Check in and check out with me. Was horrific for me.We were trying to keep up with my wife family
My wife broke a bone in her foot. I pleaded with the front desk to let us out the next day so I could bring her home to her family Binh Dai.
No way the front desk fired back. So my wife went with mom home with cast on broken bone.
My wife may have left 2 water glasses 2 spoons around Iris Hotel as I pushed her in forgot to turn in her room key. They don’t care, a small fortune was paid by me because of that honest mistake.
If you don’t care about customer service, please stay there. It’s a beautiful hotel located in the heart of Can Tho.
If customer service means anything at all,
stay far far away from this hotel. You’ll make the right decision. The rest of the staff security, bell hop service was 10.
Front desk was cold as ice. Nhung and Man were their names.
Jimmy from California United States. Enjoy Vietnam while you’re here. I sure did.

Excellent hotel. Every time I go to Can Tho I stay here. Great amenities, modern rooms, great staff, good breakfast, they have it all. I came at 3 am because of bad logistical planning, but the staff was gracious enough to check me in without any complaints. Truly amazing place

The hotel is in need of updating in most areas.

As a return customer and this is my second visit to the Hotel within six month. This time, I am very unhappy due to bad impression at he check in. The reception staffs are rude and unprofessional, needs to mprove. Regardless, the Hotel is clean other services are good but again I am very dissapointed. I would have to think twice, whether I would come bak again.

Receptionist was rude by waving to guest to the counter instead of going to the sofa to talk. Room was noisy when we could hear water flush and TV noise of the next door. Also, the room was smelly as the hotel used cheap smell spray, it is not deserved with the 4-star hotel. Terrible room service when they applied extra charge for water refills. Don’t reserve the room for customer even when they already charged money.

Very clean hotel with friendly staff. Very close to everything in the city of Can Tho and walking distance to shops and restaurants.

Very quiet rooms considering the streets are a bit noisy.

Only thing I’d recommend is booking your rooms only. They won’t honour the prices you see online through this third party websites such as Expedia.

Other than that great hotel.

Good Hotel but Terrible Policy

Hotel is ok , good location, Room is pretty clean only negative is carpet is old and dirty
Policy is TERRIBLE .I booked a room for 2 peoples when I check in they say they can’t let my girlfriend staying with me cuz I have US passport and my girlfriend have Viet passport unless we have Marriage Certificate or I have to book another room just to leave there (no one is staying in the second room ) for 500k . Then they’ll let my girl stay with me and I told them I don’t want to pay for that extra cuz I booked a room for 2 peoples . 30 minutes later they called me and said if I still want my girl to stay they will help me I only paid 300k not 500k . I’m like ok , that’s fine whatever cause we don’t wanna be separate
Couple hours later they called me back and said sorry all rooms are booked they can’t give me that price 300k I have to pay 500k if I want my girl to stay . It’s so RIDICULOUS
It was my first time stayed here and I’ll never go back .Too complicated

Modern, clean hotel with great service

Modern, clean, comfortable. I've been to several hotels in Can Tho. This is the one of the top 2 that I will ONLY use. Everything is done with such great care from the design of the rooms to the breakfast layout. Get the window view because it's FANTASTIC for just a few more bucks. What a great way to spend the evening and morning watching Can Tho wake up and go to bed.

Not so good. Over restrictive in relation to the security/rook key for their guests - We are a group of 10 people (all family related) booked 5 rooms - 2 persons in one room, but Iris Hotel provided only one key per room, so each time two persons have to come or get in together. This is very inconvenient. Not only that, each key is coded only for a specific floor, and the 5 rooms that we have been allocated were located at three different floors. We could not get together in one floor except the lobby to discuss our travel arrangements. Very frustrating, very frustrating indeed.

Fantastic night stay. Arrived from bus station late at night. Greater with a warm welcome. Friendly helpful staff. Stayed in double room with no windows - everything was perfect - shower, bedding and service. Rented bicycles from reception. Receptionist kindly made reservation at bus station for tickets to Saigon. At no cost! Thank you would go back if visiting again.

Wasn't planning to stop at Can Tho, but I'm so glad we found Iris hotel. We only stayed for one night on our way back to HCM from Rach Gia and wished we stayed longer. The city was fun. Love the mini cart food and night market. the quality of the hotel was equivalent to the $100 hotel we paid in the city. The bathrooms are clean. Food was so good with lots of selection and looks like wedding venue. Breakfast is from 6-9:30, but The staff was so accommodating. They were going to have the chefs cook earlier because we wanted to do the early floating market. I actually would recommend having breakfast first and do the market after. We left at 5 as suggested by but I felt we missed out because it was too early. We returned in time before the breakfast close. Definitely would recommend anyone to venture away from the big city for a more affordable and fun experience here in Can Tho.

Great value for money

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights and found it to be in excellent condition. Staff were always attentive without being annoying and overall we had a pleasant stay. This hotel offers excellent value for money when booked through hotels.com (walk-in prices are 50% higher, and this applies to the discounted rate).

A buffet breakfast was included and the selection was fantastic, even for vegans and vegetarians like us there was always plenty of choice, which is unusual.

I work online so I need reliable Internet. Wifi worked well except for one evening when we couldn't connect to the network. The interruption lasted 5 hours (I think it could have dealt with much sooner), but eventually someone from IT was sent to the room to get it fixed.

Great gym with brand new equipment on the 2nd floor also a bonus.

The only negative is that the place is noisy. It seems as if there was no insulation built into the hotel because you can hear absolutely everything that happens inside and outside. A karaoke on the 3rd floor doesn't help at all - we could hear it clearly from our room on the 6th floor. Otherwise, the hotel would get a 5 out of 5.

We only stayed at the hotel for one night for the Cai Rang Floating Market Tour. The staff was super friendly and paid very close attention to make sure the guests feel welcome and have a comfortable stay. The room is comfortable and bigger than other hotels I had stayed in Ho Chi Minh City. It was super clean and had everything we needed, including complimentary bottled water and coffee. We ate dinner at the restaurant. The food was good and the prices were reasonable. The breakfast buffet had very good selections of Asian and Westerner style breakfast. The noodle soup and the “banh cuon Cha” (Vietnamese thin rice noodle with Vietnamese ham and fish sauce) were my favorite. We will definitely stay here again and highly recommended this hotel.

Fantastic sunrise and sunset from the top floor

This hotel is located in the downtown of Can Tho City that is the center of Mekong Delta. This hotel was very clean and its service was wonderful. On the top floor, they have a fitness center and a beautiful bar. We can look down the river where many boats move up and down the stream. It has a very beautiful sunrise in the morning and a romantic sunset in the afternoon.

Det var en bra opphold, rommet er stort og fin og beliggenheten er perfekt, kort vei til alt ☺️ frokost er variert og det er god mat hverdag. Eneste som er minus er harde senger, det er maur på skrivebordet på rommet som aldri går bort så man får maur på mat og drikke hvis man har noe på bordet eller maur som kryper på deg. Vært uheldig og fått meg en små gekko på rommet en gang, tror den sneik inn etter vaskepersonalet har vasket rommet. Spa avdelingen står at skal være på hotellet ifølge hotels.com men så var det stengt heletiden mens vi var der, bassenget er ikke kjempe fint men grei… Men det er heletiden bra service. De hjelper deg med alt 24/7.

Bel hotel avec une belle vue et un magnifique bar en rooftop pour profiter après une journée de tourisme.
Calme comparé à d’autres hôtels au vietnam où la vie et la ville est plus bruyante qu’en Europe.
Vous pourriez y dormir sans trop de bruit. Privilégier les chambres coté opposé a la rue.

Hotellet lå centralt. Standarden var ringe. Deres spa afdeling var helt lukket ned og poolen var så ussel at man på ingen måde havde lydt til at hoppe i. Værelset var i ringe stand og der var beskidt. Personalet gjorde hvad de kunne for at yde service. Aircondition dryppede ned i vores hoved om natten og vand løb ud af køleskabet. Når man bestiller hotel med spa og pool må det som minimum være formentlig at det kan bruges. Skybaren var helt ude af funktion.
