I travel a lot for work at this by far has to be the worst stay I’ve experienced! There were cockroaches in the room, springs of the bed had come off. The receptionist made us wait 15 minutes because he had a personal call to attend to. Horrible service plus he asked us to pay extra. Upon that, torn towels, no dental kits or other basic aminities which any basic property is suppose to have.
Would not recommend, total waste of money!

Words have power and that power is when a small hotel describes itself as 'boutique' and 'luxury'. There is nothing luxurious about this place unless one consider having a roof over one's head than sleeping on the street then may be.

I went for this place purely on the rating. But I am sure the ratings are either fake, paid or by those who have limited experience of travelling.

I had asked for a double occupancy room and to my dismay they just joined single beds which I didnt realize until I started sinking between the two in the night. The staff at the check in did not bother to ask if this would be ok.

Only positive about this place is that it is fairly clean but the rest is plain awful. I paid close to INR 7500 ( OCT 2024) and I did so purely on the rating. Next day I checked in at Radissom blue and paid nearly 1K less and was upgraded to executive suite. This property is a scam for the money charged and what they provide.
Description says free newspaper in the room but its a gimmick they didnt provide. Another is bathroom room gowns again not provided.
The towels were old and torn. It was just awful.
Walls had stains on them. See it for yourself.

Best of all it is not evem on MG road as it claims. Its on a side street where Uber refuses to come so you have to walk to the main road.

Breakfast is okish. Staff were helpful but most of them were north easterm I believe who atleast generally courteous. Local staff are rude and ignorant to say the least.

The staff was exceedingly helpful during the whole of our stay. Our room was HUGE!, and we had a nice-sized fridge, a large kitchen counter, large bed, a dining room table for 4, a comfortable couch and plenty of room to move around. The street was quiet and I had a reasonable view to the street. If I was to return to this area, I would definitely return.

Great value for the money!

Great location, accessible to prime areas in less than 10 minutes. They could use better service when an extra bed was requested. In our case, there were limited comforters / pillows for the extra bed, even when requested.

Each stay the rooms deteriorate.

I have stayed here a few times and while the staff are unfailingly nice, helpful and professional, the rooms are getting worse and worse.

This time the fabric on the chairs was badly ripped with the filling showing, water stains down the wall, sink slowly coming off the wall and the towel rail doing the same.

Don't start me on the degree in hydraulics needed to figure out to get a warm shower - is there something wrong with installing a normal hot and cold tap? The shower pressure was lousy and between 10-7 no hot water. apparently guests are meant to arrive at convenient hours and not need a shower after traveling all day...

When I first started, this was a solid 4 star hotel. Based on the rooms, struggling to get 3 now.

Definately NOT RECOMMENDED for seasoned travelers!

1) No hot water even though their plumber came multiple times and said it was fixed.

2) Long hair in laundry after clothes came back from wash.

3) Electricity kept going ON and OFF throughout one of the days.

A perfect place for my recent visit to Bangalore.

Staff was very helpful and friendly. They went above and beyond expectations to make my stay great. Food was delicious and pleasingly presented. Room was clean with AC and WiFi working well. Location on MG Road was near great shopping yet rooms were quiet and peaceful. I highly recommend it.

Comfortable stay in the City center

We stayed two nights in Justa MG, opting for a non-smoking, double bed. Our room was upgraded to a suite - it was lovely. The staff are very helpful. Front desk very polite and pleasant, they were accommodating with our requests of early check-in. Breakfast buffet had decent options (pros:good coffee, eggs/french toasts and omelettes made upon request. cons: Food replenishment is a bit slow)
The location is the biggest plus point.
There were constant repair works going on causing noise but I hope this is not a permanent feature.
I would definitely recommend this to friends.

Centrally located, near Trinity metro, on MG road.

Clean and hygienic ambience. Complimentary breakfast is adequate. Airport pick up and drop facility available on charge basis. Check-in and check-out was done quickly. As a single lady , travelling alone, I did not experience any kind of discomfort. Helpful and friendly staff.

A little hotel that puncehs above its weight

This is a 3/3.5 star hotel that punches above its weight and provides 5 star service. Biju, Mukti and the restaurant staff are wonderful! The front of house Managers (thanks Joseph) are genuine, attentive and just lovely. Although this hotel is tricky to find, it is worth the effort. I stayed for 10 days and I would happily return here for my next visit to Bangalore.

Great little hotel close to shopping.

Great little hotel close to shopping. The manager was exceptional and helped us settle into a suite and also let us check out late.. The food from the kitchen and the buffet breakfast was very good and the staff very pleasant. Very safe and clean hotel.

Great stay at Justa Hotel!

We chose a suite as we were three adults. The suite had sufficient space and we really liked the room decor. Staff were very friendly and helpful and breakfast was quite adequate and nice. The location was very convenient. Would definitely stay here again - thank you for a lovely stay!

Worst hotel ever!!Stay away!!

Checked into the hotel on May 28th, 2015 and had to checked right back out. Was given a run down room on the ground floor with water leaking from the roof. Never again. Thanks to hotels.com got an immediate booking at Lemon Tree, Ulsoor. Stay Away from this hotel.

Pathetic Reception

I will start with positive . The location is good apart from that everything is no no . The reception is so unfriendly and dont know what hospitality means . I checked in for couple of hours rest and all i got was half an hour less arguing about id card etc. They want all the guests Id cards even if you show them Id of person who booked they will not be satisfied . And Expedia nowhere mentioned that all the guest staying should need a Id card to check into this Hotel . The rooms are pretty small .

Over hyped....not worth the money at all...

I booked the hotel online thinking it would be a contemporary new property with great room and other facilities. The hotel location was mentioned as MG Road, though it is slightly off MG Road, nowhere close to the main areas of MG Road. Was difficult to locate by the local taxi driver. Though I was alone at the check in it took me more than 10 minutes to check in. The staff was too slow.. The room was average, nothing to speak about. Bathroom was OK...clean but very basic and less choice of toiletries. Overall at this price we get a much better and contemporary, aesthetic room with good lighting. The aura of the place was very dull and so was the staff. Will never recommend to anyone nor would I stay there ever.

A hidden gem

We stayed in different hotels throughout Bangalore for almost two weeks and I have to say this one by far was one of the best we have ever stayed at! Not to mention this hotel wasn't terribly expensive either. Upon checking in the friendly staff greeted us with a fresh cup of orange juice and showed us to our room. The room had a very peaceful modern decor with beautiful paintings on the wall I almost felt like I was staying in an art gallery. The bathroom was very modern and up to date as well. The thing I was very impressed by at this hotel was the food. At this point of our trip we really wanted something that wasn't curry so we ordered the fish and chips and OMG it was the best fish and chips I have had in a long time! My only complaint is that this place is just a little hard to find. The hotel is tucked away on a small road off of MG road near the Trinity metro station. I really think they can use a sign on that road showing where it is.

Great location, friendly staff

I've stayed here a couple of times before and I find the hotel very convenient location-wise and the staff friendly. There are a few inconveniences - the electric sockets are only compatible with Indian (and perhaps some European) plugs and not with North American ones (dual-type sockets are fairly common in other places). The phones don't have a listing for in-hotel services because everything is handled by the front-desk (dial 9), but if you're not aware of this, you have no idea as to what number to call for the service you want. The air-conditioning and lockers do not work at times but the front-desk is usually good about getting things fixed. Finally, it is highly likely that you can walk up to the restaurant and not find anyone to serve you - you have to go to the kitchen at the other end of the hallway and ask for someone. Having said this, the hotel is a great deal and I will definitely stay there again.

Nice hotel, but could use some touch-ups

We've stayed here a few times. It is a nice hotel in a convenient location in Bangalore. Next to the metro, walking distance to lots of shopping, etc. They have a nice breakfast buffet in the mornings. My only complaint is that I noticed that over time they are not being diligent in making repairs, things are starting to look pretty worn and banged up. I would stay there again in the near future, but if they don't get serious about keeping things nice I would be hesitant in the long term.

Spent two separate visits at juSTa. Reasonable rooms, reasonably clean. Fresh paint on the walls would help. Breakfasts were fair, nothing amazing. Overall would recommend and rate as good to very good, excellent would be a stretch.

Close to Metro and all Shopping

This is a small hotel - i think about 45 rooms so the feel is very homely. The promptness and attention to service is excellent. Breakfast is good -continental breakfast menu in addition to Indian breakfast - a different menu every morning. The bathroom is dry - which is very suitable for me coming from US. Everyday they provide complimentary bottle of water when they clean the room. The only short coming would be the maintenance - 4th floor restaurant roof needs fixing. Over all very satisfied and will stay there again.

Great stay, good wifi, nice staff

The Justa Hotel ended up being a great spot for my colleague and myself. We needed to do work from the hotel and the wifi access was fast enough and available for the full day. The breakfast was substantial and lasted until 10:30, which was great after an early morning meeting. Staff was helpful and attentive. Thanks!

Good choice for Bangalore

I was influenced by other Expedia reviews and my experience was consistent with my expectations. The Justa is a great value, good locations and had a fantastic breakfast on the top floor (highlighted by chef-prepared omelet which was excellent. I would absolutely stay here again. Only issue was a few nails protruding on a wooden chair outside that they need to fix - hope hotel is reading this.

Another positive was that I left my blazer behind, and had an email answered quickly and the blazer sent out right away - very responsive service and no hassle.

Sign outside says \"Small Luxury Hotel\" and indeed it is, reception manager Shjam (know that just reads wrong) was super friendly and everything was in order.

I reached around 11 PM on the day of my booking and the receptionist said \"Since you are late, your room has been given to maintenance and we do not have any other room left for you\". And then they shifted me to another hotel of Justa chain, which was around 1-2 km from this hotel. So the remaining review is for the next hotel of Justa (i guess it was off MG Road)... The next hotel was near to impossible to find due to lake of directions... somehow the auto rickshaw driver found the hotel, and then the room which was given to me was full of mosquitoes. When i complained about it, room service guy showed the mosquito repellant is already in the room (apparently it was not effective). And then the room service offered me a stick to kill mosquitoes yourself. How can this hotel call themself luxury hotels. Worst hotel stay in Bangalore.

amazing room

This is the best value for money experience I've had. The hotel is at a great location, right by a metro stations, the staff is courteous and the rooms are very comfortable. They do charge a bit too much to arrange for an airport cab though, and the internet service should be made free, but otherwise a very pleasant stay!

I will rate it as a good service appartment...no i wont call it a hotel...as it was too smalll...but it is definitely quite good...it located about 1.5 km from the Brigage Road-MG Road Intersection...so even though it boasts it is located right on MG Road doesnt mean you are quite close to the nightlife and the markets at brigade road...the hotel staff was nice and courteous., rooms were neet and tidy, restaurant food was good and the buffet breakfast was decent...the hotel is right next to trinity metro station so you can conviniently take a metro to mg road / brigage road...overalll a good experience...

Accessible location & comfortable stay

I stayed at the hotel for 2 weeks. Generally, my stay was good. It was quiet even if it is near the Metro rail. There was a nice big mall on a walking distance. It was convenient as all the things I need from food to toiletries, etc are there! I love the salads. The hotel staff were friendly and always willing to help. They treat you nicely as if you are part of the family. They have good service and act fast on request or any concerns. The only complaints i have is there was 2 nights that I could not sleep due to loud noise as if there is banging going on at the kitchen or somewhere at the underground level. When I complained at the front desk, the staff immediately addressed the problem. Also the bathroom's drain is not working properly and there were times that the water flowed to the floor outside the bathroom. I also reported this and they have acted on it also. I will be back to this hotel in my next stay and they promised that they will give me a better room. Thanks...

All in all enjoyed the stay. Near by the best of Veg food in Bangalore 'Adigas' is available. Parking is limited. If you are driving down, as I did, you better inform them in advance.

Fantastic Hotel that went above and beyond!

What made our stay exceptional was the willingness for the hotel staff to help us communicate with a third party bus company on our behalf given the language barriers. Additionally, the hotel staff organised packaged/take-away lunch for us with minimal notice. Would not look anywhere else next time I stay in Bangalore.

Hotel staff were very friendly and accommodating. They provided advice on near by shops, restaurants and how to find the chemist. They even looked after our bags when we returned to Bangalore a few days after our stay while we were in transit.

We originally booked the Justa on MG road, however when we arrived they had some electrical problems and told us they had to shift us to their other branch off of MG road. So this review is actually for the Justa off of MG road not on MG road. The room which was spacious had mosquitoes in it already. The bathroom which only had a shower had no door to the glass shower so that the floor got wet. The TV was not so great and the AC made so much noise at night it was hard to sleep. They did not replenish toilet paper and soap everyday and enough for 3 people in the room. The breakfast option is not great at all, no options. The location is also not on the main road so you have to walk to get to any shops or eating places. None of the rickshaw drivers even know where this hotel is so we had to drop off at the mall and walk in everyday. The only good thing was Yashoraj the guy at reception, not only was he very polite, he went out of his way to help us book our tour to tirupati. He was very friendly and helpful. On the last day we were shifted back to the main Justa on MG road. Though we were there for only a day we can see it was still a better choice in terms of doors in shower room and overall appearance of hotel. The lady at reception Renuka was very friendly and wanted to know what she could do to help us feel more comfortable. Overall branch of Justa off MG road needs a lot of improvement.

It was the first time I have been to Bangalore, and did not expect a nice hotel like Justa. The front desk staff - Renuka was friendly, helpful and informative. The hotel is located at quite a central location where transportation are easily accessible. The room is clean.
