I did not eat breakfast at the hotel. There are few different house keeping teams cleaning my level 20. Some are very detailed while others are manageable.
Shopping- shuttle bus service to Aeon Shopping mall outside STARBUCK area. Many eateries around the hotel. Kanayama Station is 4 mins walk from hotel.

The bathroom is a little hot though, I wonder if the glass door of the toilet could be kept open in order to have better ventilation. But perhaps I’m just being picky.

We stayed three nights and the hotel was very nice! We are a family of four so got two rooms, which was admittedly a bit of a splurge for us. The hotel connects to Kanayama station, which was quite convenient. Hotel staff was very kind. They pointed us to a delicious ramen place a short walk away. There’s also a solid CoCo Ichiban nearby. The bell desk helped us forward our bags. In-house laundry seemed steep, but that was on me for not planning better. It was a great stay!

It is a great spot for train and subway and there is plenty food and lovely activity outside. The breakfast is good and offers a lot. The bathtub is deep snd they include bath bombs. The staff is friendly and the room I stayed had great pillows, blankets, and the mattress was nice.

High-end hotel right next to the train station. Very convenient but thats not the best part. Reserve a high floor room and enjoy amazing views. The breakfast buffet is second to none and you can enjoy drinks and snacks in the evening on the 30th floor. Staff is superb and friendly. Would definitely love to stay again.

A super fancy hotel for a great price! It’s right next to the train station so it’s very easy to get around and explore Nagoya- also only one stop away from Nagoya station where the Shinkansen runs. The staff was very helpful and friendly. We were able to leave our luggage there free of charge for the day despite already checking out. The view from our hotel room was amazing and the room itself was spacious. I don’t know if this is in every room, but we had a bathtub and a shower. They gave many amenities and small things like toothbrushes, shampoo, conditioner, brushes, combs, water, etc. The beds were also very comfortable and big enough to fit two people in a bed (wasn’t even a queen size bed). I will absolutely be staying here again when I come back to Nagoya!!!

Love the location of this property. I previously lived in Nagoya for 2-years. While not as immediately noticable for it's location versus Nagoya station proper, it has way easier convenience for accessing Nagoya region with JR Tokaido and Chuo lines. Meitetsu lines (including direct access to Chubu Centrair Airport) and Nagoya Subway lines. Navigating through Kanayama station is super easy and much less stressful than Nagoya station. The hotel features a great and welcoming staff and the service is fantastic. Will stay here again and again.

Rainy morning, got off the train from Tokyo to see the castle and on to Kyoto. The “old man” kicked in and I was exhausted and hot. Saw this place, price was right. It was absolutely lovely, and so was the staff. Thank you so much for my 24 hour respite.

Stayed here for 3 nights —made it our home base for F1 race. The staff from front desk, to house keeping, to dining room staff were all very friendly & helpful. The hotel is literally beside the train station which made it so convenient to get to the race. FYI, you can’t here the trains ☺️
We needed to do laundry since we had started our trip 5 days prior from Tokyo —the laundromat is just one street behind the hotel. While the laundry was being done (it washes & dry in the same machine) we went to the grocery store a block away, so convenient.
The hotel’s breakfast buffet is a wonderful treat every morning.
There’s also a lot of little restaurants close to the hotel.
One downfall of the hotel is the over powering flowery fragrance that fills the main foyer every day. It triggered my allergies. Most hotels are usually scent free. Otherwise I would recommend this hotel to family & others.

Super friendly staff who proactively help you as soon as you walk into the lobby. Great breakfast with a wide variety of Western and Asian food choices.

A minus is that the hotel rooms are starting to feel very outdated compared to other 4 star hotels. The TV only has standard Japanese television channels whereas the competition offers video on demand and Netflix/Disney plus/Prime by logging in with your phone. Hotel is also in an inconvenient location one train station away from central Nagoya.

The hotel’s price was very competitive so you get what you pay for if you want something decent and with great breakfast but cheap and without the bells and whistles you’d get at other 4 star hotels.

This was a first class establishment. I booked a superior king room and for some reason I was upgraded to the governor’s suite. Which was a corner room on the 26th floor(amazing view). The bathroom was awesome with a window in it that also had an amazing view. Breakfast was fantastic.

The location is excellent, with easy access to trains and subway. Staff were very professional and helpful. The rooms and other areas were clean. The only thing was a confusing system when taking a car in and out of parking during the stay. However, it was a minimal concern and didn't detract from an otherwise lovely stay.

The hotel public area smells. They need to invest in better ventillation. I get worse smells on my clothes just walking through the hallway than eating at a bbq restaurant. Once the elevator stopped at second floor where the buffet restaurant is in the morning, and i almost threw up from the greasey smell when the elevator opened. The hotel employees are just cold due to lack of English speaking skills. Room is just ok. Bathroom is clean. Bed is comfortable. TV is from early 2000s.

At check in, we were offered a free upgrade to a Japanese suite. It was very nice! We really liked the large tub and shower, But I had to be cautious to not bump my head on each of the doorways inside the suite. I’m 196 cm tall. The doorways were about nose height to me. The breakfast buffet was delicious!

Nagoya is a lovely city, maybe my favorite. Our room on the 17th floor had spectacular views !!! Breakfast was multi-ethnic which was perfect since I am American and my traveling companion was Japanese. I would definitely stay here again!!!

Very comfortable hotel and friendly staff. The location is reasonably good which is next to the Kanayama station, about one or two stops from Nagoya (main) station. There are enough eateries around the hotel, but it's away from the central part of Nagoya. There is a direct train line from Kanayama to the airport with is handy. Good value for money.

More a 3 ½ /5 than 3 / 5 overall.
Served its purpose well. A decent very functional but rather bland modern hotel.
Reasonable / OK service.
An OK old fashioned bar on the top floor with good views.

Room size reasonable / compact but sufficient.
All seemed rather dated, with old fashioned décor.
Very clean and comfortable.
Very quiet. Slept very well.
Decent modern compact bathroom.
