If you’re blessed enough to get to Daytona Beach Shores, The Flamingo Inn is a beautiful little hotel by the sea. Not just a comfortable, clean, and cute little getaway, it is like a dream..,
Nel, took extremely good care to make this a memorable experience for my friends and I.
It’s tucked away, quiet, peaceful, and a rare find for sure.
A little piece of paradise of which we will return.

The manager Nell was amazing from checking in to entire stay. She was so kind and helpful if we needed anything. The room had a frig and freezer with kitchenette (need to bring your own fry pan if you want to cook simple meals) Room was ocean view and pool was clean and also on the ocean side. Totally recommend this hidden gem

We LOVED our stay! Nel and her brother were absolutely AMAZING! We arrived early and I was curious to see if they could offer early check in, but the rooms were not ready (which was completely fine!), but Nel checked us in so that when they were ready we could just pick up our key and go straight to our room! We came for jeep beach and drove with our doors on. Nel was amazing enough to let us leave our doors outside of her room when we took them off. Nel and her brother went over and beyond for us and we just can’t thank them enough. The room was super clean and comfortable and the property was too! We had a great partial ocean view with a nice big fridge and mini kitchenette! We will definitely book with them again in the future! They made us feel so comfortable and treated us like they knew us for years! Thank you for a great stay and we loved being able to enjoy our first jeep beach with you!

This was my first adventure to Florida, and first time seeing the Atlantic. I arrived before check in time, and this was a miscommunication on my part. I was greeted by Ms. Nell and she was extremely helpful, and welcoming. My room was not yet ready, and I was offered a pool towel and access to the beach to allow them time to complete the room clean up from previous guests. Ms. Nell upgraded our room to have a beautiful ocean view. Ill be returning with my family for a vacation. The property was very clean, quiet, and everything I needed. I did not catch the names of the other staff members doing house keeping, but I thank all of you! You all were so kind and welcoming and made the trip a great success. THANK YOU.

The beach, pool, and view were lovely. We were disappointed with the internet connection. It kept buffering the tv. We inquired about the issue at the desk, and we were told it was fine on the main floor. We were on the 3rd floor.

Nell was very helpful and friendly and took the time to make sure we where comfortable and answered any questions we had she was awesome. I can honestly give the place a high recommendation. I'm not usually one for leaving reviews, but I feel obligated to let people know that this place is awesome. The property manager Nel is an amazing host that goes above and beyond for her guests and also makes sure the place us in tip-top shape. She even made sure to go out of her way to get me checked in at 1am after my flight delays and travel, and helped me get my bags to my room since i had a broken arm. The entire staff is very friendly and helpful. Wonderful place and just perfectly outside of any type of chaos of the high rise hotels, while still being very close to everything around. Outside private access to your apartment-style room, beautiful ocean views, beach access, everything i wanted. Definitely recommend this place 10x over. If you're contemplating it, go for it.

The hotel was very clean and housekeeping came every day, which we appreciated. The staff were nice and helpful, and the room itself was comfortable.

However, the pet policy was very disappointing. The property is advertised as pet-friendly, but after we made the reservation, paid, and arrived, we were told that pets are not allowed on the ground areas around the property, in the pool area, or even on the beautiful sandy beach nearby. Pets are basically only allowed inside the room.

We travel with a small toy poodle, and because of these restrictions it felt like we were in a comfortable but very limited space. We could only really use the room for sleeping and had to go elsewhere during the day. If we had known about these rules in advance, we would have chosen another place for less money.

Aside from daily housekeeping, the property does not offer many additional services.

Probably the best hospitality experience of my life. The first and most important part of this hotel is the manager, Nel. Right from the get go she was there for us making sure everything was perfect. Honestly she felt more like a host, or your favorite aunt than anything. Checked on us, always got us clean towels and sheets, laughed and joked with us, you could just tell she cared. Because of her, we will book a room here every year to follow for Daytona Supercross. This was one of the cleanest rooms we have stayed in even the bathroom corners were clean. The management showed unusual pride in this establishment and it showed. If you're looking for high end hotel, this is not your place, but if you’re looking for a reasonably priced place with a heated pool and great view, I think you’ll enjoy a stay here. FYI, no elevator.

Perfect view off the 3rd floor, Thank you for myWONDERFUL stay! I WILL be back again! I would recommend your service to anyone! I LOVED how clean everything was , even the stairwells smelled like Pine-Sol.
My only issue was that day I stayed there, they didn’t attend the bed, refill my towels including the foot towel for when you step out of the shower, or any towels for the kitchen. Or then that, the services there were FABULOUS.

This was a last minute spur of the moment trip. When booking I didn’t think about the fact that my mom cannot climb stairs so when we got to the location, it was very appreciated that Nell worked to get us on a ground floor room, even though that limited our view to the water. however, we could walk just a very few steps and see the water and we could pull our chairs out from the patio area and see it. It is a pet friendly hotel they even brought dog bowls to the room for our dog. I was a little disappointed that they don’t actually have a spot for the dogs to use the bathroom on the property. You have to walk down the street or away from the property, which is not convenient. It also says that pets can’t be left behind in the room, which makes it difficult to go to dinner or out on the beach because not every place will accommodate animals.

The room was very clean, especially for a place that often has animals. Beach access was right there and a small pool was just enough area to be relaxed and not among the hustle and bustle of the bigger hotels. I would definitely stay here again. The staff was very accommodating and helpful.

Flamingo Inn is a cute little boutique hotel recently updated even the smallest room had a bed or two with a table and chairs, coffee pot, fridge and microwave either a little porch or balcony. The hotel is convenient, parking is so tight if you have a larger vehicle is will be difficult to park and you will have to back in.
The view from the last 3 rooms are nice some palms in the way.
There are hidden fees if you book from this website.
Bring your own sheets and towels. Ours were very dirty and had hair embedded in them.
Staff is friendly enough.
The pool has seen better days but it’s ok.
Cannot be being right on the water.
They offer pool towels you get at the desk and have to check out by signing on a clip board.
Price for what we got was a little much for 2 nights.
Overall an ok stay for 2 nights.

Very nice little hotel right on the beach. Room was very clean and well stocked. Bed was very comfortable. All you had to do was ask and they’d give you whatever you needed and would clean the room as needed. Access to the beach was very easy. Only complaints is that the parking lot was very small and would be tight for large vehicles. You’re guaranteed one space per room. And no elevator. I knew it didn’t have an elevator when I booked it so no big deal. Just several steps to top floor which is three floors. This is definitely a good place to stay for people not wanting to pay the prices of the big resorts. I liked it so much I extended two days.

We were welcomed with a tour and one of the most hospitable people, Nellie, I've ever met. The rooms are newly renovated, and the place is immaculate.
