The picture quality wasn’t great and there was frequent buffering. But, overall, it was a great experience staying there.

We had a great stay! The location was perfect. You are right on the island. Walkable to several restaurants and bars. And the beach is right at the end of the street. The condo was very clean and great! It had beach towels and beach chairs and even a cooler (although we didn't use any of these things). The room was spacious and clean and we had everything we needed for our 5 day stay. It was really nice and I would stay again! We did have a small glitch and I wasn't sure who to tell about it. My husband and I got stuck in the elevator. For almost 30 minutes. It was stressful and scary but obviously not the owners fault. I just wanted to pass along that when we pushed the Help button the person that \"helped\" us wasn't very helpful. We asked that she notify the front desk so that they would know that we were in the elevator and she informed us \"that's not our protocol.\" Luckily we were able to get cell service inside the elevator and my husband was able to contact the front desk. They were able to free us from the elevator. I was surprised that there wasn't a way for the desk to have seen that we were inside (maybe a camera) and therefor get to us sooner.

Close to beach and restaurant, one parking space provided other wise you would have to pay for parking by the day off site, close enough to beach so you could walk and carry what you need for the beach such as towels chair umbrella. Actually unless there was some place specifically you wanted to go you did not need your car once you are there, now there are restaurants in the area you may want to try that you need a car, but never had to worry about a parking space when you return, also close to Margaritaville,

Spacious room, hotel, was secluded and newly remodeled. The check in was breeze, and check out was too. The best part our room had a dishwasher, sink, and stove. I would never stay at an air bnb as long as this hotel is around. All the benefits and none of the extra loops to jump through.

Didn't get our bottle of wine that we were suppose to get. They use these stupid passcodes to everything there n ours wouldn't work 99%of the time, u have to take out ur own garbage, start the dishwasher, clean out the frig but they charge $150 for cleaning. Y when they have u do everything for them

Harbour House is a decent place to stay. Pool area could use refreshing and updating. Condos are decent. Like the area, close to harbor with good restaurants with entertainment and beach is a short walk. Condos also seem to be soundproof which helps stay because it’s located almost under the bridge and traffic gets loud. However sitting on your balcony you can hear traffic and a loud noise every time someone drives over a certain section of the bridge. We like Gail who is a longtime resident and is very helpful.

Mike and Joan Brown - had a wonderful time at the Harbour House at the Inn! We stayed from April 8 to April 16. The apartment was decorated so nicely and was supplied with everything we would need; all we had to buy was the food. The apartment was spotless, and the pool was always so clean, which was a great plus. The people that live there, as well as the renters, were so nice which added to the fun of staying there. Leanne was so sweet and was always there if we needed anything. We will definitely recommend this to friends and hope to be back next year.

I truly don't have bad to say about this place. We stayed in the corner king room #306. We came right after the tropical storm Debbie came through so naturally there was some flooding that occured in town. The bottom level of Harbour House got some so they had to work on the elevator but by the time we got there, it was working again. Private parking in a garage, everything was SO clean and fresh, kitchen utensils, plates, bowls, etc were there if you wanted to use them. They even provide beach chairs and sunblock. The bed was super comfortable. My favorite part is the balcony overlooking Nervous Nellie's, Wahoo Willies and Snug Harbour. Its central to everything but also peaceful and quiet when you needed to relax. Even the pool was maintained well and we had the best time here! Highly recommend if you are in the area to stay here!

I recently stayed at this property and, unfortunately, it was not worth the price. For $500 a night ( included a $250 resort pool fee), the experience was deeply disappointing. The resort is still under construction, which was not communicated in the description.
The hotel operates on a self-service model with no staff on site. The air conditioning in our unit was coded, preventing us from adjusting it. Harbour House is in the perfect location for lots of activities. As an out of towner we could walk to the beach, several bars and restaurants and local shops. The property team was very friendly and helpful, our room was ready on time and very clean. We stayed over a very busy spring break week and I was pleased how quiet it was at night for sleeping. We stayed for 2 weeks. Great location. The room was very clean and comfortable. It was smaller than what we expected, but we weren't in our room very much. Our only gripe is that there is no towel service. And we were told that they could wash our towels through a laundry service for $25 or we can wash them ourselves in the pay laundry room on 2nd floor. We also needed to buy more dishwasher soap and toilet paper.

Harbour House will only supply 2 rolls of toilet paper per room and 1 set of towels per person for your entire stay. My husband and I were there 8 days and they would not suply extra towels unless we paid $10.00 per set of towels. I feel toilet paper and towels should be included in the price that we paid because it's not cheap and who wants to either do laundry while on vacation or pack your own towels and bring them home wet. We also had to empty all trash cans and bring them down to the dumpster in the parking garage. This was our 5th stay at Harbour House and we couldn't believe the changes. I understand that they went through hurricane Ian last year, but that's no excuse for the new towel and toilet paper rules!

Honestly the best $100 room I have ever had. Great service with letting us check in and out early/late. Even gave us a bottle of wine and a key lime pie! Room was cozy and had everything from tumblers to beach gear ready for us. I will be coming back.

This hotel was in such a beautiful location! Even with the hurricane last year there were plenty of places to eat and shop and if you can’t find anything you like right in Fort Myers Beach, the city of Fort Myers is an easy drive. The suite was clean and quiet. The pool was relaxing with music playing in the background. The only downfall was the construction but with the hurricane that was totally understandable. We would definitely stay again!

This is our second stay at Harbour House. It is a great location and the rooms are spacious and clean. The only current issue is that Fort Myers Beach is in recovery mode from the hurricane, so not everything is open and some buildings in the area are not repaired yet.

We had the best time staying at Lean’s paradise rentals. It was truly amazing to have somewhere so nice, accommodating and 5 minutes from the beach (walking) after hurricane Ian. This town is doing its best and it was a blast to help get this economy going again. The rental was beyond accommodating (cups, travel cups, beach towels, etc.) and location next to wahoo Willie’s, marina view, the tiki bar, etc. The really just can’t imagine staying anywhere else!
