硬體設施不錯，但還有很多需要改善的地方

飯店還蠻新的，但是有很多地方還可以再改善；check-in很迅速，清潔人員也很有禮貌，房間整體來說還蠻乾淨的，但是隔音不好，容易被樓上活動的聲音吵醒，廁所管道的聲音也很明顯，一早就聽到樓上房客沖馬桶的聲音；房門的隔音不太好，早上八點就聽到房務打掃隔壁房間的聲音...一整晚睡得不太好。
疫情當下防疫措施做得不到位，除了飯店內防疫設施不足（消毒酒精提供得不多），吃早餐的時候因為人數較多，帶位人員還問是否要與陌生人併桌（應該可以在入住時盡量做到早餐人數分流），前面的客人離座之後僅收走餐盤，卻未將桌面消毒。
地下停車塲堆放許多雜物，機車恣意停放，建議飯店加強管理，讓入住的旅客感覺乾淨，整潔且舒適。

入住整體是很不錯，只有一點點就是房間內，有沒清理乾淨的餅乾。游泳池開放時間跟門口上寫的不一樣，因為去門鎖起來，但通知櫃台有馬上處理，房間有浴缸會更加的加分。

Terrible Service, Definitely not work the price

There was really nothing special about the hotel. Check In, Breakfast and parking were all very average. We showed up about an hour early (2pm) but was told to come back at 3pm for check in. We got a non-smoking room that smelled like smoke. After several requests they moved us to another room that smelled much better. The room was ok, the beds felt like a cardboard box. For some reason the wall between the bathroom and bedroom was glass so whenever anyone used the bathroom, the whole room was lit up as well. We had some problem with the central air in the room. When we called down and asked about it, we were hung up on. Thinking this was a mistake, we tried several more time and each time were hung up on. We reported this to the front desk in the morning and they apologized. Breakfast was good with a nice selection of Asian and western style food.

Excellent hotel but location is a little off

Had an excellent two nights stay there and the lady receptionist at the counter was also extremely helpful and really nice. (Lady Receptionist who helped us with Check in on 10 Jun and 11 Jun room no. 601)
Service was also pretty much top-notch. Do note that this hotel isn't near any major food places so taking a taxi to the night markets, to eat the famous chiayi chicken rice or the Claypot chicken at Zhong Pu is required, however it is really quick by taxi.
The bed here is pretty soft comparatively and there's no bidet in the restroom to use unlike most other hotels in Taiwan that I've been to. There's also no Laundry service in the hotel but there's one down the road. Room is clean, modern and well equipped and there is hot water available for customers just on the left of the lifts.
Will strongly recommend this place.

It was a typhoon day when we checked in the hotel. During dinner time, both restuarants inside the hotel was closed for business and we have to drive out to the nearest 7-11to purchase food/cup noodles. Our car skidded when we try to drive up the slope towards the exit, we observed and noticed some other cars skidded too and it was due to the flooring on the pavement. The rooms was very comfortable and spacious but inconvenient when both of the restaurants was closed for dinner.

房間不提供任何備品，入住時前枱未作任何提醒，連洗手肥皂都沒有，打電話去房務竟然叫我自己去大廳自取，真懐疑這是飯店嗎？
另，房間隔音非常不好，冲水聲、說話聲，聲聲入耳。若非很累真不好入睡。
大廳咖啡廳停業，堆滿雜物，令人懷疑飯店是停業嗎？有人管理嗎？
唯一優點，房間還算乾淨
明顯感覺，飯店管理真的要多加把勁！

飯店整體品質不錯，硬體設備有待更新及維護

飯店環境及整潔度還不錯，服務人員親切有禮，唯一美中不足是在退房前兩小時，電視突然自動關機無法使用，詢問之後回覆是沒有解決方法，於是只好提早離開飯店，遇到這樣的狀況及處理方式，有點令人意外。

I stayed at this hotel some years ago and remembered it to be very good, so I booked again.
Service is excellent with very helpful any caring staff.
The breakfast is excellent as well with lots of choices, although the warm options tend to be a bit overcooked.
Additionally they offered a small corner with free \"welcome snacks&drinks\" in the afternoon.
The rooms are very spacious and comfortable, also generally clean - with one exception: large pieces of dust were hanging down from the air conditioning. That's something very visible and I can't understand why cleaning staff obviously missed it for very long time already.
The other downside is the location. There are not many shops nearby (just one 7-Eleven about 5-7 minutes walk away) and very few, infrequent public transport options. If you just plan to travel by taxi, then it's fine. Otherwise this might be an issue.

臨時找到這家旅館，離市區稍有一點距離，走路約10分鐘可到UBIKE站，單車到市區約20分鐘，需要上陸橋。

地下室有停車位，位置大好停車。

CHECK IN時段大廳有自助零食吧，還有玻璃瓶裝汽水，很不錯。

櫃檯服務態度佳，頂樓有露天泳池、bar，非常適合家庭放風。
健身房普通，但也沒看到住客使用。

宿五樓，可以聽到多家親子出遊。
附早餐，選擇意外多，熟食、沙拉、甜點、冷食。

飯店整潔但隔音不佳車位不足

飯店設備很清潔舒服, 工作人員的態度也很友善. 頂樓游泳池很棒. 但是房間隔音不佳, 很清楚聽到隔壁或樓上房間在使用浴室和洗手間的流水聲.
飯店地下和一樓停車位不太夠, 雖然有第二停車場也有停車場接駁車, 但若帶老人家出門可能有點不方便.

剛開幕一年左右，曾經住過，整體不錯，這次再訪，空調涼的太慢，廁所馬桶水沖完隔約半小時後，再沖水，水量超小，有向飯店反應，也有派人來處理，床鋪太軟，好不容易把孩子哄睡，結果翻個身，床鋪一晃動孩子又醒來了，早餐的食物還算可以

優點：1.設備很新2.有免費停車
缺點：1.人員服務態度很差，口氣也很不好。2.住宿在九樓，空調系統有問題，無論怎麼調都是只有14度，非常的冷，打電話給櫃檯，人員請我們調送風溫度應該可以上升，但調了1h仍然維持14度。第二次打電話給櫃檯有位先生上來調整，但過了2h仍然沒有上升，第三次打電話給櫃檯，服務人員說應該沒辦法了，要多送2條被子給我們禦寒，但是等到凌晨都沒送來，害我們整晚只能穿大衣睡覺，服務真的很差的飯店。3.飯店附近很荒涼，沒有商店。

1.1本來房間是會讓我願意給予四顆星以上的評比，但砍半原因在於房間內存有木頭暗門、古時候叫密室...木頭暗門打開又有一個上鎖鐵門...一個令人不敢多想的且不知做用地空間（如照片）
1.2該空間或稱作為異常，是我自行發現，飯店並無主動告知...
1.3經我「主動」詢問飯店人員，飯店人員才說明為它儲藏室，說它現在已經很少使用，並經我詢問那個門是唯一該空間進出口...也跟我說908房間很少賣....我的心中當時真是OOXX....
1.4由於這太奇怪，我只能詢問我能否換房...又只能獲得...今日客房已滿...然後為了不能換房跟我道歉...（並不是為了這奇怪地房間道歉）...OOXX...我其實入住前2個月就已經預定房間ㄟ...
1.5 在沒得選擇下，只能鴕鳥不去想可能那個空間可能的用處或是否曾發生啥特別的事（例如飛機總有一些特別位子保留給特別事件使用）...因為我想也沒有飯店主管會去管那裡吧！！...只能把床頭櫃、落地燈通通移到木門處...擋住它...至少木門打開時，碰到東西...讓我們預警
2.飯店早餐不錯吃，服務也不錯，可惜美中不足...服務人員補充「裸（無包裝）」「濕紙巾」時，是赤手空拳....ㄟ...那是可能客人要擦手或擦嘴用...服務人員啊！！你手有洗或消毒？...為啥不用器具代替萬人的雙手...以避免客人對於濕紙巾的乾淨度有所疑問...
