The room was dirty all around and the people at the front super rude didn’t have the room I requested gave me two beds instead of one and insisted I only use one bed. Tub was dirty there were toenails all over the floor that beds were dirty it’s like they never cleaned it then I checked out he was tryna keep my money no thanks don’t book!!!!!

The hotel itself was very clean and well maintained, please be aware that the owner will ask you for a 50 dollar cash deposit, not a credit card but cash, after a long 10 hour drive I had to go drive and find a bank to bring back 50 dollars before he would let me check in. You get zero paper work when you check in, not even a receipt for the cash. The hotel had Wifi but not information on how to use it. Luckily for me, It was literally a place to sleep and nothing more, even though I didn't sleep under the covers because the white sheets had weird brownish red spots on them that I wouldn't trust, so I slept in my clothes on top of the covers. It wasn't horrible, but very odd practices.

It was alright, the only thing is that it was really dirty, walls splattered with stuff and not cleaned, carpet and floor extremely dirty and can’t even walk barefoot on it, towels and bedsheets were full of stains and probably not washed, bugs crawling on the floor and behind the fridge and drawers.

At 3 o’clock in the morning after booking and paying for my reservation, I was refused to check in because of a no pet policy. This hotel did not distinguish service animals from pets and didn’t matter what I said where I was what it happened they basically said get out of here no thank you you put me in a really bad situation. I was unable to check in to a hotel that night I had to sleep in my car my service dog And have not been refunded nor has the staff tried to resolve it nor has Expedia Expedia offered me $100 inconvenience fee when this is a clear violation of American disability act by both parties.

Awful dirty roaches sink was clogged no breakfast dirty towels uncomfortable beds outdated broken furniture and curtain broken air conditioner dirty towels pillows are a joke flat like cardboard rude unhappy unprofessional staff unkind unfriendly and unpleasant and unsightly (missing teeth ) not a safe place as I was harassed by an unknown person as I went to my car the staff just watched did nothing to help made my stay there much worse than necessary check in took 25 minutes at 11:00pm Ridiculous claims he couldn’t find reservation but I called before I arrived and they told me I had a room for the first floor. When I arrived surprise nothing on the first floor then miraculously they have a room now so unnecessary and I think it’s only bc I’m black. I’m so tired of these racist proprietors of these businesses who I pay my hard earned money to just to be treated like freshly microwaved fecal matter he rudely tapped his fingers as I signed the paper work and when I looked at him straight in the eyes he simply continued to do so. Complete and utter intentionally rude behavior from someone who doesn’t even have a firm grasp on the English language the language of the country he is in doing business poorly and doing a huge disservice to hotels.com and the entire Expedia enterprise should not be on the app as no one should have to be put through this kind of treatment because apparently you don’t have to be skilled in proper business etiquette or ethics to work at a hotel. I did not stay at the property and I was still charged still waiting on a refund. There was a lot of construction on the property was put. In a room with mold and a big hole in the ceiling with no working Internet no working TV and the refrigerator door was hanging off. There was a pamphlet in the wrong that stated that there was continental breakfast being served which everything on the pamphlet was not true.

She was there maybe for a total of 3 1/2 hours in two days he said “never to return again stay away from this hotel.” Also had to wait 10 minutes in the lobby for our $50 deposit in cash. Roaches are everywhere as soon as you step into the room. Pillows are dirty & unclean, one was even covered in cat urine! The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The bathroom smelled horribly of men's body odor. Floors were unswept & unmopped. The site says free wifi but they actually charge for it! I would stay far away from here!!

I wish i could say something nice about this place other then it is quiet but every time we go there is alway something different thay happens during checking, either he tells me to not go thru the app and we will me better price but its always more expensive. We always say a non-smoking room but yet we get put in a room tha smells like smoke and we never got asked for a deposit when we would do the booking thru the app but now we did and it has to be cash, with no atm in the property and had to drive to a bank and had to come back so its a super inconvenience but i think this was the last time we will ever stay there

This place is crap

When i arrive and i told the guy my reservation was just for 1 night, but i meant to do it for 2 nights. He told me i would have to check out at 11 and check back in at 3 if I wanted to pay for another night. That had to be the dumbest thing ive ever heard. Not a very smart guy... so you want to have to pay your housekeeper to come clean, when you could of made more money from me adding a day, but instead ill be taking my money somewhere that is more accommodating. Oh and then he says \"NO VISITORS!\" What!!??? Im out here visiting, but i cant have visitors!!!! GOOD THING I ACCIDENTALLY BOOKED IT FOR 1 NIGHT!

One of the Worst Hotel Experiences I’ve Ever Had !

I don’t usually leave negative reviews, but this place absolutely earned it. From the moment I walked in, it was clear the room hadn’t been properly cleaned in a long time. The bathroom was especially disgusting — there was black mold everywhere, the bathtub faucet was running nonstop, and the bathroom door didn’t even close, so forget about any privacy.

To make things worse, there was so much dust on the mirror that someone had actually written graffiti in it — and no one bothered to clean it up. That tells you everything you need to know about the level of cleanliness and maintenance here.

This wasn’t just disappointing, it was borderline uninhabitable. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone unless you're looking for a horror movie set.

Is unbelievable and ridiculous to charge people this amount per night and to be so dirty haven’t see in my life something more dirty than this …beside behind furnitures and under the bed was dirty they even had nails with white smoking product this area of the room seems that haven’t clean for couple weeks beside that they give me wrong room beside I choose to pay something more to take better room …after that the employees were rude on the limit of racists ….

The room is huge and spacious. We have a toddler and he ran in the courtyard and knocked on doors the owners came out and were not angry. They were kind and understandable. Very nice people. Walls are thin you can hear the fun in the other rooms but its okay. I would definitely stay here again.

There was dirty all over the jacuzzi old food left in the fridge . Things didn’t work outlets broken . I paid for my reservation in cash upon arrival, but later the hotel charged my credit card for 1 night Unjustly. I found out that later, and I sent many emails to the hotel to refund me but they never reply, also they never answer phone calls.
Bad smell inside the rooms, the Receptionist are Indian, so it is very difficult to communicate with them
