Would recommend to the staff to be more people friendly. Actually enjoy your work and do more relationship building with the customers. It seem very mechanical than genuine. It also seemed the team was there to please their supervisors during inspections and audits than with the people who were staying at your facility. The TV operation way to complicated…simplify. Cleaning of hall for inspection took top priority over room cleaning. Far too little breakfast items. Bartender was not able to mix many drinks requested. The room we stayed was in need of a refresh regarding condition. Towels were not the quality you would expect from a World Class hotel. Create more of an atmosphere of positive attitude than following strict rules to please management. It is all about pleasing the guests first! Over all very professionally trained personnel but no feeling of living what they were doing. Visit the bai Hotel in Cebu to truly understand love and passion for pleasing the guests as their number one objects. You have all the key principles in place but execute on a more customer friendly level. Good luck in the future!

It was our first time in the Philippines and we researched lots of hotels. The N Hotel was in a safe area, clean, the staff are AMAZING, and the rooms and area clean. It's important you understand that you'll need to take taxi's and all of them know where the N Motel is, and pickup/dropoffs are easier from there. The breakfast buffet is included and excellent, but DON'T expect American breakfast fare. It's definitely Philipino food (although they serve pancakes). Dinner there is good, but the prices are a bit high.

There are 4 restaurants within walking distance--fast food type places. Water from sinks isn't drinkable, but you can ask for water bottles from the front desk. OR you can visit local grocery and buy a 6 ML one.

This hotel is pricier than the others but, in my opinion, it's worth it.

The hotel is nice looking and room clean and comfortable. However, if you take a child you have to pay for extra room towels, 80 php, food at breakfast and 350 for swimming with no towel. Ice also costs money after 1 bucket. The hotel is trying to save money and charges for things normally free at larger hotels. The location is 100php taxi ride from malls. The pool was nice especially for kids. Tables by the pool were uncomfortable to eat at because of flys from the area. Indoor dining was fine.

N Hotel is great because of their staff.

Travel with family. Amazing staff in every department. Great food. Room is minimal but clean and have great views of pool. Pool is excellent. Stayed 5 nights. Had 50 people over for daughters birthday and it was excellent. We have stayed here 5 times now and next visit to CDO we will stay again.

It is a nice hotel with friendly staff. Free breakfast buffet has different options for the 2 days that we were there. They only issue 1 key card which is also used to keep the electricity on in the room (Ac and lights). Bed covers/blankets are thin but its hot in the Philippines so its ok, just dont set your AC too cold ^;^.

What I did like was mostly everything. What I'm disappointed about is the fact that the strict rules was not placed when we book our room.

I understand the situation but we did not have fun really. It was inteded for get together of small group. Then it turns out they wouldnt let us have visitor.

Very sad :( also it was not refundable. Which is more sad.

Everything is fine until they ask too much charge to use the pool even if our family and friends are ordering drinks and cocktails. Pool charges should be consumable at least.

i liked the entrance staff, calling taxis's and giving good tourist advise..where as the front desk didn't help with questions, seem to busy to give any type of tourists info. no map of cagayan de oro and didn't want to print one up for us.

If you are driving there the entrance can be a problem especially when there is an event-- the gate is narrow and allows only for one vehicle to enter or exit. Parking is also rather limited. The other problem we found is that if you call the hotel landline number the phone isn't always manned (we had thought of adding an extra night).

Management need to get a minor remedial works schedule actioned
The place is starting to look shabby ie poor paintwork cracked water poor silicone in bathrooms cracked paving in the pool area
Also the breakfasts are abysmal at least serve up the food hot not stone cold
Don't let this place just turn into another typical Philippines hotel

When we went to our room upon checking in, upon opening our room since we were not assisted by any hotel staff, we noticed a lot of mosquitoes flying inside our room. In the morning, while taking my free breakfast at their resto, i requested for a coffee but staff failed to serve and forgot my coffee while there were alot of them inside the resto.

Check in took a while. It wasnt the hotel's faulth tho, we thought we would get a better deal if we'd do a walk in, but we noticed that the online booking was a lot cheaper than walking in( 500+php difference) when we got there. Thankfully the hotel allowed us to use their wifi to do online booking instead. The front office staff were not that nice tho, nor helpful. The room was okay, it was clean. The pool was fine, it looked bigger in pictures tho. The staff at the pool area was nice, and accomodating. The free breakfast buffet was a let down. They only had two choices of food there, pork tocino and boiled egg(not even fried or scrambles :( ) So if you're a non pork eater, you'd only have boiled egg to eat haha. No bacon, cereal or other staples, there was toast tho. Overall the hotel was okay if you hve bussines to do in the city, since it was near city proper.

I enjoyed my stay at N hotel. Nicely decorated for Christmas. Clean comfortable room. The AC worked well and beds were comfortable. The pool was very nice and clean. Good breakfast with different foods each day.. Coffee was great and good service. They also have good security. I would stay there again for sure.

Called feont desk twice and they told me tbey would fix it...called back 1 hour later they told me everythjng was great...gave me a new password....still didn't work...they didnt care. The included buffet breakfast was great. Lots to choose from. Better than most places in the area

N Hotel is well served by its excellent, warm and charming staff. It is a pleasant environment in which to bide one's time. The Room Service menu could be expanded upon.
The staff are wonderful. Each and everyone of them. I enjoyed my time there immensely.
