Very comfortable, Western-style hotel on the east side of Chiayi. On-site restaurant providing meals as well as a breakfast buffet. Staff is very friendly, and there's enough English spoken to communicate your needs and critical information. I appreciate they are able and willing to order taxi service and can indicate whether you prefer to pay by cash or credit card.

Brand new purposely built hotel building with tasteful contemporary exterior & interior design for Chiayi standard. Good laid out of the room, big bathroom with top brands fitting & shower. Though the tiny bathtub just killed all the good rating. No idea why they fit such a small tub in such a big space, it doesn’t even fit me to sit properly, not to mention for two, Such a great shame. Especially in the days when the rooftop swimming pool closed down by law.

4 of us stayed in a large new room with 2 large beds. Bathroom was great with shower and sunken tub. Underground parking was easy and convenient. Check in was great and we pulled up to a nice covered entrance. We were so pleased and surprised by this great hotel in chiayi. We just stayed one night as we were visiting local hot springs (just 10 minutes away) and it was a great hotel. Staff went out of their way to give us a nice breakfast. Would absolutely stay there again and highly recommend it.
