Very convenient location, 10 mins walking from Sendai Station and a Family Mart across the street. Guestrooms are in great shape with comfy beds. The best part was the onsen! Breakfast buffet options were limited, but still good quality overall. Super friendly and helpful staff as well!

Location is not convenient and face to the hotel is a parking lot which is not safe when you come back to the hotel late at night. Just wondered the price is not cheap for one night but they just give us the cleansing knits in a paper bag looks very lousy. The hot spring water is not hot and clean and everyone just take a few minutes and go !
The price is expensive for this hotel.

시설이 깨끗했고 청소 상태도 굉장히 좋았습니다. 2층의 대욕장도 굉장히 자주 이용했습니다. 호텔 조식은 먹어보지 않았지만 분명히 맛있었을 거라고 생각합니다. 주변에 맛있는 음식점도 많아서 좋았습니다. 다음에 센다이에 온다면 또 머물고 싶습니다.

Everyone was very nice and accommodating. Super easy to get around for eating and shopping being so close to Sendai Station. There is this amazing Italian restaurant around the corner with great food and drinks, Mia Angela. I would have loved to try the baths but sadly I have tattoos which is not accepted here. Didn’t take away from my visit as I respect the culture and understand why. My husband and I would stay there again.

Parking was decently easy to reserve and pay for. The location was very central and we were able to walk to a lot of locations for the short stay we were in Sendai. The breakfast buffet was quite varied and a good price for the selection of foods they provided. The room was clean and the beds were comfortable.

Very good location. 5 minutes away from Sendai Station where shops, department stores, a Yodobashi, and tons of restaurants located. Room is spacious and basically clean. Shower is great. There’s hot bath on 2/F which is nice but would be nicer if the water was hotter.
Staff aren’t very friendly or enthusiastic. When I checked in, I asked if the hotel has a map that shows attractions or restaurants nearby. The staff said no, and there aren’t many restaurants around. I was a bit disappointed and thought that was true. But later I found out there’s countless restaurants inside Sendai Station.
The overall stay was so so. If you’re paying extra for the hot bath, I wouldn’t recommend it

We had one night to stay in Sendai, and Hotel Vista was perfectly adequate to spend it there. Our room was Japanese-tiny, but the bathroom had a much-bigger-than-usual bathtub. Of course everything is clean, and the staff at the lobby was exceptionally nice. The wifi was fast, and they had a laundry room.

I felt that the breakfast wasn’t worth the price: there are much better places to eat at at Sendai station. The good thing is that the station is very close, only a few minutes of walk from the hotel, so you can find pretty much anything in a small time.

This hotel offer a better price comparing with the other side of the JR station, thus expect need to walk a few minutes more. The location is very quiet surrounding with commercial buildings, educational institutes. Can't find any supermarket, just convenient stores. Most likely, you need to walk over the other side of the JR station to do everything.

Fantastic location, great room, friendly staff, awesome breakfast, and nice public bath. What more could you want? Hotel Vista Sendai was really a great place to stay. Check-in was simple and the staff was very nice. The room was exactly as described, but with modern features such as all the lights being adjustable from the bed headboard, eco features like insert keycard to turn on power in the room, and a nice bathroom/shower. The breakfast buffet was fantastic and for the price of room and breakfast, it was incredibly good and affordable. The hotel is just a few minutes walk from the major Sendai train station and easy to find with minimal effort. There is a public bath which is Japanese style, so gender specific, nude only. This was a bit unusual for me as an American, but it was a really nice bath and not very crowded. Also, the water was some sort of \"ion bath\", which meant it was more of an opaque white, so even nicer for bathing when you're not used to Japanese style public baths. I highly recommend you check the bath out when you're here. And I very highly recommend staying here. Of our 3 week trip, this was one of the best 2 hotels and by far the best price vs quality.

The toilet isn’t clean and smell is bad. and there was dead bugs and hair in the Onsen.

Room key cost 2000 yen if you didn’t return or leave in the room. The staff didn’t mention any extra cost of room key when you check in, so you have to be very careful about it. Check out time is 10AM which is 1 hour prior compare to other hotels. But check in time is still at 3 pm.

清潔でした。ただ、バスタオルとフェイスタオルしかなかったので、朝洗顔した時用のタオルがもう一枚ある方がいいと思います。
駐車場の場所について電話で対応していただいたんですが丁寧に細かく教えていただけたのでとてもありがたかったです。
次の日の朝、雪が降って積もっていて車の雪かきが大変だったので、清算時にその辺りの声掛けと用具の貸し出しがあると良かったと思います。
雪に慣れていないので、その辺りの準備が全くできていなかったので。

チェックイン時刻の前に到着してしまいましたがフロントスタッフさんの迅速な対応でスムーズにチェックインすることが出来ました。
とても清潔感のある施設でお部屋も洗面台、バス、トイレが別でとても快適でした。
朝食のビッフェも色々なお菜が小鉢分けされていてお腹いっぱい食べてしまいました。
立地も仙台駅近くで移動も便利でした。
ホテル駐車場は先着順でしたが翌朝チェックアウト後も1時間駐車可能との事で、駐車したまま駅周辺へお土産を買いに行く事が出来ました。
施設も快適で、立地も最高、次回も是非利用したいです。

バスとトイレがそれぞれ独立していて、使いやすかったです。
ただ、アメニティが少なく、部屋にお茶のパックが無かったのは寂しいです。せめて日本茶位あって欲しかったです。

初めて泊まりました。
大浴場が付いていて、比較的お安く泊まれたので決めました。
大浴場は19時頃使用しましたが、6名ほどの利用でした。
洗い場は空いていて、ゆっくりできました。
湯船はかなり広く、炭酸ですごく良かったです。

お部屋はお茶などは付いていなくミネラルウォーター1本でしたが、コンパクトでベッドがセミダブル？で1人で使用するには広めで、デスクも長くていい感じでした。
コスパは良かったと思います。
ただWi-Fiの速度がかなり遅く、そこはマイナスポイントでした。

朝食はおかずが少なめな感じはしましたが、牛タン茶漬けは美味しかったです。
部屋に持ち帰れるコーヒーはありがたかったです。

通信速度が全てダメだったので、そこさえ問題なければリピしようかなーと思います。

One of the best hotels in Japan

Hotel vista is fantastic!! In a nutshell:

- The location is as convenient as it gets.
- The staff is super friendly and always willing to help
- The washing machines accept IC cards (Suica, Icoca, etc). No need to carry change to use them.
- The bed and pillows are super comfortable. I could have slept there all day!
- The public bath is awesome
- The rooms have their own dedicated shower and bathtub (independent from the toilet).

The room is very small but acceptable. The dryer in the laundry room is so weak that the clothes are still humid even after 1 hour drying. Also, there comes out a lot of cotton when opening the door of the dryer, which is quite disgusting.
