The room is great, clean and comfortable. Only shortfall is the chamber maid either forgot to check all the things before she leave, like the empty water bottles was not replaced on our 3rd night, no milk were replaced for coffee in the room. Otherwise is generally great staying there. The bath tub handle edge is a bit sharp, need to be careful when getting out from it.

We quickly booked the Hilton after a bad experience at another location and to say we were impressed is an understatement. The staff were so helpful, happy and just made a stressful time easy and pleasant. The room was gorgeous with a very comfortable bed, and beautiful bathroom. We were sad to leave. It was a very pleasant stay. the checking in and check out process was swift and painless. The only issue I had was with my parcel that I had left at concierge. I requested for the 2 concierge staff to help me tie it up in order to make it easier to check in at airport. When I returned at night to go to airport, the parcel was very poorly tied up with tiny pieces of cotton strings attached together. It was too late to remedy the situation. My past experience with them had always been pleasant, this time round was a surprise,

Lovely Overall Stay

Overall, a great stay and value for money. Just some notes to look into. Parts of the hotel is still undergoing reno but most of it is done. The gym is awesome although there are several dead wifi spots in the gym, eg at all the treadmills area and so u wont’ be able to tune in to your earphones/radio while using the treadmill (similar in the weights section). Airflow seems to still be a problem. Some parts of the gym is HOT, eg treadmill area. The shower area is great, however last cubicle has a drainage problem, water will not flow/clogged in the stall, and the other cubicle, the shower head is broken. A real pity, cos it looks like a very newly renovated gym space and if not taken care of or if the build quality is an issue, then the property will very quickly deteriorate. Great sauna & steam!

Lounge access was great and friendly.

I had a super pet peeve when my key access was a problem on checkout day itself before noon and I was unable to get back into my room. I’ve arranged for late check out during my check in so unsure whether it is a key problem or a system issue and it is ALWAYS frustrating to be locked out and having to go to the front desk to “beg” for access back. Also even if there was no late check-out activated yet (which is already unforgivable), it was before noon and also not official check-out time as yet (double unforgivable)!

Pool and its surroundings were super pleasant and very well-kept, including the sanitary facilities.

PJ Hilton is away from KLCC & KL Sentral. It is recently renovated. Value for money versus other 5 stars hotel in KL. The club floor allows a conducive, quiet place to meet friends.

Very nice, clean refurbished rooms with great bathrooms. Car parking is available on site. The pool area is small but clean and pleasant. The breakfast buffet is nice. Would be even better if signage was clearer in the reception. Some refurbishment is ongoing but this only seemed to impact the lifts sometimes.

Apart form the location, the hotel is excellent. Buffet breakfast was good and we happened to chance upon the dinner buffet; the selection was amazing. The rooms were newly renovated. Clean and modern. Staff were polite and friendly. The cafe at the lobby serves up good coffee.

Unusual location, not sure why you would stay here, but plenty of grabs available. Hotel was nice , bed lovely, check in and check out was very slow. Only one person on desk at peak checkout time. so slow i had to leave without checking out or i would have been late to my flight.

Booking for my niece and sister visiting from overseas, we check-in around 10 pm and it was the worst check-in experience I have ever had. The front desk staff acted inappropriately, tone and manner we felt was horrible. When my 8yrs old niece said hello to him, his answer was 'Passport!' and asking us to pay tourism fee which doesn't mention on the Expedia website.

I was asking to provide more details about this tourism fee but what he answered to me was only one sentence 'See your voucher'.

I do not expecting too much things that we are not asking for. Please be nice to the kids, and I want you to highlight this incident and improve your hospitality.

I am the Samoan guy who spent a few nights at this hotel, and I have been satisfied with the service provided by the staff members from the first till my very last day there.

The room was ok, I did not face any challenge during my stay.

Every morning, the variety of food available during breakfast session was really good, I enjoyed it, not only that, but I do appreciate the smiling faces and the satisfying assistance of the staff who assisted me. That made every food delicious.

Thank you all for your service, it is highly recommended.

Additionally, I felt so humbled when I was approached by some of the staff for a photo, I still have photos I took, and the special one you guys took.

I have it all, great memories wish I was there for a long time.

If I get a chance to come to Malaysia again in the future time, I will surely choose to stay at your hotel.

The room was clean and the staff was really courteous and friendly from beginning to end!! The breakfast was tasty and always warm.

Unfortunately, the pool was under construction, so there was not much to do. Also, there was no shuttle system and so the stay turned out more expensive because I had to use taxi to get around. I did ask about the shuttle and they said they had it running before covid. I think the hotel will gain 5 star from me if the shuttle was up and running to drop and pick up guests at the main malls at least twice day or upon request.

The hotel was at the tail end of its renovations and its main entrance was still blocked. Taxis had a hard time finding the way to the hotel and friends who came to pick us up were also lost.
The room we were assigned was spacious and very comfortable. We had luxurious towels, coffee, tea, slippers and bath robes. They also provided new tooth brush sets every day and there was also Crabtree and Evelyn products in the bathroom.
But restaurant choices were limited and the makeshift bar was a let down though the happy hour beer was a steal.

Booked a \"Twin Deluxe\" room for 3 adults. However the beds cannot accommodate more than 2 adults. Had to take extra bed.

Bathroom is very spacious and has good shower and bath.

There is construction happening inside the hotel, but the main entrance has been blocked - our driver had to go around the block twice to find the right place to drop-off.

There isn't much to do around the property. Also due to the construction, inside the property the options are very limited. The spa was closed, only 1 restaurant option.

Staff were excellent - very customer service focussed.

The positives: The hotel is very nice, the room was spacious and comfortable, very big bathroom. The buffet breakfast has so much choice! It was really outstanding. And staff are very nice and helpful.
The not so good: There is a renovation going on and taxis seems to get quite confused as to where the entrance is. The bed was slightly too much on the form side for my taste. The pool is nice but 1.5m deep with no shallow end, so no great for young kids.
