I was quite happy with the stay. The room had a slightly damp smell but it was clean. The breakfast was lovely with plenty of options. However, my major complaint was that I wrote to the hotel after my husband realized that he had left an eye mask at the hotel, and there was NO reply from the hotel at all. It's ok that they couldn't find the eye mask, but they should at least give some response. This is disappointing.

Booked three different hotels for the three nights trip to Chia Yi. This one is one of them. Roof-top service and view was good. Front desk could be more friendlier. The room smells, probably needs carpet cleaning or renovation. The bed was huge and comfy. The bathroom could use some proper cleaning. Breakfast was good. Comparing to other hotels.... This is not the best value for its pricing.
