・ロビーに鍵を預けて外出して帰ってきたら、鍵無くされてて入室まで十分以上待たされた。しかもこの時渡された鍵がスペアキー、さらにオリジナル見つかって交換するからロビーに降りて来い、と言われた。お前が来いよ。
・朝風呂入って部屋戻って涼もうとしたら、ゆーとぴあ宝のロビーで30分以上待たされた。宿泊客と銭湯使用者のチエックアウト列が一緒。朝風呂の時間帯は宿泊客専用受付が閉まっている、朝風呂入れるって特徴を謳うなら、このシステムは三流。

夜中には通路の両側や至る所でホームレスのようにタオルケットを敷いて寝ている客が多いこと。テーブルなどに足を乗っけて寝込んでるのがどこを見てもあたりまえの光景。夜中0時をこえても子供が普通に走り回っている光景。一般の客の利用が多すぎて館内は飽和状態。リラックスとは程遠く衛生状態も酷い状態。
とにかく、言葉では言い表せないくらい酷い状態でした。せめて、「スパ」を売りにして宿泊させるならば、ホテル宿泊客に配慮したものにすべき。。
長くなりそうなのでもう一つだけ。
公式ホームページで予約したほうが4000円以上も安かった上に朝食付きでした。
