The service at this hotel is incredible. Rooms wwre luxurious and immaculate. Breakfast buffet was the best we experienced at any hotel on our trip. We loved the hotel so much, we decided to return to it during the second half of our trip instead of trying out another hotel. Everyone remembered us from our initial stay and welcomed us back. They even made us a special "welcome back" cake that was presented to us at breakfast. We couldn't have had a better stay.

We stayed two days at the Conrad after staying at the Taj. The Conrad was beautiful and more modern but the service was severely lacking and there was definitely a lack of organization throughout the hotel. When we checked in, we got a room that unfortunately smelled like mold. We requested to be moved, and they did find us another room but it was after an hour. We were escorted to the executive lounge while we were waiting so that was nice and Anisha at the front desk was helpful to try to resolve the issue. However, thereafter it took forever to get our bags to the room. The room was not fully ready when we did arrive. Missing towels, bath mat, etc. At breakfast the service was very disjointed and all over the place. There was no dedicated waitress/waiter. Noone really came to ask if we needed anything. I felt we had to ask multiple different people to be served. Though the Conrad is shiner, it could take a book out of Taj's service manual.

Everything good, with the exception of the gym, which is used by outsiders too. They treat the space as their own and will make you feel as if it’s owned by them. So unless the hotel restricts the usage of the gym to hotel guests only, mishaps are bound to happen.

We generally stay at conard or oberoi whenever we visit banglore. Staff service is pretty excellent and have lot of dining options. Swimming pool is also nice and view from high floor rooms are solid. Had multiple stays here , would definitely recommend this property.

A wonderful hotel. Very clean, great food, excellent swimming pool. The operations manager Arindam is a problem solver. He helped me with an issue i was having outside of the hotel, he did not have to but was very kind and fixed my problem. Staff are very friendly. One of the best hotels I’ve stayed at.

Its in a good location, just about 10 mins from Commercial street and Brigade Road. MG road just behind. Staff are very friendly and helpful. John and his colleagues were very helpful and friendly. Any question you ask its a YES.

We are from FL, USA. Grew up in Bangalore. Stayed there for two weeks with my wife. Nice and clean property. Overall was good. Close to most commercial areas.
Staff was good some were excellent except for Harish Chauhan at the entrance of buffet breakfast who should not be at a “5 star” restaurant especially not working with the guests.
Last year stayed at Leela palace. This visit it was not available for two weeks. Except for the bad experience with this guy, I would definitely consider staying again at this hotel next year.

this has perhaps the worst experience i have had in a 5 star in India , it was shocking to see the staff shabbily presented , rude , the coffee shop was actually dirty , food at the buffet was cold and stale, the staff hygiene was bad , and they had no manners ! the room floor was damp , towels damp , the heater pot did not work , the lobbly was filled with noisy guest ordering take away it is surprising that the senior management could see all this but did not care .

We stayed at this property for 3nights in their Executive Suite. The overall service was average but the most disappointing part was housekeeping. In spite of us staying in a suite, they did not bother cleaning the rooms thoroughly. Even after we made a complaint it did not make any difference. Housekeeping staff is in such a hurry that one of the days they left fresh hand and face towels in the bathroom sink. Breakfast at this property is good but in- room dining is not that great and the food at their restaurant next to the pool is average. The service at this restaurant is terrible. Even at check out we were not even asked once if our stay was comfortable. Overall, would not recommend this property especially when you have other big brands of hotels right next to it. If this is the service provided at an executive suite I wonder what would it be like staying at one of their entry level rooms.

Checkin was delayed as room was not ready, waited almost an hour ,got complimentary access to lounge with snacks and coffee

Room was ok, toilet was not clean,visible stains .. the flush water was yellowish with lots of dust coming on each flush, dust issue got rectified but water was still yellowish.

Food was ok. Variety of items available, but could not say that anything was awesome.

Vallet parking, when I got the car back, CO driver seat was inclined .. also door light was turned off..that was very clear that someone was resting in that .

Front office staff were very efficient and friendly. However It was a nightmare calling housekeeping/room service.... Either lines were continuously busy or no one picks up calls. Common areas in the hotel are beautifully maintained. My wife dropped something on the floor (in our room) and when she went down on her knees to pick it up, she was zapped seeing the amount of dust/dirt under the furniture. Food served was really good and the breakfast spread was pretty ok too.

Though there were Covid restrictions but still the stay was very comfortable throughout. Staff is well trained & courteous , hotel was very clean & following Covid norms .
Breakfast menu was lavish with continental, South & North Indian dishes . Taste was authentic.

A really enjoyable staycation. We were celebrating a special occasion and the hotel went out of its way to make our stay delightful.
As a product, it is very good, and the lake views from all rooms, certainly add to the feeling of space. Rooms are very well appointed and very well maintained.
The team always tried their best to please and we never heard a 'no' for any of our requests. One of the highlights we felt, was empowerment, wherein the associates and managers went out of their way with kind gestures and caring initiatives. A special mention to Madhurima (Front Office) and Vignesh (H.K.), who truly are remarkable hospitality ambassadors for the Conrad brand.

Memorable Family stacation unsatisfied

The checkin experience to start with started with an unsatisfactory experience where my family and I had to carry our luggage to the reception from L2 parking. No welcome drink or pleasantries like a 7 start must have.. Already we were doubting the lack lustre start. Then we had to wait for 2hrs before we got the room - reason cleaning was under progress especially when I called ahead 2 days and mentioned I will checking at 3 to 3:30PM on the day of arrival. Surprising inspire of this we had to wait for 2 solid hours. Well to make the 2hrs wait worth while they asked me to take advantage of the Hi-Tea served in Indian Durbar which was the next kill joy with such a meagre spread with the highlight being salted potato chips and 2 sauces with some dry fruits and 1 veg salad and bread, All Veg sandwiches were taken and had to wait another 30 min when we got 2 slices for a family of 4 which is astonishing. Again they went back to get 4 more pieces.

Now once we got the room at last we were for another surprise where the whole 5 star experience of having a Executive Suite was no less than a 1-2 start hotel to start with a big notice stating that to reduce touch points basic toiletries, fruit basket , pillow menu etc.. was not available standard and will have to be requested. Well I said ok, then asked for a fruit basket which never came for the whole day nor the next.

Now the executive lounge experience which is the highlight of the suite, this was again reduced to a 3 star exp

However, the Hotel walls are way too thin, so expect to hear every little creak coming from your neighbours’ rooms.

The front desk staff were also not the most coordinated bunch. I had left my luggage with the front desk in the morning only for a different staff member to tell me they had difficulty locating my luggage when I asked for it during check out. After 15 minutes of waiting for my luggage I wandered around the lobby on my own only to find my luggage tucked away under the a flight of steps.
