Cleanliness can be better given its under the Marriott Bonvoy group. Inside shower still have stains (mould/mildew) and water pressure in the shower is super low hence it takes forever to shower! Oh and they don't vacuum every housekeeping. Spotted something and it's still there for the entire 4 days stay till check out.

One of best and most pleasant experiences I’ve had staying here at the Sheraton in Petaling Jaya, as a first time staying I was blown away at the whole experience.

Floor selection inside the hotel lifts requires a PHD in rocket science.

Sheraton PJ was excellent - as always. Spacious, spotless and comfortable rooms. Quality amenities were provided. Parking the rental car was a breeze. Check-in staff were professional and efficient. Gym facilities were great and were accompanied by a lovely view. Breakfast staff were friendly and attentive - thanks especially to Jo for making us feel so welcome! The hotel is in a good location if you're travelling by car around PJ and KL - really easy access to the Federal Highway. Thanks Sheraton for another enjoyable stay!

Amazing hotel

This hotel has excellent room conditions – very clean with comfortable bedding, a clean bathroom, and convenient sofas. The water pressure is good, and the hairdryer is powerful. The breakfast offers a variety of options, and it's pleasant to eat with fewer people around. The Teh Tarik at the entrance is genuinely delicious; among many I've tried, it's rich and tasty.

Two downsides: Even when completely closing the windows, some wind-like noise is audible. I'm not sensitive to it, so I slept well. Also, when ordering Nasi Lemak and Fish & Chips through room service, the food took quite a long time to arrive, and the taste was disappointing. A colleague who ordered a sandwich also found it unappealing. It's puzzling why room service doesn't match the quality of the breakfast buffet.

If you don't use room service, there's nothing to be disappointed about – it's a very good hotel.

I was disappointed with the standards at this Sheraton. A 5* hotel but there seems to be a lack of good management and thus a staff that lacked confidence and excellence. On a physical note, the use of sateen mix duvet covers instead of the usual 5* crisp cotton is a terrible idea! Sateen holds smells and is too warm for comfort, it also looks shabby quickly with nicks and snags. Several things in the room (club lounge access) didn't work ....TV channels, telephone, USB charge port etc. This is just simple maintenance and that is why I conclude it must be a management problem trickling down through to all staff. I tried to extend my 5night stay and was met with hostility and so I checked out. Very weird and unusual for a Sheraton!

They have 3 containers fixed in bath room for shower shampoo and conditioner. Don’t have anything beside basin making it inconvenient as glass door only swing outward and in addition floor is slippery after bath so is not good to go in and out of bathroom just to wash hands. When I request for for small hand gel they said is unavailable.

Room in service is very slow and the operator is not very helpful when I request for non seafood. I waited almost 1 hour for food.

At entrance there is no concierge staff to help. So far the hotels I stayed, there is always someone at entrance.

My husband and I were looking for a stay cation for an end of year break. We actually considered the hilton pj as well but chose the sheraton because their customer service was miles better when I called to enquire regarding the packages they had on offer. The hilton staff were not even aware of the packages and passed me on to 3 different people whereas the sheraton staff answered my questions in less than 3 minutes.

The service was likewise impeccable throughout our stay and requests were met very graciously and quickly.

Food was also good and abundant.

It was our second time staying at the sheraton and definitely won't be our last as it is now our preferred choice for stay cations!

The hotel itself is quite nice, the room very comfortable and clean, staff helpful and friendly, however there were a couple downsides. One is there is not much to visit within walking distance (on the plus side the Light rail transit system station is nearby 4 minute walk so it is possible to go somewhere else to explore), second is the room view basically looked at another tall building right next door and third the mall at the hotel complex is not open yet, once it opens perhaps, there will be a bit more to see / do when one wants to take a short local walk.

I stayed here with my son for three nights as we were attending my nephew’s wedding festivities in the vicinity. So we were away for most of the day. The staff were friendly, the room clean with adequate space, and the beds comfortable. Breakfast was very good with ample variety. I didn’t notice eateries and shops close by but there is a mall within walking distance but preferably a short, cheap ride on Grab, the Uber equivalent in Malaysia. All in all , a good and comfortable stay.

The hotel is relatively new and has got modern amenities. It is not too far from a metro station. Staff members are very friendly and helpful. The room is spacious and the internet service is excellent. The one issue, albeit a small one, is that to get to from the hotel lobby to street level if you want to walk somewhere, you need to go to Lower Ground Level 4 and walk through the carpark.

I stayed in Sheraton for 4 night . Quality of food during breakfast is bad. The slice of Fish I took wasn’t cook and was still raw and the piece of chicken wasn’t cooked thoroughly. The next day the mushroom i took tasted sour and smell bad. Staffs’attitude working in the restaurant during breakfast are very bad too.
Staff in the lounge are not welcoming and do not offer guests drinks . When I ask for a bottle of sparkling water I was told they don’t have . I asked for peppermint tea and was told they don’t have when I can find loads of peppermint tea downstairs during breakfast.
I was given 2 used shower cap in the amenities drawer in my room . It was recycled and packed nicely back into the small bag with a Sheraton sticker on .
Bedroom slippers looked recycled too.
I was shocked to find recycled amenities in a 5 star hotel such as Sheraton.
Such a nice hotel with staff that has so bad attitude.
What a shame.

The staff in conserige, feast restaurant and front desk were amazing, the roof top bar is another matter, no orange juice or white wine available had to get from the rooms mini bar, complete retraining required there.
The beds were very comfortable but the towels provided were too small the shower towels were more like hand towels.
Would stay again but use the pool towels for the room.

Was disappointed that the hotel does not provide free parking. Most 5-star hotels would provide complimentary parking and the complimentary coffee provided might not suit the taste bud of most foreign hotel guest. Hope that the hotel can review these areas. I have stayed in Sheraton Macao and was very satisfied hence my first choice for this trip was Sheraton.

Great Stay - As Expected of Sheraton

I had a fuss free stay of 3 nights. Service was as expected - which is good. Check-in and check-out were smooth. They gave extra bottles of drinking water and in-room coffee and tea sachets. The room and toilet were clean and fresh. As I drove, car parking was no hassle even though there were some functions held in the hotel in the evening. However, a small point to me, is that the Star newspaper was not available during my 3 days stay.
