I don't like the rainfall showers, they are very inconvenient, and it hurts to bend over backward if you don't want to get your hair wet. A proper shower projects water at an angle not straight down. Also the styling is painful with the sharp corners. The little wand is not the same as a real shower. If you provide a wand it should be a large circular area, not a small rectangle. I recommend to replace all shower fixtures with a more ergonomic design.
Also the bath towels are much too large. It makes no sense to talk about being eco-friendly and saving water when you provide bath towels that are twice the size they need to be. A larger towel requires more water and more soap so it negates any savings derived elsewhere.

Ritz Carlton Bangalore was the best rits experience I ever had. The staff and the management charmed me with their gracious hospitality and made the stay very memorable one. The standards set by the hotel is a tough one to beat.From the delicious breakfast buffet, to evening tea at the lounge or to delicious drinks served at the rooftop bar Ritz Carlton Bangalore creates an experience that is memorable. I will be back there for more visits.

The service was truly world-class. The staff went above and beyond to ensure every need was met promptly and with genuine care. Whether it was the concierge providing tailored recommendations, housekeeping attending to our room with precision, or the dining staff offering exceptional service, each interaction left a lasting impression.

The dining experience was another highlight. The on-site restaurant served exquisite meals, and the breakfast buffet was a delightful start to each day, with a wide variety of fresh and delicious options.

The staff at the Ritz Carlton make it special for the guests. From the time you check in until the time you leave, the staff do an outstanding job. The reception staff welcome you with a smile. Shaiju in the fitness facility kept me healthy and fit by taking a personal interest and training me on strength training. The cleaning crew on the 14th floor, Liu, Attithya, Sruthi and Joanna were outstanding and kept our room in great shape. Jocelyn and all the staff in the 15th floor club made sure my mother was well taken care of. I cannot thank the staff of the Ritz Carlton for making our stay special.

We also held a reception in the ballroom and the function was well organized and beautifully done.

I hope to return again soon.

Our stay at the Ritz-Carlton was short but sweet. The staff - especially those at breakfast - were amazing & super helpful. Our room was lovely & comfortable. The breakfast was delicious.
Maintenance of the property could be improved on: the rooms are a little tired & one of the steps on the ladder of the pool was broken.
Overall, this is a great hotel and we wouldn't hesitate to stay here again.

This is a very beautiful hotel and the service is exceptional.All the staff that we met are always smiling and wanting to do their best to make you feel welcome. The restaurants are all extremely good.
We used the spa services three days in a row and we had possibly the best massage in the world. The therapists are trained so well and we really liked our treatments very much.

Luxurious Stay in the Heart of Bengaluru

I cannot say enough good things about this hotel and their staff! From the moment we arrived we were treated like royalty. Our 3-year-old son was treated like the most special little one - they set up a pizza-making activity for him with the chef, gave him small gifts and even gave him flowers and balloons! The pool, spa, salon and all the amenities are top notch. We have never felt so pampered! The room was spacious, clean and comfortable. The food we had on property was delicious and all seemed individually prepared to our liking. This stay will make us consider Ritz-Carlton where we can for our world travels and is a must-stay when visiting Bengaluru.

This may not fulfil your business trip mission.

The property needed to stand out like the RITZ should be. It was OK but more for leisure travelers rather than business travelers. The TV did not work, i had to get TECHNICAL people to come and make the change. The Coffee machine did not work.
There was no provision to use the business center unless i pay an unreasonable price per hour. the only choice i had was to use the Coffee shop which turned out to be even more expensive.

The Ritz Carlton is always known for its impeccable service and the one in Bengaluru lived up to it and more. The combination of discrete hospitality coupled with Indian traditions and spectacular artwork makes the hotel a special place. It is also within walking distance of Cubbon Park and Vidhan Soudha.

I particularly enjoyed the traditional dance display and lighting of the lamps.

Excellent hotel & service, zero complaints. There was one mishap - I was jetlagged and I was asleep without the DnD sign on, and room svc woke me up (wrong room). Can't really blame them, these things happen. Other than that, my five day stay was flawless. I didn't have a chance to eat at the restaurants, room service was good. I'd like to call out the breakfast waitstaff, they were exceptional. Lots of good options for breakfast too, with like 5 different cuisines. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay, will stay here again.

we truly enjoyed our stay at the Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore. It may well have been our best ever hotel experience. Service was amazing, personalized and friendly. It seemed that people were ready to do anything for us. This applies to every employee with whom we interacted. The room was very comfortable. Breakfast was good. Since we visited during COVID restrictions, there was no breakfast buffet and there were, generally, few guests.

The property is beautiful constructed and you feel welcomed with the staff warmth and personal touch right from when you get out of the car at the start of your trip to getting back in the car at the end of your trip.
Their Asian restaurant has spectacular flavours that melt in your mouth and their breakfast spread is to die for. I happened to meet chief Satish and Mr. Dalpat Singh (Assistant Director of Food and Beverages) that added their personal touch to my stay and all my personal dietary requirements were met.
Overall I loved my stay at The Ritz Carlton Bangalore and can’t wait to come back and relive the experience.

The best possible stay

Everything about this hotel was exceptional. I had great expectations, having heard of the famous Ritz-Carlton Gold Standards, including that they \"...build strong relationships and create Ritz-Carlton guests for life\". The friendliness, excellence and dignity of the staff is unparalleled. I would like to point out just a few individuals who really made my days: Kushagra, Arnab & Aashish from Club Lounge and Jem, Mahesh, Rajnish and Dikisha from The Market.

I spent a lot of time in the hotel, for two weeks, while my husband was working, but I feel like I could have stayed even longer. The hotel sent roses to my room, the staff kept me company while I had my meals and they even organised for me cook with one of the Chefs! The room was comfortable and beautifully appointed, all the food was delicious and I truly enjoyed spending time in the Club Lounge. I really hope to be back soon :)

Outstanding service that exceeded all expectations. I cannot say enough good things about this hotel. The hotel is beautiful, very clean with artistic tasteful decor. But it’s really people that made our stay so memorable. The front office manager, Prabdip, took great care of us. Chef Govinda at Riwaz, the Indian restaurant, cooked us the most delicious food you could imagine, and together with our waiter, Ayush, and the rest of the staff, they really made us feel special. These are just a few names and examples but everyone in this establishment was extremely nice and helpful. We had an amazing experience and recommend The Ritz Carlton in Bangalore to everyone.

The Club Lounge was par excellence, we were spoilt .Special mention goes to Leona (hugs), Pranav, Tamojit, Neha, young chef from Kerala at the counter made some of the best Uttappam. The coffee shop staff too were wonderful with their patience and esp to Jem who was very intuitive and having our supplies of thosais and cups of filtered coffee ready each morning. This property will be our our choice holiday destination, making us want to visit India more frequently. Came for a conference but ended feeling like a holiday.Thank you Nitesh property.

I stayed in Ritz Carlton Bangalore recently along with my wife and son. I have to say that our short stay was amongst the most comfortable hotel stays we have had.

From the airport pickup to the hotel reception to room service or to restaurants - the staff everywhere was extremely courteous, polite and helpful. Checkin was very smooth,

I was exteremely impressed with the quality of food and the staff in Market restaurant/cafe. We hosted several of our friends there for breakfast, and lunch. Each meal was really good. They also ensured that my dietary restrictions were taken care off. I was particularly impressed with Mr. Saurabh Bhargava (I hope I spelled his name correctly) who made us feel like if we were eating in our home. He personally took care of us each time and ensured our comfort. He also made my 5 years old eat and drink his milk - something even we sometimes struggle.

I will stay again if I get a chance.

A true Ritz experience

The service at the Ritz was among the best I’ve ever encountered. From the moment we walked through the door we were treated like our comfort was important. They hotel was hosting a large wedding and in any other venue this might have meant that we’d be forgotten but at the Ritz it was the opposite. They made sure we had a comfortable table away from the larger parties and the wait staff couldn’t have been more attentive. The manager also was very understanding that a flight delay caused us to miss most of our first night and made up for that wasted time. The pool is a wonderful oasis and the rooms are beautifully well appointed. The food was excellent and there was tremendous variety in the offerings.

I cant say enough about how wonderful the staff of this hotel is. Every person I encountered went above and beyond to make me comfortable. I stayed there for 10 nights so I encountered MANY people. Initially I had a problem with my room - there was a musty odor that just wouldn't go away. The hotel moved me without question and everything was super after that.

We were fortunate to book a couple nights with the The Ritz-Carlton, Bangalore while in India for an adoption. We came in late on a delayed flight, the driver from the RC waited 4.5 extra hours for us to finally arrive at 3 am this morning. We only had a couple of hours to get ready to leave for the orphanage and we happened to mention where we were going to the front desk manager.
When we came back to the hotel tonight with our little girl, our room was decorated with a beautiful crib, they bought blankets, pillows, dolls, chocolates, blew up balloons throughout the room. And best of all, had everyone on staff sign a congratulations card for us. The staff was incredible. The encouragement, excitement and thoughtfulness we have been shown is more than we can ever repay.

Fantastic hotel. Stayed for a few days as part of a wedding in the area and had a wonderful stay. All the staff extremely helpful and friendly, room was extremely comfortable, and everything was great. As my flight landed very early in the morning, I really appreciated they allowed for check-in so early as it meant I could have a bit of a rest before meeting up with people later in the day. Would happily stay here again on a future visit!
