The room is comfy and spacious, bed, amenities, cleanliness and staff are all great. This will be the perfect hotel to stay in if you want proximity to Senai airport and Johor premium outlet. If you want peace of mind and good/ quiet place to rest, this hotel will be the choice.

Room cleanliness was very poor especially toilet, the floor was coverered by hair, the smell of the toilet was bad, mirror was not clean properly there’s white patch.

Nice stay!

Overall good , nothing to complain at this price~ worth the money.
We check in very late but all goes fast, ask for shaver it come very fast, service is good.

Location is a big further away from major malls, but it is the best hotel closest to Johor Premium Outlets. Not many eating places within walking distances to hotel.

I stay there 2 nights but my room not been clean. When I returned back to hotel after dinner around 9pm, room found no clean at all. Called to housekeeping but was told no more service at that time! Terrible service! I requested to change room but no avail! I will not stay this hotel anymore; sorry to say that as my whole family felt uncomfortable at all for the 2nd night.

Bad services at its restaurant

Nice clean hotel, HOWEVER their restaurant staffs were not flexible at all in terms of customer services. I was a solo traveler and would like make reservation for weekend lunch buffet. This hotel has only one restaurant other than a cafe. The staffs did not even attempt to make booking for me by saying they are full due to group booking. As far as I observed, this restaurant has lots of spaces and I doubt they can not create a single space for staying guest. Although hotel itself is clean & nice, very bad services.

No Chinese paper provided and check in slow

Don’t even provide Chinese paper despite stay there few time. No courtesy to include as part of the package. Other hotel with this rate would have do more than this.
And, check in take time. Maybe due to staff not familiar with the system

Horrifying experiences, hotel computer system was down and could not issue invoice, and didn’t even have a backup plan to issue customer with a decent invoice.
Paid for the buffet dinner, amazing part was the dishes were ran out and it wasn’t refill or replenish. I am wondering what about those who came to the dinner late without much choices.

Room tidiness were questionable too, could see stain on the table and toilet basin which obviously the room attendant didn’t clean it up, items like toothbrush and towels weren’t replenish .

Hope the hotel management can improve on these areas.

Getting to destroy the name value of Impiana

Its overall rate was not regarded bad before, but this time everything was not quite well-organized and maintained. I think that the less customers, the worse the entire conditions in its environment. Even the price seemed extremely cheap to the name value of Impiana, but all services and dirt around every areas made us very unhappy and feel like it triggered allergies.

Great infinity pool but facing the graveyard

The hotel is new and the pool indeed look great. Until you see that it’s overlooking graveyard. This is the downside of the hotel. In the middle of the night the corridor was damn noisy. I could hear people walk continuously around 1-3am. I had a bad sleep that night. And the next morning, the shower lights died.

Toilet stinks. Informed front office and they offered to send in cleaner but not little use as the bad smell not going away. They finally offered to give us a different room but too late as we have decided to cut short our stay.
Hotel is poorly maintained with dust all over the common area and dirty carpets at lobby. A real disappointment for a relatively new hotel.

Impiana stay a memorable one

For this particular stay , got a problem with the basin mixer , somehow it is not working as I could only get hot water only . The cleanliness of the hotel are good , lift service are fast enough as got 4 lifts . Wish the 2 free bottled drinks are bigger in size . The facilities are great as it got everything one needs ie iron , safe , big TV screen , hair dryer , refrigerator .

Impiana is the best hotel in Senai

The beds are very comfortable . In the room , it is very clean . Wifi connection is good , free parking and many eateries nearby. One of the very best hotel in Senai area. Very polite staff . Visit this hotel many times . If not for the high cost due to limited vacancies , I will definitely choose this hotel as my first choice .

It has nice finishes and in general is good. Visit it while is new. Local area is not so good but close to Johor Premium Outlets. They offer a shuttle. Breakfast is okay for 2.5 quid.

A new hotel, so definitely new looking, modern furniture. Staff were also very friendly. The breakfast was all right, couldn’t complain. Though the spread is quite narrow and not the best quality. If you’re on a budget, maybe save the cash for breakfast at KFC just next door.

Hotel is clean, new, and really value-for-money for the price. It’s much better than most jb 3 stars hotels. Bed is super comfy, amenities in room is of good quality

Breakfast was decent for its price too!

However, we booked 4 rooms with king sized bed and only got 2 rooms with king size bed citing that we checked in too late... after some insistence, the manager kindly upgraded our room.. if the king sized beds are sold out, it’s really the reservations’ responsiblilities to update the availability. We wouldn’t have booked it if it’s just single beds
