet’s mosque, like a 2-5 minute walk. The staff were great and friendly. They provided service with a smile. We enjoyed the breakfast every morning. There was good variety in buffet and even had some local Medinah food. The room was a good size and so was the bathroom. Everything looked and felt clean. I would stay here again!

We recently stayed at this hotel and were thoroughly impressed by the warmth and comfort it offered. It is a cozy, well-maintained property that clearly prioritizes the guest experience.

Proactive Hospitality: The standout feature was the execution of their customer service. We received a follow-up call immediately after check-in to ensure we were settled, and the staff continued to check in every other day to see if we needed anything. This level of care is rare and much appreciated.
Perfect Location: For those visiting Masjid Al Nabawi, the location is unbeatable; just a short 5-minute walk. Additionally, everything you need (stores, shops, and diverse food options) is right at your doorstep.
Excellent Amenities: The breakfast spread was impressive with great variety, and the general staff members were hardworking and helpful.
Areas for Improvement
While our stay was mostly excellent, there are two areas where management could elevate the experience:
Front Desk Training: The initial check-in process felt a bit cold. A more welcoming and friendly demeanor from the front desk staff would set a better tone for the arrival experience.
Noise Control: We experienced significant noise issues for our last two days with children screaming in the hallways. I would encourage management to implement better monitoring or \"quiet zone\" policies to ensure that all guests can enjoy the peaceful environment they expect.
Overall A fantastic choice for anyone visiting Madinah.

The hotel and the food was OK (average).
The hotel is well located and the staff is friendly.
The big problem was that there is no heating in the hotel and specifically in the rooms. The windows were not closing properly causing the cold coming through the windows, we reported it to the reception but it was not fixed, we have been provided with blankets but it was so cold in the room during the night and morning that my wife was sick (cold /flu).
Unfortunately I will not come back to this hotel and do not recommend it especially in winter.

The cleaning staff were amazing ,the location is the best 👌 near everything 2 min walk to the masjid gate 309..everything was perfect except the restaurant the food was not good they could improve it and the bell guy who has big mole on his face tried to make money by saying i will bring taxi for 80ryl to train station but we got one our self that was sitting right in front of the hotel for 50ryl..over all the check in staff was very kind and professional and the cleaning staff was great 👍 👌 thank you for everything

This is the second time we have stayed at Elaf Al Taqwa and again the stay was most comfortable and easy. The hotel staff are super friendly, the rooms were clean and spacious and the hotel is very close to the haram esp for mens section. The breakfast selection is excellent with a lovely view of the masjid (if you sit on the right table)! Thank you for making our stay feel like home! I would not hesitate to book this hotel again.

Communication among staff isn’t great and they are very not cooperative when it comes to refund. We booked an extra night by mistake and double booked also by mistake and none of them were refunded. Otherwise staff and services and location are very good and hotel is very well maintained.

We had an absolutely amazing experience staying at Elaf Al Taqwa in Medina. From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome and comfortable. Everyone was friendly, kind, and always ready to help with anything we needed, from room changes to organising Ziyrat tours and money exchange.

A special thank you to Fahkrul,Jillani, Yousuf, Lamma, Hayam and Turkiy who is hilarious and so sweet on reception, they all made our stay 10/10. Every morning we’d get a courtesy call to check how we were and if we needed anything — such thoughtful service that truly made us feel cared for.

The hotel itself was spotless, comfortable and a home
from home and perfectly located — right opposite Gate 309 and only a 2-minute walk to the women’s entrance of Masjid al-Nabawi, which made it incredibly convenient. Also the golf carts to Quba Mosque were parked right outside.

I highly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone visiting Medina. You’ll be well looked after by an amazing team who genuinely care about making your stay memorable and comfortable. Can’t wait to return.

Thank you so much Elaf Al Taqwa, I satyed in the Junior suite and it was fabulous. The view was divine, the space in the room was massive, everything I needed was there. The staff were amazing, even concierge and porters spoke excellent English and were very helpful. I could have booked hotels on the other side where there are more shop options and closer to the Women’s entry, but I am glad I booked this hotel which is closer to the Rawdah of the Prophet ASWS which I needed to be close to.

Thanks, I have recommended to my travel agent in Australia.

They don’t respond to messages in time. Check-in lady was a bit rude because I didn’t speak Arabic. I had early check in and she wanted me to wait until 5 for my room even though the website says 4 and most other hotels says 3. In an instant world that we live in they could respond to messages sooner. Bellman Amin was great, picked our bags for us to the receptionist and made sure we had everything we needed that was in his control, all with a smile.

I have stayed at hotels all over the world. I stayed at Jumeirah Jabal Omar in Makkah and coming from there my expectations were high, I would like to say that this is one of the best hotels I have ever stayed at. The customer service and staff is phenomenal. Everyone here always has a smile on their face when they greet you and are always ready to assist to help with anything that you need. I would like to thank two staff members who were extremely helpful all throughout our stay Mr. Al Amin at front desk and Mr. Hazrat Ali from housekeeping staff. It was mine and my mother’s first time in Madina and I am so glad that we picked this hotel as it was recommended by my friend who had stayed here previously. It is literally a 2 minute walk to the Haram and 4-5 minute walk to the ladies entrance for Rawda. Also a 4-5 minute walk from ladies entrance to inside the mosque. I would definitely recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone who is visiting Madina and inshAllah when I visit next I will be staying at the same hotel due to their excellent services and hospitality. The rooms and washrooms are super clean, tidy and the food options for in room dining are also pretty good. Definitely one of the best hotels I have stayed at. Thank you to the entire staff who took such care good care of us during our stay. JazakAllah khair.

The team at Al Taqwa was the most helpful.
I came in early and they gave me a special room without even charging extra
Their room was clean and large and the best part is that they offered free breakfast (sahoor) and free dinner (aftar) as this was the blessed month of Ramadan

It was 200 meters away from Gate 309.
And even closer to Ghamama and Abu Bakr mosques.
The carts to Quba Mosque were right outside on the street

Our stay at Elaf Al Taqwa was an incredible experience! The hotel is exceptionally clean and exactly as advertised, which made us feel confident and comfortable from the start. The location and amenities are excellent, but the highlight of our stay was the outstanding service provided by the staff.

We want to especially recognize Parvez on the 2nd floor and Hazrat Ali on the 9th floor. Parvez was so warm, helpful, and attentive to all our needs, making our stay even more enjoyable. Hazrat Ali’s kind and helpful nature truly stood out—he went above and beyond to ensure we were comfortable and had everything we needed. Their care and dedication made our visit unforgettable.

With a clean, well-maintained hotel and such amazing staff, we wholeheartedly recommend Elaf Al Taqwa to anyone. We look forward to staying here again in the future!

My stay at elaf al taqwa was amazing. The hotel is very close to masjid nabvi in madinah. As soon as I entered the hotel, I was welcomed by a great smile by gentleman named Jafran. Jafran was very polite and helpful throughout our stay. The reception folks were very polite and welcoming. The breakfast buffet had all the options to accommodate everyone with friendly staff to help. The rooms were very clean. Each and every staff I had interaction with was awesome, I would like to acknowledge Jilani Hasan, Al Amin, and Ali Hussain for being awesome and helping us. I loved the positive energy and the “yes, anything is possible” attitude at this hotel. I would recommend this hotel to all my family and friends who visit Madinah and would stay here in the future for sure.

I’ve stayed here before and it’s a wonderful property. Unfortunately an evening worker quoted my mother and I “$2000 dollars” for a weekend room instead of saying “riyal” .. we even asked him to confirm and said DOLLARS?? He snickered and said yes dollars!
Because of him we didn’t have a hotel that evening. He was wrong and was supposed to say Riyal, which I was willing to pay. Other than this person, I still love this hotel and want to return to it for Umrah iA.

A wonderful 4 night stay. Convenient location just across the road from the Masjid but a bit of a distance to get to ladies side. Breakfast was substantial every morning and staff were quite helpful. Only issue was a leaky bidet washer in our room (212). A note if taking Haram view room there is a lot of road noise from the taxis outside. Overall lovely relaxing stay!
