Property as well appointed and pools are kept clean. The staff is very friendly. The breakfast is simple but wholesome. The only problem I had was a very very moldy smell in the room I stayed in. This may even be in the walls and it is not a good feeling the walk-in, took her room and have to open all the windows and doors to get fresh air in. I would not stay here again.

IT WAS TERRIBLE. The pool was dirty one of the staff dumped an unhuman amount of chloride into the pool and there was some dirt on the bottom of the pool.

The staff was rude they assumed we didn't pay for the food even tho they were the one who gave us the receipt.

U have to wait for the staff to notice u and even then they take their time to help.

I picked this property because it was advertised as a wellness resort.The property is beautiful but that’s it. I arrived at the check in desk around 4:30pm and there was only one person there to service about 12 people. So it took me about 45 mins to be serviced.The pool was very very loud and over crowded. I later learned people not staying at the hotel came to use the pool. I was given a room by the said pool and it was not peaceful at all. The room smelled bad. I was greeted by several mosquitos and I attempted to use to microwave but it sounded like it would explode. All in all don’t stay here is you’re looking for a peaceful and comfortable stay.

Beautiful poolside and accommodating staff. Card machine was not working so all payment had to be in cash which was unexpected! Would have been good if they had informed guests prior to arrival. Rooms were clean, comfortable and well-equipped. Almost all staff did not have masks on which was a bit contradictory to the large sign at the entrance which mandated their use. Overall pleasant stay apart from the minor inconveniences above.

I liked the staff at breakfast. They were friendly and really going to extra mile.

The pool is great. The room smelled terrible. The showerhead and cabin were not working well. No to little hot water from the shower. The dinner food was awefull (surf & turf). Breakfast (plate service) very bad. Will not stay again at this resort, only the pool.

Checked in earlier was told to wait till 4. Decided to take a stroll requested an earlier check in no efforts made to try to accomodate request. Stayed 1 night was scheduled to leave the hotel at 5am. Went to take a shower at 10pm evening noticed they provided no towels called many times to front desk no answer decided to talk get help no one was there . was told by the security guards no one is in office or building . no help to call

Love this hotel. Clean, good food, well maintained. Only cons are location (15 minutes from everything), and daily passes available ... so pool area full of loud rambunctious children, and very load music in evenings from place next door. Given the cons, I'd definitely stay here again.

Not a spa/wellness hotel as described.

Disappointed from the moment I walked in. No concierge to help with luggage and I had one heavy luggage I needed help with. So many things wrong with room. My phone was not working. Although was later fixed. The wardrobe in the room is just too small for two people so we left our stuff in our suitcases for the 10 day duration. Shower door would not shut properly so having a shower was a chore. I complained but gave up as I felt I had a lot to complain about. Room had a bad/stale smell. Also, the room is always left open whilst being cleaned so we always had mosquitoes to deal with.

No sauna, steam room or jacuzzi in a wellness hotel. I guess I should have checked the available amenities properly before booking.

Breakfast was disappointing. Food on the hot plate always cold and not a good variety. I must say though that staff at breakfast were very good and friendly.

The pool area is fab with the waterfalls and we had fun playing in the pool. A bit disappointed that there was a day I sat by the pool area and not one waiter/host came to ask me if I wanted a drink. Surely this should be a no brainier.

Je pense que c'est un endroit assez bien pour recevoir du monde en famille ou amies sauf un endroit pareil, mérite d'être bilingue en sachant bien que les euros français lors, mais bien au moindre qu'il mette du personnel, qui parle le français pour des tarifs assez élevé pour dormir, le Lit reste à désiré
j'ai eu super mal au dos.

L’établissement est excentré des animations nocturnes, commerces, bars, restaurants… Il n’y a pas de restaurants ou activités aux alentours, ni dedans. On était condamné à aller un peu plus loin pour déjeuner ou dîner ou alors on devait manger au snack de l’hôtel qui est un peu cher pour ce que c’est et surtout ce n’est pas très ragoûtant. De plus le chef de salle de ce snack ou responsable est extrêmement désagréable… Il faut savoir que l’établissement n’a que sa piscine de sympathique à proposer, mais malheureusement elle n’est pas réservée qu’aux clients de l’hôtel, et ce n’est pas très agréable du fait de l’énorme affluence autour jusqu’à 22h. La salle de sport n’est qu’un bungalow (conteneur) au fond d’une coure qui reste fermé…Tout ce que vous devez payer par CB est taxé de 5% en plus des taxes btw et des frais de services. De plus une caution de 100€ en espèces est demandée contrairement à d’autres établissements… Il faut prévoir 50€ quand même pour le spa. Au niveau des chambres le réglage de l’eau est aléatoire entre très chaud et très froid, impossible d’obtenir une bonne température en revanche les lits sont confortables, l’agent d’accueil est un jeune homme très agréable et le petit déjeuner est bien.

Que de déception dans cet hôtel :

- Piscine de l'hôtel bondée de monde venant de l'extérieur la journée, le Jacana fait piscine municipale pour la ville et l'eau est très trouble montrant un manque de propreté. Matelas des transats de piscine terriblement sales, c'est dégueulasse ! Les parasols idem ! Notre chambre donnait sur la piscine et c'était très bruyant a cause de la population locale qui s'installait dès le matin sur les transat et les tables de terrasse, beaucoup de musique très forte et des cris, des odeurs de cigarette et d'alcool à même notre balcon. Nous avons été très très gênés par ce fort brouhaha constant. Et lorsque que nous avons téléphoné à la réception un soir vers minuit quand nous n'en pouvions plus du bruit, la réaction de la réceptionniste nous a laissé sans voix : elle a soufflé fort dans le téléphone et ne disait plus rien. Nous la dérangions en fait. Ce n'est pas du tout professionnel. Hôtel à fuir de toute urgence !

- Une attente absolument interminable au restaurants, a aucun moment de la semaine nous avons mangé nos 4 plats ensemble au même moment. Une attente de plus d'une heure à chaque fois pour une salade verte ou des pâtes ! Honteux. Même un soir, ma famille avait terminé de manger et je n'était toujours pas servie, nous n'en pouvions plus d'attendre. Souvent il y a eu des oublis de nous donner des couverts, au petit-déjeuner comme au déjeuner et dîner.

Et j'ai encore plein de choses à dire mais il n'y a plus de place !!!

Erg mooi resort met zwembad en waterval.
Dit keer een erg groot appartement van alle gemakken voorzien. Helaas op de 1e etage, zonder lift, was met koffers en trolley's geen pretje met sjouwen. Inclusief goed verzorgd ontbijt met aardige bediening.

Achterstallig onderhoud,Slechte service,geen eten 'savonds,slecht tot middelmatig eten,veel eten en drankjes waren niet in voorraad aanwezig,omslachtig gedoe en gezeur telkens bij het openen van de toegangspoort van de parkeerplaats achter. Je betaalt de hoofdprijs en je krijgt slechte kwaliteit en service. Geen hotelboeking meer in de toekomst.

wat erg goed was, was de klantvriendelijk. Deze was uitmuntend.
De staat van d accomodatie was redelijk. maar op basis van wat ik betaald heb vond ik de prijs/kwaliteit slecht. de accomodatie is aan een update toe..voor de prijs die ik betaald heb zou ik geen tweede keer in jacana logeren. te duur. als de prijs lager wordt zou ik dat wel doen.
de locatie is voor mensen die van rust houden goed te doen.
Oh ja..ik heb ook nog last van een toiletlekkage gehad..in eerste 1ste instantie was de lekkage heel amateuristish opgelost..gewoon wat vieze oude dweilen rondom de toiletpot geplaatst..3 dgn heb ik onder deze omstandigheden geleefd.uiteindelijk ben ik naar 1 ander appartement overgeheveld..ik had dus 3 dgn vakantieleed..uiteindelijk heb ik met juridische stappen gedreigd..ik eiste mn geld van 3dgn terug wat ik uiteindelijk ook gekregen heb..het app waar ik in 1ste instantie logeerde stond nl ook bekend vanwege de lekkage..ik vond het schandelijk dat we toch daar geplaatst werden..jurische stond ik dus sterk..maar ook het 2e app was toe aan een update..
Maar het personeel was waanzinnig..ze verdienen een dikke 10..

Erg duur voor wat je krijgt. Communicatie onderling zeer slecht.iedereen verteld iets anders. Van de 7 nachten dat we daar verbleven was 2x de kamer niet schoongemaakt de ander keer geen handdoeken dan weer geen waterkoker op de kamer. Zou een offerte krijgen van het afscheidsfeestje wat we daar wilden organiseren. Hebben we nooit gehad. Ieder personeel had een ander tarief voor 1 kamer. Het personeel bij het ontbijt was echt vriendelijk hele lieve mensen daar. Ligging is top en ook de zwembad was schoon.
maar voor de rest .er wordt een bedrag van een 5# berekend per nacht terwijl je 3# ervoor terug krijgt.

Wisselend. Personeel bij het ontbijt en de schoonmaaksters waren top. Het personeel bij de receptie en de poolbar was zeer matig. Hele simpele vragen leken en bleken erg lastig. Op het ontbijt na is het eten zeer matig. En gezien de gevraagde prijs echt onder de maat. Het resort is ook niet kindvriendelijk. Overall was ons verblijf ok. Ik had wel meer luxe en comfort verwacht.
