The place is convenient off the interstate but not well kept. It is dirty. Towels were dirty, hair on the washcloth, shampoo bottle was half empty. Chair in the room was falling apart. Two stars is generous and only because I have not seen any bugs in the room. For almost 100 dollars per night you expect the place to be simple but clean. This was not the case.

Unexpected rudeness and just bad service, under new management. He is a spiteful rude NPC. He upped the rate 25 bucks on a Tuesday because I got a better deal on Expedia. When I complained he put people in the room above me and loud people on each side of me IN AN EMPTY HOTEL! Just out of spite. There were homeless people begging g for change on the property, as soon as I took my shoes off I knew those were being thrown away. Just a terrible experience and I hope no one else gets the UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT treatment

This place is run by new management. Be sure and check your rate. He changes it on the instant and very sneakily. When I complained I was given instant cold shoulder and even though there's not one car in the parking lot he put people directly above me and beside me to ensure a crappy stay just out of spite and pure not human. Stay away from this new management. Instead of paying the 67 dollars for the night I paid 104 for a - 1 star motel. There were homeless drifters all over the property I felt very very unsafe. The new manager is not a nice NPC. I won't insult my own race by calling him human. It's tough sometime when you can see that someone has no soul, you hafta feel bad for it. I had to leave that hotel and check out at 6.pm because of this slimy behavior. 104 dollars and forced to leave. There's 15 other hotels I should have went to.

The hotel appeared to have been remodeled somewhat recently but lacked routine upkeep.
1st room I was given, the bathroom exhaust fan was not working, the door lock did not work, and the room was not real clean.
Asked for another room, the bathroom exhaust fan worked and the door lock somewhat worked. This room wasn't the cleanest but we made due.

We were traveling and checked out early. The evening Manager was very pleasant and informative. She seemed very efficient. Our room was clean but tired. The coffee pot leaked and the TV didn't seem to work. The TV may have been operator error. The shower was hot with great water pressure. Easy off and on the highway.

after arriving at the Inn around 4:30 pm, I noticed that there was no cars in the parking lot and the lobby was dark. I proceded to drive around the complex to see if there was anyone else that might be able to tell me if the Inn was open. After driving around the Inn I made the decision to go somewhere else for the evening. The place looked deserted, this is a very poor representation of your management.

The room was just what we needed - a clean, comfortable room for the night. The breakfast was adequate - scrambled eggs were flat discs, but they tasted fine. Sausage links w/biscuits and gravy, waffles, yogurt, bread, English muffins, apples, oatmeal packets, cereal, juice and coffee and tea. Lots of food options within walking distance. Exercise room was not available - separate bldg.

Great place!

I was initially hesitant to stay here due to some recent reviews, but our experience turned out to be very positive. The rooms were clean, the beds were comfortable, and we were pleasantly surprised by the quality of the hot breakfast. They offered a generous selection, including sausages, eggs, biscuits and gravy, fresh fruit, oatmeal, waffles, a variety of juices, flavored water, hot beverages, cereal, yogurt, and more.

For an overnight stay, it was better than sleeping in a tent or youth hostel. Pros of stay--comfortable bed, shower had good water pressure and hot water, tge room was decorated nicely. Cons--trash in parking lot, floor in room was super dirty. 30 minutes of walking on floor in sock feet and socks were black. Refrigerator not working properly. Bathroom door handle was loose. Interior looked care worn. Phrase putting lipstick on a big comes to mind. If y'all are trying to upgrade do it right

The hotel is still being \"updated\" & has some decent features, but is still lacking. We were greeted at the front entrance with construction supplies sitting all around. The breakfast area is nice & the food was fairly good. As soon as we opened the door to our room, the floor felt gritty. The bathroom door had a bashed in spot. I took a pic & showed the front desk so they wouldn't think we did it. She was appreciative & said she would make a note of it. While the room had been freshly painted, they apparently didn't use people that cared much. Drips on the counter & the inset toilet paper holder had paint strokes. Both pictures on the wall were crooked & stuck so they couldn't be straightened. Of concern with my electrician husband was an expanded outlet plugged in behind the bed that the mattress hit everytime you got on or off the bed, causing the bedside lamps to flash on & off. Luckily, we were able to move the bed away from the wall. The outlet was quite loose. All in all, it wasn't the best & it wasn't the worst we've stayed in.

I’d like my money refunded. We did not check in. We did not stay there. Boxes and construction material blocked the entrance. People who were not staying there were standing around and we could not pass through, not 1 car was in the parking lot. We could bot tell if they were open. No one answered the phone for us to cancel and we were not going to get out of the car. Scary. Unclean looking. Don’t want to stay at a place they are remodeling.

This is an older property that is in the process of being remodeled. For a night with almost no one there, we were placed way in the back in a room that obviously had not been done yet. There was a hanger hanging from one of the lamps in the room, and one of the trash cans had not been emptied. Also, the bathroom mirror had brown splotches in several places. We did find the staff friendly and the breakfast was nice.

We liked how well lite the property was at night. The staff person was a very hard worker who took care of our questions and help us greatly. I was really impressed with her and thank her for being so kind to us. Some of the rooms are much better than others. Our initial room had some issues but the room we were placed in after our issues could not be resolved was much better and we were quickly accommodated.

The property was a last minute choice and I was a little disappointed with the quality of this location. The area is off the highway and close to gas station. Nothing to highlight other than the staff, and breakfast was what I’m used to at other Quality Inn’s.

The room was very musty smelling. And albeit clean sheets on the bed, it’s owners may certainly want to update the furniture decor. Parts broken, and very dated. Air worked, amenities fair, and the security door lock was broken off.

Price didn’t reflect what I was expecting from a Choice Hotel property.

The room smelled of mold and very strong and unpleasant cleaning products. The tiled floors were greasy and slick. The furniture was dilapidated and the towels and cloths were very old and stained. The smell from the air conditioning unit put out such a terrible smell of mold it made us feel ill. There was a lot of noise all night long coming from the surrounding rooms.

It was not an easy property to get into. The front office greeter seemed like she was not wanting to work. Carpet was not clean properly. There was no ironing board. Could not close the door to the bathroom. Stopper in tub was broken. Told front desk and maid that I needed the ironing board never got one. When I asked about a refund the lady at the front desk said it was not refundable. I had to inform her that I paid for the protection. Bottom line is I would not recommend this property to my worst enemy.

The air conditioner was leaking into the room so we avoided that 1/3 of our room's soaked carpet. Dirty towel left in bathroom from previous guests. We arrived late so did not bother to let them know bc my family was in the adjacent room also. We got up early for the breakfast and it was good. I tried to get a receipt for both rooms but unable to find anyone. When I finally found her, she was abysmal. Very rude and non responsive to me even though i was standing in front of her. She was preoccupied with putting away breakfast item and pointed me to a SIGN AT THE DESK. The sign read, \"If you need help, knock on the kitchen door\" So I went to knock on the door, which she was standing in, and asked, where is the front desk person? She replied, I am the front desk person, READ THE SIGN. I said, I did read the sign! How can i get any help? NO REPLY FROM HER AND NO RESPONSE. I went back to the front desk and waited a couple more minutes at the desk until she came over. NO INTERACTION. JUST STOOD THERE. I said \"I thought there was no way you could possibly be the front desk person because you saw me 10 minutes ago and did not attempt to respond! Dirty motel, run down, no attention to customer service. ... i could go on. I have been in customer service over 40 years, she does not belong anywhere that she would interact with people. Don't even THINK ABOUT staying here, YOU WILL REGRET IT

Overall the room was in a bit of a rough shape. The biggest issue was that it had many flies and mosquitoes around the room and on the bed. There was mold in the room as well. Some other issues like a broken sync and an extremely sensitive shower handle made this a poor choice for an overnight stay.

We were concerned about staying at this hotel based on previous reviews. Happy to say the bed was clean, the bathroom was clean and a good shower. Having said that… it is completely run down and in desperate need of some TLC. Paint peeling off doors, rusted toilet paper holder, incomplete paint job in rooms. The area in general is run down a sketchy.
