天成飯店繪日之丘

住宿當天晚上嘉義的溫度13度，飯店空調居然沒有暖氣，整個晚上房間都很冷幾乎睡不著這是一件很糟糕的事情.
其餘在吃的這一方面這家飯店做得很好，又早餐及宵夜,訂房屬於車庫型房間，所以停車沒有問題.

再更好！

第二次入住，體驗仍不錯。但晚上竟沒有咖啡可沖或買（除了房間的三合一）。櫃台說可以去三分鐘路程的便利商店，解決了問題。另一令人覺得美中不足的，就像現在其他旅館都逐漸升級的馬桶，這裡也還沒有。
不過，仍然是舒適的旅館。有機會會再來～

我當初在HOTELS.COM預定時,是選擇有附停車的價格,大約貴個幾百元,到現場發現他們自己的停車場其實也沒門禁,我還看到非住客想開來停呢...但是現在我再去看其他時間的訂房,已經沒有分有停車跟沒停車的價格了

New and Clean Hotel enroute to Alishan

Quite a new hotel. The bed is good. The duvet is fluffy and comfortable. Pillows are rather soft. But the provide 2 for each person which we can stack up for more support. I had booked a double and a triple room for the family. To note, some rooms does not have any windows. The air conditioning has a Low tapping sound from its motor. The breakfast buffet is rather basic.

I have to give it 5 stars because I was upgraded to a studio apartment with its own one-car garage. Super-nice, and I love the modern layout. Only issues I had was 1) actual check-in at around 4 pm, despite the 3 pm check-in represented by the hotel and its staff, and 2) the hot tub in the studio apartment will take forever to fill up with hot water. I tried for 10 minutes, but it was clear that it would take a long time due to the water flow from the faucet. But these issues are negated by the fact that I was upgraded, which means I would have never had access to a hot tub and the extra space and comfort was worth the extra hour wait. But it would be different if I did book the studio apartment instead of just a room... Enjoyed my stay though! And decent breakfast.

Nice new opening hotel, comfortable and beauty.

I stayed at 1F upgraded room, it's big, comfortable and convenient.
However, some places are still under construction, seems it is not 100% ready yet. I recommend to stay at Sun Dialogue for family or couple trip!

Beim Check-in wurden wir ausdrücklich darauf hingewiesen, dass es sich um ein rauchfreies Hotel handelt und das Rauchen im gesamten Gebäude verboten ist. Umso überraschender war es, als wir unser erstes Zimmer betraten: Es roch deutlich nach Rauch und zusätzlich bemerkten wir Schimmel an den Wänden. Das Zimmer hatte zudem kein Fenster, was den Eindruck noch unangenehmer machte.

Wir gingen daraufhin zur Rezeption und erhielten problemlos ein anderes Zimmer. Dieses hatte zwar ein Fenster und roch nicht nach Rauch, allerdings fanden wir auch hier Schimmel, besonders im Bereich der Dusche.

Das Frühstück war zwar grundsätzlich reichhaltig, allerdings sehr turbulent und chaotisch. Außerdem entsprach es unserer Meinung nach nicht nach einem interkontinentalen Frühstück (was so aber auch nicht in der Beschreibung des Hotels beschrieben ist).

Alles in allem hat uns der Aufenthalt leider nicht überzeugt, und wir würden dieses Hotel nicht noch einmal buchen.

我們這次住的是獨立車庫房，房間坪數大，有按摩大浴缸，但因為是開放式的，房間會比較潮濕，但有提供除濕機，唯一美中不足的是，蓮蓬頭的水壓蠻小的，洗頭真的很不好沖洗。

早餐的部分中規中矩，有提供中式西式的自助吧，可自由選擇，服務人員都很親切。

整體來說，地理位置雖然不在市區，但開車過去熱鬧的嘉義市區大概10分鐘左右，其實也蠻方便的，住獨立車庫房也不怕外出回來沒有車位停。

獨立車庫跟寬敞的房間讓人心情愉悅，非常適合帶孩子出遊渡假，早餐很有在地特色，遊戲室跟頂樓的交誼空間也都非常棒。
不過可惜這次遇到房內的按摩浴缸無法使用（事前未接到相關通知），及B1遊戲室有滴水的情況，期待下次入住時這些問題已改善。

這家是主要以親子為對象的住宿。環境滿好的，但對於只想要安靜環境的住客來說，就有點吵，因為會有小朋友在房間內亂跑，你就會常常聽到樓上有跑步聲。

非常愉快的旅遊

整個房間整體非常的乾淨舒適，只是提供的嬰兒床比較像遊戲床。飯店八樓免費提供的遊戲室，真的是非常吸引小朋友，這次住宿很幸運，剛好遇到飯店有提供住宿旅客可享用星光晚餐，餐點雖然簡簡單單，但是都是能夠吃飽的。下次還是會再來體驗不同的房型。

再次回訪，目前住了四次。各方面都不錯，有提供宵夜和小點心，停車空間稍嫌不足，可路邊停車或停鄰近的停車場，有一些娛樂設施與親子活動空間，早餐有一定水準，有提供自助式牛肉湯、清粥小菜與擔仔麵，很舒服的一晚。

這房型住過N次，遇上其他不好的住客，這次覺得半夜很吵，還沒到退房時間，房務也很吵，還有這次鏡子沒擦很髒。

真心希望天成文旅能多注意一點細節

算一算我們家在天成文旅也累積住超過十晚以上了，但總有一種一年比一年差的感覺。這次住房時為了讓小朋友看電視把沙發移動一下，發現沙發底下跟周圍不少灰塵跟餅乾外袋子的垃圾，桌子上的角落也是積不少灰塵，頓時降低了旅遊的開心感。真心希望天成文旅能多注意一點細節，讓旅客們能感受到飯店的用心與進步

這次住的房型有獨立車庫，房間非常大，有大浴缸，像汽車旅館！
入住後櫃檯旁有下午茶可以吃喝，用卷去兌換一杯飲品。
7樓遊戲室比較接近大一點的小朋友，有射飛鏢和電動遊樂器，旁邊有非常多的零食可自取，冰箱有果汁可以喝！室外是小車車跑道，因為入住時下雨，沒使用到，B1有桌遊室。

早餐豐富！

需要改善的地方是，B1的碰碰車只開放下午3點半到5點，晚入住的話根本使用不到，小朋友期待落空。

不喜歡含車庫的房型

感覺是汽車旅館改裝，房間雖然很大，也有很大的窗戶，可是窗戶旁邊即是隔壁棟的圍牆，打開也沒有採光，所以就算有一台除溼機全天運轉，房間還是顯得有點悶溼。浴室也像是汽車旅館改的，看起來不太舒服，水溫也很難控制。總體而言，住宿的感覺不是很好。

雖然不是位在市區, 但開車也不需要太久的時間, 也比較安靜. 房間整體不錯, 很舒適, 再加上是車庫房型, 所以停車沒問題.
不過比較要提的, 第一是早餐的部分雖然中西式都有, 但不知道是不是員工人手不足, 住宿房客有較多, 二天早餐用餐時, 都遇到缺餐具, 沒有補菜補餐的狀況.
第二是遊戲室的設備雖然不多, 但也沒有很完善, 有些都已經有損壞的情況, 在和小朋友遊玩時很難盡興, 希望有機會在入住時, 這些缺點可以改善.

被子翻開有頭髮，衛浴縫隙污垢很多觀感不佳
衣架跟某些地方有灰塵堆積
吹風機的風量開到最大還是非常的微小，無法正常吹乾頭髮

如其名，是一間頗富人文藝術的旅店。
房間乾淨整潔，床墊和枕頭都非常好睡！旅店的服務人員都很熱情，講話都柔聲細語。
走兩步就是停車場，搬運行李非常方便。
B1和頂樓都附設兒童遊戲區，lobby還附設迎賓區提供免費的糕點和茶水，讓在旁等候check in的親友和小孩不再無聊。
