Great Location, Comfy Beds, Poor Soundproofing

The location is very convenient, being close to Chiayi Station. The bed is comfortable, making it easy to fall asleep. However, during my stay, I could hear conversations from outside, as the room's soundproofing is poor.

Generally satisfied, except that the sound insulation is not very good (the sound of the neighbor's door closing can be heard). It is very close to Wenhua Road Night Market and has convenient facilities nearby.

客房乾淨度及餐廳早餐都很完善，唯一美中不足的地方是有的客房的浴室內沒有任何可置放換洗衣服的地方，搞到換洗的乾淨衣服和髒衣服都要放在馬桶蓋上😰😰😰

出發前一天還特別打電話給櫃檯人員，麻煩幫忙預訂浴室內有洗手檯的房間，客服人員表示會幫忙註記，但結果也是令人大失所望，整個洗澡的感覺都很差😭

不見的能停車

我是以停車位作為條件來搜尋旅館的，入住的時候才得知停車位已經滿了，給自行去付費停車場停。後來發現他們的停車場有限高，車子必須在 160公分以下才可。
除此之外，對他的的地點、早餐、空間、性價比都覺得還滿意。

The rooms were clean and nice, good location . The hotel staff helped to store our luggage for 2 days while we visited Alishan 🙏

It was adequate. Not having a bedside table between the 2 beds meant that we could push both beds together and have our 2 year old in the middle so she wouldn't fall of the edges. It is something rare in hotels.

地點不錯，走路可以到文化路夜市，價格也很實惠。
房間隔音不好，可以聽到隔壁的講話聲音，房間乾淨程度一般，對要求比較高的人來說細節比較沒有打掃乾淨。

It was a lovely hotel to stay in and a great location especially for the Old Taiwanese Tile Museum which I also recommend.
The hotel was cosy, although the door is not very sound proof and my room was next to the lift so I could hear people talking and going about.

What a pleasure! The Chiayi Look is very clean, the staff from front desk to cleaning crew to breakfast were all the best. Having a translation app is beneficial. Breakfast was traditional Taiwanese food, but no problem for us. It's an easy walk to the Alishan railroad, several museums, the night market and plenty of other places to eat.

The room was surprisingly large with 2 single beds, which were very comfortable. It had a decent size bathroom as well. Breakfast was included in the price which was honestly very reasonable. The hotel itself is roughly a 10-15 minute walk from Chiayi railway station which is also where the bus station is. There are a few places to eat near the hotel and the city is quite small and walkable anyway so eating options weren't a problem.

Overall a very nice hotel in a good location, I would happily stay here again.

For us this was the perfect hotel. Nice big clean room, very very nice staff, great breakfast variety to suit any taste, walking distance to Chiayi Train Station and Alishan Forest Railway. Wenhua Road night market a short walk away. We would stay here again.

We have to sit on the couch to watch TV. The TV is supposedly able to turn 180 degrees to face the bed but it was fixed for some reason to face the couch only.

Like the bath tub is huge.

整體來說沒有不好，但也沒什麼值得誇獎的地方，就是住一晚沒有什麼其它的設備或附加服務，這樣的價格比起其它地區的飯店來說應該是不會來第二次…

Two Day Chiayi Trip

The location is convenient. The self check in was very easy with the help of the front desk's staff. It looks like the hotel was quite new, very clean, and very good bed.

如果可以再增加多一點電視頻道會更好

飯店地點蠻不錯的，只是廁所門跟房間沒有有隔絕，洗澡後水蒸氣都跑到房間裡了，還有電視可以選擇的頻道有點少。

非常臭，非常噁心，非常糟的住宿體驗。

這次入住嘉義市樂客商旅，約下午三點半Check in，此次訂購房型為4300元玉璽客房(最高等級的客房)，首先進入房間，發現與我們訂的房型圖片落差非常大，與圖片完全不符，一進門發現廁所的推跟拉寫的是反的，廁紙用的是夜市餐飲那種薄薄的紙，到底誰有辦法用那種衛生紙上廁所，一擦就破，房間內部地毯及床單不太乾淨(?)導致房間內灰塵很多，同行友人一進去房間就開始嚴重過敏打噴嚏頭暈，我們趕快離開。
直到七點用完晚餐回到飯店，一進入房間聞到嚴重的廁所臭味，但卻發現不是從廁所傳出來的(廁所是整間房間最沒味道的，而且我們根本沒使用過廁所)跟櫃台反映後，約莫7:49有一位先生拿了工業用噴灑器，對著通風孔噴灑大量化學香水，頓時整間房間都是化學香水味，然後還用無奈的眼神問我們並說道:\"這樣可以了吧?應該聞不到臭味了吧?\"
由於噴灑了化學香水，原本的\"屎味\"與香水混在一起，嚴重的噁心混雜味道導致我們無法待在房間內，友人此時提議出去外面公園晃晃。
約莫十點半再度回到飯店，本來的屎味已經晉升成不知道某種動物屍體的腐臭腐爛味，於是再次向櫃台反映，櫃台隔了約10分鐘再度派人進入房間查看，於是我們當面請他聞，那位服務員應該是也聞到惡臭難耐的味道，後來從電話中得到回覆終於他們願意幫我們更換房間，但根據櫃台先生說法，因為我們訂的房型沒有了，他有詢問我是否願意接受其他房型，我們以為是升等房型，結果最後得到的是一間更小，椅子座位更窄，原本有的玻璃桌也沒有了，且窗戶打開是面對高樓牆壁，完全沒有任何景色的房間，正當想說能好好睡一覺，一躺下才發現枕頭都是菸味油垢味，物品使用較久會留下痕跡可以理解，但飯店這種寢具用品不是應該徹底清洗消毒並定期更換嗎，最後我們幾乎一整晚都沒睡好。
隔日退房時，櫃台人員也對此事完全沒有任何表示，針對我們提問為什麼房間內會有腐臭味，是否是有動物屍體在通風口，櫃台人員僅淡淡回了一句:\"那個是沼氣，會再跟主管反映\"對於我們花費四千三換取極差的住宿體驗沒有任何補償或是道歉。
請嘉義市衛生局及相關旅社管理單位需要對此飯店進行大規模衛生清查。

903客房浴室沒有乾濕分離，洗完澡上廁所非常不方便，也沒有衣架可以放衣服跟浴巾，只能出來再擦乾，而且浴室抽風機還會跑出他房抽菸的煙味，必須一直開著

很不錯的品質

這次幾位好友帶著兩個小孩一起到嘉義玩，幸好有提早訂房，因為六日整棟滿房，人潮很厲害！！地理位置很好，用走路就能到文化路夜市以及檜意森活村，唯獨停車場在外面，需要花一些時間。
房間雖然有歷史痕跡，但翻修後住起來感覺舒適，空間也寬敞，廁所乾濕分離，熱水也夠熱夠大，沒有菸味，隔音OK。
早餐雖然品項少，但品質不錯，菜色都滿好吃。咖啡機的拿鐵意外好喝，吐司的奶油與果醬也是獨立包裝，比較乾淨，整體來說吃得開心。
服務人員態度都很親切，非常推薦的一家商旅！！

The hotel is nice, and the 12:00 check out is nice. However, it’s REALLY annoying to be called at 11:15 a.m. to be reminded of the 12:00 checkout! I had already gone to the counter at 10:30 a.m. to replace the batteries to my remote, so the receptionist at the desk should have known I was awake and not to bother me. She is so annoying and doesn’t speak English which makes the situation worse! I’ve already asked staff not to call me to remind me about the check out time. The Saturday morning staff at the front desk is so inconsiderate and annoying! Again, please don’t call me in the morning! The hotel needs somebody who speaks English on their Saturday morning staff! I should add that the check in was really fast during a busy Friday night. Thanks to the gentleman for that.

Better service this time around. Thanks. The breakfast buffet was great. However, it’s a mad house during rush hour. I recommend the Five Woods Coffee Shop nearby. It’s so annoying when the Saturday afternoon clerk speaks Chinese to me 100 miles per hour. I can’t speak Chinese well. Please know my Chinese skills are not good.

Nice hotel on Wenhua Road. Not too far from the train station. O Bar is near the hotel as well as a great tea and coffee shop, Five Woods Cafe. Hotel is comfortable with a decent breakfast. Showtime Cinema is near with several shopping and dining options. The Second Floor Cafe in Showtime is a nice brunch, lunch and dinner spot.

A nice comfortable hotel on Linsen Road. Check out the O Bar nearby. Check out a nice coffee and tea shop called the Five Woods Coffee Shop. Showtime Cinema is nearby with many dining options. Check out the Second Floor Cafe, but it’s actually on the first floor. Haha. Louisa Coffee is also near Showtime.

徒歩3分くらいの場所にファミリーマート、7分くらいにセブンイレブン、10分くらいでマクドナルド、その他、飲食店なども周りに多い。
台湾鉄道駅まで歩いて15分、高鉄(新幹線)駅から台湾鉄道駅まで無料のバスが出ていますが30分に1本で本数が少ない上に結構乗る人も多いので座れないかも。30～40分以上バスに乗ることになるのでご注意を。タクシーで渋滞もなくスムーズに行ける時間でホテルまで455元だったので混んでいる時間に移動するなら500元弱は見込んだほうがいいかと思います。タクシーなら20分くらい
ちなみに高鉄駅のバス乗り場付近で声をかけてくる人に言われるがままにタクシーに乗った場合、ぼったくられるので正式なタクシー乗り場の表示があるほうのタクシーに乗ったほうがいいですよ。
プロ野球の試合が行われる事もある球場のある嘉義公園まで徒歩25分～30分
ナイター見る時間ギリギリかつ荷物少なければ歩くのは苦痛ではないですが、昼間に歩いたら暑いので気をつけてね。
ちなみに嘉義公園までの道のりは美味しそうな飲食店、ドリンクスタンド、コンビニ色々あります。

フロントの人は聞けば色々教えてくれます。比較的に丁寧な対応してくれます。
エレベーターはフロントから見える位置にあるのですが、特に部屋のキーカードを当てなくても普通にボタンを押したら客室階に行けてしまいますwまぁ、でもフロントの人が見ているでしょうから…
滞在中、エレベーターに乗る時に清掃員が一人既に乗っていてボタンを押したままエレベーターを止めていました。
私という客が乗ったのに同僚の清掃員とベラベラしゃべってなかなかエレベーターを動かさない。
1分近くしゃべった挙げ句、同僚2人のうちの1人が乗ってきました。
部屋は比較的清掃が出来ているほうだったので仕事は出来るんでしょうが、接客というところは行き届いてはいないかな。

部屋は値段の割に広くて驚きました。
しかし入室してすぐに手を洗うと水がたまってなかなか流れないww
小さな冷蔵庫があるのですが普通に閉めてもすぐに扉が開いてしまいます。
毎回しっかり閉めないといけなくてややストレス。
トイレはウォシュレットはなく、そして台湾では普通にペーパーを流せないトイレ。
隣に置いてある箱にペーパーを捨てましょう。
ちなみにタブ(湯舟)ありません。シャワーオンリーです。
ランドリールームは特に時間制限ありませんが、洗濯機、乾燥機、共に1台ずつしかありません。
それぞれ50元ずつ、洗剤はフロントで20元で購入できます。

決して豪華なホテルではありませんが、安っぽいホテルではないのでコスパ的には大満足です。
