Small hotel which was comfortable for a quiet get away. There was not many activities which one would expect with a resort. It is slightly outside of town but access is easy and reasonable taxi fares.The food was plentiful and average. Staff not very attentive, although peasant.Enjoyed our stay as we were looking for solitude after busy week in istanbul.

Staff very friendly and professional.
Food choice - great, good range of drinks. Room was very clean and bed very comfortable.
Balcony slightly small and many trees obscured the sea view but in high season it would be welcome shade.
Decked sunbathing areas were lovely.
Hotel not too big to get around which was nice as some all inclusive hotels in the area are very big and require lots of walking, lifts and escalators. All in all a great choice

I had asked for an accessible room and was assigned initially a room about 1/4 mile from main hotel with over 20 steep steps! Not a good reception. They gave us another room on the ground floor but not very close to the facilities.

Not recommended for families with young kids

Not recommended for families with young children. Overall quality was low for this price level. It was overcrowded, even finding an empty sun bed was a problem in the morning. There is extremely loud music every single day until midnight in the hotel and also in the next hotel, so sleeping before 12am is not possible.

Very small resort and Not Ultra

This is a very small resort and was super crowded in the beginning of July. It was impossible to get a place under the umbrella on the beach unless you go there at 7am. What was ULTRA about it? Nothing!!! It was significantly lower level than other Hilton resorts in other coastal Turkey location. Will never go there again.

Super friendly, polite, and helpful employees. Awesome amenities and the best view ever by the sea. The food was delicious and had lots of variety. The hotel itself was very close to downtown and located on one of the beautiful beaches in Bodrum. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a combination of food and activities

Total value for Money. Everything is was perfect. The staff in reception desk was very kind and helpful. Rooms size for standard room was quite big and all facilities were perfect. Recommend for families since they have special facilities for families. I have been to many hotels in Bodrum but this was in the top of my list. Will stay again Inshallah

After switching and looking through two rooms, the rooms seem very dark, small and depressing.

Cleaning Personnel went into room even with privacy sign, which happened two times.

The air conditioner does not work properly in the rooms.

There are no controls in place for people without a mask and in addition the sanitary conditions in the hotel cups/ plates seemed to be lacking.

The quality of the crowd seem to have significantly decreased and after this stay, I highly recommend you go elsewhere and do not spend you money here in this resort.

Overall was nice good service, friendly staff but you cant feel comfortable because you cant use the facilities in the hotel at night, i was playing billiard with my girlfriend at night and put some music because there is nothing to do during lockdown. They came to us and there is some people are complaining because of the sound we put the sound down then they turn off the lights to not let us play anymore. But from the service was good and its much better for old people.

1 mayıs 3 mayıs arası konakladık, yaz sezonu bu tarihlerde başladı mı bilmiyorum otelin dışarı bölümlerinde olan 2 3 tane barı kapalıydı, bu yüzden lobi bar ve snack bar çok yoğun oluyordu. Restoran kapasitesi çok yetersiz, bizim konakladığımız tarihlerde hava çoğu zaman bulutlu ve aşırı rüzgarlıydı, sıcaklık 15-18 derece arası değişiyordu, bu yüzden dışarı oturmak mümkün değildi içeride oturmak icap etti ancak yeterli masa yok çoğu kişi ayakta kaldı. Lobi kısmında da oturacak yer az, hava soğuk teras bölümüne sadece 5 tane gazlı soba var o da az, yani hava soğuk olduğu zaman çoğu pozisyonda yetersiz ve eksik. Bir de dediğim gibi 1 mayıs tatili nedeniyle haftasonunu da birleştirerek geldik tabi herkes bizim gibi düşünerek geldi çok yoğun ve kalabalık olduk ilk girişte odayı hazır edip anahtarı vermeleri 1 saati buldu. Yemekler lezzetli ancak çeşit az daha fazla olabilirdi. Konum şahane, peyzaj şahane, ilgi alaka şahane, çalışanlar şahane, hilton kalitesi şahane. Kesinlikle tavsiye ederim, bahsettiğim olumsuzlukların çoğu hava muhalefetinden dolayı yoksa yaz sezonunda çok daha iyi bir deneyim yaşayabilirsiniz.

Nosso quarto não foi limpo e quando falamos na recepção a atendente quis dizer que colocar placa pedindo pra não incomodar. Não fizemos isso. E foram 2 dias sem limpeza. Um dia chegamos e a porta do quarto estava aberta!!! Não fiquem! Não volto

Hilton ismine kanıp asla gitmeyin. Çalışan garsonlar kendinden bir haber lakayıt garsonlukla alakası yok. Yemek yiyecek bile yok dışarda rüzgarda yemek yenmiyor bildiğin aş evi gibi insanlar üst üste yemekleri lezzetsiz. Kesinlikle paranızı boşa çöpe atmayın.

Kahvaltı ve yemekler genel hilton kalitesinin altında. Odadan çıkıp koridorda yürürken otların kapladığı hortum ve boruların darma dağınık olduğu kötü bir manzara ile karşılaşıyorsunuz. Otelin depo girişi oldukça pis. Denize ve plaja giderken havlu deskinin öğle tatiline girmesi çok anlamsız. Öğle saatinde gelince havlu alma şansınız yok. Ön büro ve hizmet alanında çalışan arkadaşlar çok özverili ve kibar belki de otelin en iyi tarafı. Koridorlar yerdeki halılar ve odanın içindeki mobilyalar daha az yıldızlı otellerin bile altında. Ayrıca odada ki yastıkların kalitesi rahat bir uyku için oldukça yetersiz. Genel olarak çok güzel bir manzara ve doğaya sahip olan otelin denizi temiz ve çok güzel ancak çok ciddi anlamda çevre düzenlemesine ve ciddi bir renovasyona ihtiyacı var.

Odaların temizliği ve büyüklüğü çok iyiydi. Açık büfe biraz daha çeşitli olabilirdi. Deniz için plaj kısmı ve havuz çok iyiydi yalnız kaydıraklı çocuk havuzu biraz otelin dışında kalıyordu. Personel kesinlikle çok güleryüzlü ve yardımcıydı. Bir de animasyon kısmı özellikle gece daha atraksiyonlu olabilirdi.
