I stayed at the hotel for 5 days, to begin with, I asked for a non-smoking room and I had to be transferred on day two to another one because the people above me were smoking and the smoke came into my room. The entire staff speaks very poor English and it is truly hard to communicate with them. Although I encountered the above issues, the quality of the food was excellent, and the chef's staff was truly cordial and knowledgable.

The wether was very good. It was so cold and comfortable but the local area so far from center. It very difficult to take a taxi.

Everything about the hotel is perfect except the location. The staffs are friendly. The room is huge and very clean. The price is much cheaper than average hotel in city center.
I stay in this hotel as it is near the National Convention & Exhibition center.
The price is reasonable because the National Convention & Exhibition center is far from city. So basically it is in the middle of nowhere. You cannot find any restaurant or shopping mall or supermarket nearby. And the distance to exhibition center is not as near as it seems. You have to walk under the sun for 15 minuets.
Maybe I rather stay a bit far and took a cab everyday.

Barely Speak English

I stayed in this hotel 4 days . It has beautiful facilities and excelent room . Breakfast also very good .

But I want to leave this msg to the German staff who rules the hotel: People at Reception , Concierge and Bellboys ; they barely speak english ; and the personal who really does ; have a heavy chinesse accent , this means that our way to communicate and try to have a pleasant stay was maddening .

It feels terrible ; such an impotence not to understand, read or try to be understood in this class of hotel who is supposed to be very good.

I strongly suggest the people who wants to go to Convention Center in Shanghai think twice in choosing this hotel .

Please give urgent english lessons and soft their Chinese accent!! It’s a Must !!!

cigarette smoke smell in room

There was heavy cigarette smoke smell in the room, although the hotel claims no smoke for all rooms. The room was hot, and its air conditioner wasn’t working properly for whatever reason.

No more.....

The air conditioning was set to 26 degrees, no matter what does your control device says in your room....you just can't change it. It was sert centrally.

It made me and my wife so uncomfortable to sleep in such a high temperature.

Complained to the front desk but was told nothing they can do but offering us a FAN in stead...what a joke.

From the moment you stepped off the MTR train, then you would be required at least 20 mins of walk until you can get to the hotel.

Also, the pool wasn't really ready yet and it is not mentioned on the website when I was making my booking

홍차오 공항 근처에있고, 상하이 홍차오 전시장 바로 아래있습니다. 비수기여서 그런지 사람이 별로 없어서 한적하게 이용했습니다.
상해의 약간 외곽에 위치하다보니 가격이 저렴하나 저렴한 가격대에 비해 퀄리티가 아주 좋습니다. 클럽룸으로 예약했기때문에 라운지도 무료로 잘 이용했고, 레이트 체크아웃도 아주 좋았습니다.
그 근처에 먹을만한 식당이나 이용할만한곳이 없기때문에 택시타고 20분정도거리에 한인타운이 있으니 거기서 먹을것을 좀 사가셔도 좋을듯합니다. 호캉스로는 제격인 호텔입니다.

這次入住是為了去上海國家會展中心參加國際五金展覽，展場毗鄰飯店，是除了洲際飯店外的相較出行便利的住居。
飯店整體設施質量甚佳，而本次入住行政樓層房，尚可免費使用行政酒廊與健身房，其中行政酒廊餐點供應質量尚稱精緻，雖種類較少但份量足夠，彌補了飯店周遭餐飲機能的不足。

En general está todo muy bien, solo me tuve que quejar que los cuartos tienen apagado el aire acondicionado y solo está funcionando la ventilación, esto deja el cuarto llegar a 24 C, no muy agradable, y por mas que me queje me decían que aún no es temporada de encenderlo.

대박사건... 이 가격에 어떻게 이런 호텔이 가능합니까.. 전시회 참가때문에 이 호텔에서 묵었는데요. NECC 전시회장 근처로 출장가신다면 너무 좋습니다. 걸어서 다닐만한거리(약10분)에요. 정말 가격대비 최고 입니다. 아니 호텔이 최고인데 가격이 너무 쌉니다. 단점은... 주변에 먹을곳이 아무데도 없어요.. 꼭 택시를 타고 나가야 합니다. 이 호텔 가실분은 홍차오 공항으로 들어가세요.. 추천드립니다!

爛飯店，我們住了4個晚上，續住叫我們用他們官網微信訂房保證最低價，結果我用微信支付，後來被朋友發現其他訂房網站，比這家飯店的微信官網訂還便宜200元人民幣，我打去給值班經理爭取，就是一付錢都付了，不然你們想怎樣，兩間房住了共8個晚上，升等沒有就算了，房間連水果也沒有，欺騙消費者房價保證最低價，被發現比其他訂房網站貴，連道歉也沒有，連任何補償及協調空間都沒有！後來還請當地的官方朋友打電話才把錢給退了下來，前台的每個人問什麼都不清楚不了解，建議如果不想一肚火出遊，就不要住這家，我寧可去住前面洲際，或新聯華索菲特，態度差到一個極點，整個飯店的員工包括打掃房間的阿姨全都臭著一張臉，早上8：00就來敲門要清掃房間嗎？中午12：00也問，每隔一小時就來問一次，還說17：00以前要整理，叫我們出去…這飯店千萬不要來！爛到一個極點，算是我開了眼界

タクシーに行先として『上海虹橋PRIMUS酒店』のメモを渡したのが大失敗。40分程度迷走する結果となった。すべて中国語の『上海虹桥绿地铂骊酒店』を用意すべきであった。

Comfortable room

Big room and comfortable bed are good for nice sleep.The breakfast is nice and delicious.The staff is helpful and nice.Everything is good except the smell of cigarette when you walking into the room.
