Everything—from the moment of arrival until the final departure—was designed to make you feel truly special. The service was wonderful; the room, the view, and the food were all perfect. The sea and the beach were magnificent, and the part of our stay we enjoyed the most was undoubtedly the pavilions. However, we owe a special debt of gratitude to our service team—our "attendants"—who truly made us feel privileged and left us saying, "We are so glad we came here." They were the ones who truly made this vacation special for us: Mr. Ali, Mr. Anıl, Mr. Melih, Mr. Berzah, Mr. Cebrail, Ms. Nisa, Ms. Bilge, Ms. Rimma, and Mr. Samet. And finally, a special mention goes to Mr. Alper, who handled our airport transfer with such great care. Each and every one of them is a valuable, highly respectful, and genuinely kind-hearted individual. We are so grateful for their presence and so glad to have met them. Endless thanks to everyone on the team for everything! I wholeheartedly recommend the Titanic Luxury Collection to everyone—it is a perfect destination that guarantees you will return home with truly magnificent memories!

- sea view visible everywhere
- sea is great
- al carte restaurants were good.

Disliked:
- Major issue is about the staff. They quarrel in front of guests. They are not accessible for ordering.
- Given a room that did not match our request (requested king bed but got 2 double beds, which were only able to fit 1 person for each)
- Toilet was smelling bad and our room was positioned far from the activity areas.
- Open buffet quality was bad and variety was limited.

I loved staying here! We booked the deluxe sea view room and it was incredible. We had a top floor room, a massive balcony, a bathroom with every piece of toiletry you’ll need, a snack bar that was replenished daily and a nice lounge area.
The beach was incredible, perfect for families and couples. There’s 2 private areas on the beach that are age 16+. You can order drinks to your sun beds although you’ll need to go to a restaurant to get food. The pool was massive and the water slide was so fun. So many bars and eateries on site, there’s not enough time to try them all. The food was super delicious, cocktails were excellent. The only downside was that service isn’t great at the Al a crate restaurants, we found it to be a bit slow and waiters would always forget what we asked for/ordered or would get it wrong. Although there were some super lovely people working there. Guest assistants Aybuke, Melda and Unver were a delight and so prompt when dealing with our requests. Emre at the patisserie was very sweet to us. Highly recommend staying here!

We travelled with a toddler and though it had heap loads of activities to do which was great, some downfalls i wish i knew
- baby / toddler food pouches always hidden in fridge and difficult to obtain
- above food pouches not avalable in kids kitchen
-95% of toys has no batteries
- our room had no bathtub so was extremely dangrous to wash a toddler
- the place is huge and got lost often in the first few days and couldnt find pushchair friendly routes so would have to use it on escalators or carry up the stairs

Despite the above it was a great stay and the staff were 10/10, but above info may help those with little ones ahead of their stay

It was our first taste of all inclusive holidays and was a fantastic experience. Although we have nothing to benchmark it against we found it very good and the kids club was fantastic. Only criticism is we were shocked to experience how cold the pools were and that they weren’t being used.

We visited with our two children aged 2 and 8 months. We were delighted to see so many activities laid on by the kids club. The facilities for children were great. The entertainment was very good. The spa facilities were amazing, we managed to take advantage of the hammam and really I enjoyed it.

It is not same level of service that we experienced last year. Staff has been significantly reduced and you need to wait for buggy for a long time. They cut back entertainment significantly. Food is still good. They also cut serving staff at Park fora restraunt and eliminated international food section. Kids club - absolutely no supervison kids do not want to stay. We paid double what we paid 2022 and get quarter what we used to get. Absolutely not going back.

This was an amazing property, well kept and thought out with activities for everyone. The staff were very helpful especially Polina and Aruzhan. The hotel is a little far from some locations as its close to the airport but if you plan to mostly stay on the resort this is perfect and they arrange taxis easily. Would happily stay again

There’s a lot to like about this resort but I think it’s over rated and over priced. Service isn’t 5 star and food is hit and miss. For what you’re paying you’d expect a lot better. Very commercial feel and not as focused on delivering and amazing experience. Could do a lot better.

We were traveling with another couple and our group like it a lot. The services that our guests assistants Polina and Arina were providing best service and assistance in what needed, it was more than excellent and all the staff working there was perfect. Really grate memories... Location like on the picture.
We are planing to visit again by the end of the season and bringing another few couple's with us...

5 stars all the way!

We came here for our honeymoon near the end of the season and had perfect weather.
Everything about this resort was top notch.

We were on our honeymoon and the management upgraded our room to a suite which was amazing. The room was incredibly spacious and comfortable and clean thru our stay. Excellent staff to help at every turn. We had help booking at the many restaurants throughout the week and enjoyed the adults only side of the beach by the greek restaurant.

All the restaurants and food were exceptional and the beach and lounges were comfortable and maintained. All sorts of activities and entertainment every night! Great for a couple or a family.

The pools and spa were extremely clean and the drink services were great. This was the nicest and most relaxing stay of our life and an absolutely excellent first vacation as a married couple. Highly recommend staying here in this very private bay on the aegean sea. Bodrum is beautiful.

We will certainly come back in the future with a full family!

This hotel was excellent. There are only 2 points of negative feedback. Food served as hot was generally warm/tepid - had to send one meal back because of this. Secondly, the beach party that is on every night is VERY LOUD and on many nights went on until 2pm in the morning. The hotel had limited occupancy whilst we were there so not sure who the parties were for but this seemed very unnecessary and did take the shine off our stay.
Otherwise the food was excellent quality as was the service from all of the staff.

Literally everything was perfect, the resort is amazing, convenience at its best, we didn't have to call the hotel for anything, they were so proactive and doing everything from the phone or WhatsApp was great, the staff are amazing, kids club had a lot of entertainment all day long for the kids, no restrictions or tricks for the all-inclusive part, food is amazing as well as the variety of the food and drinks. We went in the second half of April so it was still cold, couldn't use the pools and the waterpark but I am sure in the summer it would be an even better experience.
We travel a lot as a family and this was our best stay ever.

Titanic Deluxe Bodrum - точно не 5 звёзд, и уж точно не люкс. Отель в целом. включая номера весьма уставший, в санузлах плесень, территория не ухоженная. В основном ресторане еда так себе и по вкусу и по выбору, тарелки не подогреваются. Персонал - почти одни казахи, нормальный сервис они оказывать не умеют, и не хотят. Бары имеют скудный выбор. Справедливости ради отмечу хороший СПА, пляж и вид на залив (не во всех номерах). Не стоит запрашиваемых денег, рекомендую остановить свой выбор на каком-то другом отеле.

When you want to relax in a resort where the workers are doing their work with happiness and enthusiasm with a big smile on their faces all the time, then you should go to Titanic Deluxe Bodrum. It sure was a memorable joyful experience due to the excellent , professional and hard work by all its employees & staff especially our assigned Guest Assistants Can & Sina who helped us in matters that are not related to our stay there.

When I arrived at the hotel, the front office staff refused to give me my room. According to the Expedia website, I had booked a superior sea view room that sleeps 4. They said our room only fits a maximin occupancy of two. They asked for proof. I should send them a screenshot of your website, which I will attach below as proof. After showing them the proof, they refused to help our situation. I had just landed from a long and stressful flight and just wanted to go to my room. They made me wait for 3.5 hours in the lobby until they agreed to take me to my room because only two people would stay there. At this point, I was frustrated and irritated. The front desk staff was rude, unprofessional, and useless. They told me to call Expedia; I asked them to allow me to use their phone, which they refused. At one point, they said, "we will not help you anymore". I paid lots of money to arrive at Bodrum early to start my vacation and enjoy my day, but I wasted around 3.5 hours getting to my room.
my daughter arrived later that evening at 10 PM local time. They refused to let her into the hotel gates and asked for her passport. They did not even let her wait in the lobby, leaving her outside on the side of the road with her luggage. They said she needed to book a room separately. I was under high stress as I was concerned about the safety and well-being of my daughter. They did not give her minimal human respect unless she had paid for a separate room. My wife and I booked 7 days here in early August and enjoyed sunny weather that averaged around the mid 30s/85-95 degrees.

When we saw the view from the room it only provided a partial view of the sea. We asked to be moved to rooms that provided a full view of the sea as advertised and after threats and repeated attempts from Hotels.com to reason with the property, we moved. Getting the staff to stop passing the buck and track the manager down was time consuming and arduous, both on Hotels.coms side and on Titanic's.

But to the Titanic's credit, after this things came off smoothly: Nice bedrooms, very clean, masks worn in public spaces, sanitizer everywhere.

Hotel was fully booked. Didn’t get the category of room I booked. Nobody speaks English in the restaurant or at the pool, only 2 guys from Reception. Food was terrible, unfriendly cooks everywhere. Only thing what was great was the resort for its self. Changed hotel after 7 days and went to Lujo Hotel. The best Hotel in Bodrum!

Bad reception & guest relation they do not know how to smile!, and refuse to give me an invoice, bad room, not a sea view room as mentioned, it was at the basement, so bad smell in room. With few exceptions one of them was on the Italian restuarant especially Mr. Kamil Ali.
