Nice staff, rooms were wildly different though. Mine was small and stank of mould, my traveling partner had a massive room that smelled fine. Wifi is very annoying as they give you a new pass every day but are slow about it and you keep having to log back in. But for price and location it's fine. Breakfast good too.

Although the staff of this hotel was incredibly helpful, accommodating, and nice, the property itself is extremely outdated, with filthy furniture, and old plumbery. It surely needs to be refurbished, and it is ridiculously overpriced. Although my trip was for 3 nights, I Switched to another hotel JüSTa Mg Road which was alright. Thanks to the staff for moving me with no hastle

Friendly, Clean hotel in a great location

The staff here is fantastic. They are very helpful and friendly. The hotel is clean and the housekeeping does a great job keeping your room clean. The receptionist(s) were always very helpful.

The hotel is in a very good central location. You can walk to many popular destinations within 20 minutes.

The internet was slow, but on-par with most hotels (most hotels need improvement here). The breakfast is underwhelming, but better than the typical continental breakfast you'd find in the USA.

I would stay in this hotel again, it was a great experience.

This was my second stay in 5 weeks and once again all was great. Even although breakfast was not served until 7am, management made sure we had ours at earlier as we had an early flight.....that is what I call service!

Quick and short visit to Bangalore

Was on weekend visit to Bangalore to be with my son from Manipal. The hotel is centrally located and that was the reason for choosing it. The staff was helpful and room was clean. Did not try there restaurant apart from breakfast.Overall nice play to stay

In my opinion the Justas's biggest asset is its staff. They go out of their way to make your stay a pleasant one and are always ready to help with any request promptly. I give all of them a 5 star rating. Location is good, within walking distance to MG Road, Central Mall and several good Restaurants. I consider the Justa a good 3 1/2 star Budget Hotel.

Are you sure you want to use Hotel.Com?

I have booked this hotel via Hotel.Com website and a booking confirmation and hotel voucher was given. When I arrived at the Hotel in India, I was told by the hotel that they did not receive any booking details. The hotel then arrange to transfer me to another hotel which is old and tired. I wonder whose fault is it that such arrangement can be screwed up. Not my fault definitely. I have paid for a room but get something lousy in return.

Room was very nice and clean and the staff was very helpful. Central location and an amazing value for money. The aircon stopped working in the middle of the night and we were forced to open the windows, but overall a very nice stay.

Overall Awesome Hotel!

Location was very central -- a well known area that was easy to find and navigate to. The hotel was a small hotel set in a local neighbourhood and next to a great restaurant. Staff were extremely helpful and very welcoming. Complimentary breakfast was good with lots of options. The rooms were clean and well maintained. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone travelling and looking for 'Western style' comforts in India as we found it very relaxing and comfortable.

We had to move to the Justa on MG Road due to problems with the air-conditioning and Cable Television after just one night at the hotel, but the move was handled very professionally and without too much of an inconvenience. We will definitely stay at Justa again.

Warm friendly staff always ready to help. Rooms with microwave and large refrigerator. Breakfast not grand but sufficient. Great location if you wish to shop. On the whole was a good experience. But it would be great if they could give extra beds instead of just a mattress .

pleasant stay at Justa Hotel, Ulsoor

Hotel is situated away from the main roads therefore we had a quiet stay away from the noisy, busy roads. Hotel is situated close to MG road and walking distance to commercial road and the town centre. The deluxe room we stayed had plenty of space, clean, with minibar, room cleaned and linen changed every day the staff was ever so polite and helpful. Food and beer available 24hrs, quality and quantity of food very good. Breakfast served at roof top garden, good quality Indian food by very pleasant staff. The front office staff Syed and Nazia was ever so polite and helpful and made us welcome. Overall we had a wonderful relaxing holiday.
The menu did not have numbers therefore when you order food over the phone a staff has to arrive to your room to take the order down. The staff was not adequately trained to give advise where and when to visit sight seeing shopping and other important tourist locations.

Good small hotel, friendly staff

I had booked 2 rooms at this hotel for my family. I had asked for 2 adjacent rooms but was disappointed to know they were located on different floors! The room given to me initially was full of smoke although I had specifically asked for non-smoking rooms!!! The hotel staff did their best to provide non-smoking room but the they were on different floors.
The place is tucked in a lane and is quiet by Bangalore standards. It is close to business district and M G Road.
I would still rate it ok.

This place is very clean and neat to stay at very near proximity to MG road and Brigade road. Breakfast provided was very good when compared to high tariff hotels nearby. I like the ambience and food at this place.

My best experience in any indian hotel. Excellent service by the staff. They even go all the way to get my medicine from the nearby store. It's a small hotel with 12 rooms but their service exceed any 5 star hotel. Keep up the great job!

Close to MG Road, great staff

Very friendly helpful staff in an easy to explore spot. When we needed anything the staff did everything they could to help us including giving us a room to sleep in when we arrived at 5am while our own room was being vacated and cleaned. They also ran out and got my wife medicine and coconut milk at no cost when she felt sick. Near the hotel are a couple of really nice restaurants, including a top quality Thai place. Its also within a short walk of MG road and a very convenient location, quiet yet close to everything. rooms were a nice size, clean and comfy.

Good Value, nice people

Everything was good with the exception of the wireless which didn't work most of the time. This might not be a good place for a business travel, but I would highly recommend it for leisure travels. The roof top restaurant and morning fresh lattes make you feel you're in a tropical resort in Bali or Thailand, so it is quite relaxing.

This is the second time that we've stayed at the JuSta Residence Off MG Road, and both times have been great. The first time we stayed in a deluxe room, a bit spacious and were really amazed at the quality and value. The second time we stayed in a smaller room. It was very good, but of course not as good as the first time. Both times though the staff were exceptional, like service and hospitality is a value to them. The room comes with internet and a breakfast and newspaper.

Excellent option in Bangalore

This hotel is a good get away from the too busy streets of the city. Small hotel with excellent service. Roof top breakfast is good and nice. Fairly close to MG road and Commercial road with shopping and restaurants, and far enough away to be very silent at night. Sleep well, eat well, stay well - what more do you need?

Forgettable experience

The hotel is a little hard to find but once you're there, it's a quaint and quiet place. The room is large with a separate kitchenette area. We did have a problem since there were 3 adults and they only provided a kingsize bed. At first they insisted that we pay extra for another bed, but when we complained, they gave us a large mattress, which they stuck on the floor in the kitchen. It was weird. In general, the room was fine, but the AC was broken and starting making noise at 1 am. Then it started leaking water. It was a mess. The breakfast and the breakfast space were great.

Large spacious modern spectacular rooms
Trouble with solar heater hot water
Limited but adequate choices at roof top area for breakfast
Very hard location to find even for locals but cozy home like feel and great personal service of the staff makes up for it
Raju at the roof top b'fast place excelled with yummy masala omlettes and great service
No true restaurant but great food through room service and will serve on roof top
Limited menu from 11 pm to 11 am with omlettes sandwich and Biriyanni as the only options
Excellent service all over especially at rooftop and reception
Very limited parking space.
Must visit the upscale Malabar cuisine restaurant a few steps away and the Nilgiris bakery for desserts, cakes and pastries

Great Bangalore hotel

Clean hotel and very reasonably priced. This location was a little harder for cabs/autos to find because it's a little off of MG road...especially when there's another Justa on MG road. We stayed in the suite and had plenty of room and everything we needed. overall, a great experience!

The Residence - clean and friendly

The breakfast on the roof garden was great, both in terms of quality of food and service.

The front desk reception were very helpful, spending about 2 hours helping us book further flights and other hotels, plus printing without charge. We used their PC because we did not have our own !
