No air conditioning in restaurants and all hotel areas!!!! Dirty rooms and impolite staff! Hotel is not worth for money and not worth to be 5 stars! It’s like 3 stars very old hotel! Mattress smells, towers are nasty! For the price we paid we could go to Titanic Luxury Bodrum or Lujo! Beach areas are not clean and smells pee!!! It’s better to stay home than choose this hotel! We traveled with kids and I don’t feel safe! You can find bugs and mosquitoes in your room!
After 2 days of complaining they changed our room but it was the same thing! They didn’t want to refund money for other nights we didn’t want to stay! cutlery was sticky, no tables to sit, too much people in dining area!
I’ve never been before in the bad hotel like this!

Staff tried to stick us into 2 rooms that weren’t connected because the family suite we had booked didn’t have working AC. This wasn’t made clear to us and we had to wait until evening (with regular reminders from my husband ) until we got another room- still not what we had booked.
To be fair, the staff did try to help - but the hotel is HUGE with literally hundreds of people who have no concept of queuing! They were understaffed and being Turkish trumped everything.
We didn’t get great service and it felt a bit like fending for yourself.
I don’t think the website makes it clear that all inclusive only allows you to eat in the main dining buffet restaurant - and you are only allowed to eat once at any of the other restaurants (unless you book 7 days or more).
Water park was ok - limited rides for little ones and the fair was at best, maybe an hour or so before the kids got bored.
We won’t be back

I visited the property during the peak summer season, it felt like they were a little understaffed. It took an hour to to get towels after calling for them three times and the rooms were dated. They offered buggy services to get around but there was always a huge line to get one.

Great hotel for kids- heated swimming pool, amazing water park, lots if kids club activities and a theme park! Amazing rooms- so spacious! But very disrespectful holiday makers- making noises late at night and bad quality loud/arrogant Russian and German Turks! Food could have been improved too- didn’t taste much and wasn’t fresh/hot. The lady at the kids restaurant made an extra effort with my little one and he loved it- so that was nice. They should get proper life guards near the kids pool as they were not watching the kids at all. One kid was about to drawn, her dad ran and saved her and life guards didn’t even notice! Overall great holiday and a nice place to stay.

Amazing stay as usual as this is my second time. However, need to mention some comments which may contribute on enhancement such as ; more focusing on room services, better response for clients requests which require many calls to achieve, receptionist and guest service should have more value on present the new hotels facilities and share more information, water parks need more readiness (several slides closed many times), showers are not good either in beach areas or water parks areas and require more focusing from maintenance team

Close to lounge area guest rooms was so noisy.
Until 02AM there was noise of pulling the chairs and tables, same again early morning 5AM. We couldn’t sleep easily.
In shower there was not any shampoo holder, we end up to hang plastic bag to shower handles to hold our shampoo.
There was not any holder for shower towel to hang.
Shower floors was slippery, there was not any hand holder.
In the room there was table without chair. If you want to have tea/coffee please n the room no chairs to sit.
There was unnecessary so bright lights n the room but it wasn’t any bedside reading lights.
Only good thing view was perfect and cook chef was perfect. We ate so much delicious food.
It was so rich all inclusive meal option.

would not recommend staying! Bodrum has far too many hotels and resorts to end up staying at a hotel with staff that does not respect its customers, treats them horribly and disrespectfully. they do not know anything about customers satisfaction, want to scam people out of their money and my issues with them was far from an isolated incident as all it takes is sitting in the lobby for a few minutes to see people coming in, screaming and complaining all day everyday. would not recommend at all! run!

Very unprofessional reception, we booked 2 sea view rooms. When we arrived, they told us that these rooms were not ready due to a leakage ( which is not a legitimate reason as this is a 5 star hotel and should check their maintenance on a daily basis), then they wanted to compensate us with a villa which is very far from the hotel’s facilities, when we rejected they forced us to use the villa which is a really unprofessional move considering this is a 5 star resort. In general, the staff are inexperienced and don’t know how to communicate with costumers, and when they try to they speak rudely. The hotel is really excellent considering the facilities and the food, but really poor considering the staff and service. I don’t really recommend going to vogue to spend your vacation unless they change their staff.

Забронировали улучшенный номер, по приезде никто не встретил, чемоданы тащили сами, напитки не предложили, девушка просто отвернулась. Заселили нас в стандартный номер, самый дешёвый. Убогий ремонт и старая мебель, мы сразу позвонили на ресепшн, сказали что номер не соответствует категории, фото и описанию. Мы заплатили на 20 тысяч рублей дороже за номер классом выше. Они уверяли нас, что это и есть номер улучшенный. В итоге после двух часов скандалов нам показали другой номер. Который один в один соответствовал фотографиям и описанию забронированного. Конечно мы переехали в него, но никто даже не извинился. Они так и стояли на своём, что номер дали верный изначально. Видимо в отеле так часто разводят лохов-туристов, заплативших подороже.
Море не впечатлило, песок коричневый, в других отелях в Бодруме песок белоснежный.
Порадовал только луна-парк для детей. В остальном, ничего особенного за такие деньги. А персонал вообще ужасный. Не вернёмся!

Looks nice but far from it

At first the hotel seems luxurious and money well spent. This feeling had left us fairly quickly after the first night. The room we paid for extra because we wanted water facing was far from it, unless you like looking at trees hiding the small angle of water that’s available (photos included). The rooms were not clean and full of dust. The carpet was old. The furniture needed an update. The bathroom was okay but falling a part. (All photos included) And the worst part was the bed which was terrible. We asked for a second bed for our young son which came broken. After enquiring the first time about how bad the main bed was (had back aches all night) and how we couldn’t have our son sleep on a broken bed frame they provided nothing was done. Only after letting them know we are leaving due to these issues they changed bed frame 24 hours later. (All photos included because I wouldn’t want someone else to fall into the same trap) Dont believe the glamour of the marketing photos and website. You spend a great deal of money and find yourself feeling you have made the worst mistake of your holidays. I have more photos of this disaster of holidays than what I’m allowed to upload.

Our first room didn’t have a view but the staff were able to move us to one with a sea view - the hotel, swimming pools and spa facilities are lovely- the Ala Carte which you have to book in advance the day before was great. The beach location great too.

A bit old room, but overall is nice

Booked superior room for 5 nights, it was ok, just a bit old style room on wooden parts. Minibar needs improving, only 2 beer, and few non-alcoholic beverages, without any snacks. Food variety is not enough for ultra-all inclusive type of hotel. Hotel staff are mainly mix of Kazakhstan, Uzbekistan, surprised very few Turkish staff. I must add , the service was really quick for cleaning tables and bring drinks, happy with their hard work. Beach was clean. Mainly families with babies, not really for couples though we enjoyed the time. Overall happy, but hotel needs improving on rooms and food variety.

Great hotel for family with young kids

Upgraded by reception on arrival from garden room to one on main hotel building. Room large and location convenient for dining, pool etc but quite noisy. Not sure what was located below or above us but the movement of furniture and other things started about 5am everyday. Sauna and gym great. Lots of good food at breakfast lunch and dinner. Kids liked food as Pizza, chips etc available. Staff very friendly at all times. Two nice pools. Beach small and man made. Aqua park with lots of slides. 10 min taxi ride to Bodrum.

The locations is very nice, the beach has a soft sand, the swimming pools are nice, the staff is very friendly in all areas (reception, restaurants, bars, animation, .etc).
The gardens were very well organized, the resort is fantastic for the family with kids as there is many activities for them.
The overall service is very good.

My only concern was that the housekeeping team didn’t put shampoos each days and never put drinks or water instead of the consumed ones in the previous days. I have informed the reception and they promise to take actions but nothing happened.

Overall I have spent very good days in the resort and I would recommend it especially for families.

Vogue is a Russian Prison, NOT a family resort.

This place is more like a Russian prison than a resort for families. Nobody speaks English. Any service requests are laughed-at and ignored. They have no problem moving furniture in the room above at 1AM. My children and I spend 30% of the year on vacation at resorts of all kinds. We have never experienced anything this poorly managed. Our Wifi never worked. Food was awful. Because it was all inclusive, there were 2 waitresses on roller blades by the pool handing out warm bottles of water. Refrigerator in the room didn't work. Maids rarely left towels. The pictures on Hotels.com AR NOT the same pictures of the rooms. They are fake.

We had a local driver to pick us everyday and take us around Bodrum. Vogue Security would not let him in to pick us up!!! They wanted to charge him for parking for 5 minutes. We had to walk to the top of the hill and meet him outside the property on the freeway (my 3 children and I).

DO NOT Waste your time and or money on this place. We did not meet a single happy customer.

Vogue could care less about your customer experience. They only want your money.

Families with small children only!!!

The moment you walk in its like you have walked into a primary school trip. Kids running wild everywhere being spoilt by the extremely relaxed approach of kids having access to all parts of the hotel... even the lonely little adults only room to have your breakfast/lunch or dinner at.
Rooms- 1425 do not accept. They tried to give us this room as 'sea view'.. will try upload a picture. We were then moved a day later to room 1450 which was what we were expecting.
Lounge and towel wars. Everyday without fail many sun loungers would be taken over by towels with 40% of the beds having no person on it for hours.

+ve's: food quality is good. The alacart Italian and fish concepts are good. Taken you to Mohammed at Italian and Yusuf in the fish restaurants. Would add a couple of the bat were very good at their service too.

Reception and guest relations. They don’t work together. Don’t waste your time speaking to reception, best people to speak to are guest relations. Even then Tuna (manager) is helpful, well spoken but couldn’t provide me with an explanation as to why their website and Instagram accounts suggest that its NOT a child friendly place, they even photo shopped the ship from the kids pool. Suggestion on where to go instead- rixos premium down the road. Brilliant service 2 years ago.

Few major things to seriously take care of

- After check-in the lady didn’t bother giving me a single info about the hotel facilities..(Basics).
- The room stays untidy until 3pm. Had to call several times. room services ordered stay outside for days.
-Look at the balcony window how dirty it is
- This is my outside my room. It s an all inclusive expensive hotel.
- If you are a wine lover, then unless you pay extra 60$ for a cabernet sauvignon or a Chardonnay , the wine being served is the worse ever.
- Laundry: better go and buy new T shirt in Bodrum than pay 10$ to have them cleaned
- rooms stay very dirty. Careless cleaning staff

Stay away from this terrible resort if you can. The only good thing they have is the location and food. I never write reviews but I had to for this one. We had the garden room and nothing worked. The drain in the shower was bad and didn't drain thus was not able to shower for a day since it took 4 hours to send a technician which didn't do much. After calling 5 times and explaining the issue 5 times and waiting 4 hours for someone to come fix the issue the technician comes with a shower head, turns on the shower and says \"is good\". Took another 30 min to try to explain the issue since he spoke zero english and so most of the staff there don't speak a word of english. The phone didn't work even after it was supposedly fixed. No fan in the bathroom and they didn't restock shampoo, soap etc after couple of days. The service is terrible as they tell you they will send staff but nobody comes. These are only some of the few problems this resort has. If you are non turkish and you don't speak the language good luck you won't get anything done there. The beer is warm and only one brand and not much selection of alcohol. The only good thing going for them is the food. They will not get back to you with any issues you may have and management is non existence. I had no wifi in my room and after telling them for two days they get back to me saying the technician is gone for the day even though I had called them the day before and earlier the day they tell me the technician is gone.

Upon arriving we were greeted nicely and showed to our great rooms which was out of this world.
The food was very organised and well prepared.
Staff were friendly and had a smile the whole time.
Pools are clean and the beach is amazing.
Highly recommended this place

My second stay at this hotel was as perfect as the first. The hotel is gorgeous but the staff are just one of a kind. The front desk manager could not be any nicer. The guest relations manager, Tuna, has become a friend and not just a staff member . The bar tenders at the beach, Mehmet, Furkan, Yucel and Azat are simply great. The sports coaches, Robin, Ozay, Burak and Emel also became friends and helped us have so much fun that we rarely needed to leave the hotel.
Need I say more ? Just stay at Vogue anytime you're in Bodrum!

Fantastic beach. Food and Drinks are available all the time and buffet is varied daily. Room size is big.Friendly staff.
But, there were a lot of mosquitos in the room. The shuttle services close at 11:00 PM. so you need to go to your room by waking which is too hard. Rare to find staff who speak English. Poor Activities. Very Expensive sea activities.

Great place, friendly staff and delicious food.

Stayed at Vogue for 4 nights with my partner and three kids aged 11, 10 and 5. The staff were great throughout and we were upgraded to a villa with a pool on arrival. The hotel is great for kids as well as couples. Plenty of activities for kids whilst couples can have a romantic time if they stay in the villas. The food is great with a lit of variety. You are literally spoiled for choice. Not all staff speak english but you can get the message across without much problem. Highly recommended.

The hotel was amazing, the staff was very polite, the rooms are big, service was great, the Shisha bar was awesome especially Muhamed Ozbeky who was preparing it, we had the best shisha in turkey.
The internet was very very bad, and the management knows that very well and they should solve the issue and stop pretending that all is fine, they know what I mean.

Worse hotel i have ever stayed in

worse hotel i have ever stayed in , the stuff are roud and careless , i had to call reception at many occasions during my 5 days stay because my room was not being cleaned on dairly bases , on my last day of stay i waited 2 hours for the bell boy to come and take my luggages and at the end i ended up paying double to my taxo driver because he was waiting . The most shocking thing that happened during my stay that the duty manager tried to still my money and when i asked to get the cameras checked otherwise police will be called he gave me my money back .
I wouldnt even rate this hotel as a 2 star hotel let alone 5 star although i paid almost £1500 to get a 5 star service
Wouldnt recommend anyone staying there as not only u wont get a good service but the duty manager is thief too

the food quality was ok - but it wasnt excellent though.
and if you went as couple you would feel that its more family oriented (kids and stuff) so i would go again with my wife and kids - but never as a getaway when me and her wants to have some special moments or go crazy.

Best Resort I have Been to EVER!

Bodrum was our last resort before going back to Instanbul, I had been to one in Marmaris beforehand which was great but this place was just on another level, excellent facilities and superb staff!

Riza and the rest of the entertainment & Tuna and the rest of the staff were efficient, helpful and had very good advice and always on hand.

The Waterpark, the kid's town, pools, beach, cinema and restaurants were all magnificent.

Definitely would recommend and totally coming back.

Perfect choice for families. The Luna park, water park and Wonder Vogue make the place a heaven for kids. This hotel offers everything from beautifully decorated rooms to delicious food and extraordinary swimming pools. We had an unforgettable holiday. Beautiful Hotel

This is an amazing property with a great location. Very clean, looks like the pictures on the website along with a nice staff. Was a bit hard to communicate at times because of the language. The spa is magnificent. Overall service and the food was great. My only grip is the beds were not that comfortable, other than that I would definitely stay here again and recommend this hotel.

The hotel is luxurious but many of the facilities are not open until mid May!! Hence do not go there before that time as the swimming pools, aqua park, funfair are closed. The hotel seemed to be run with skeleton staff. This was very disappointing and annoying as this is not advertised when you book and you pay full price. Otherwise nice hotel with friendly staff.

Otelin açıklamasına göre “kalabalık” olduğu için bardak, çatal ve kaşık, tabak yani kısaca yeme/içme aparatları oldukça kirliydi. Bardaklarda bir önceki müşteriden kalan ruj izleri, bardakların içinde bir önceki içeceğin son yudumu, kaşıklarda kurumuş yemek artıkları vs.. Bu durumu defalarca söylememize rağmen yaptıkları tek açıklama “kalabalık, yetişemiyoruz” oldu.

Die Anlage ist super vorallem mit Kinder ein Traum
Ohne Kinder lohnt sich der Preis nicht ganz, da haben wir in günstigeren Hotels schon besser gegessen, im großen und ganzen super nur kann das Personal gerne mal lächeln und hilfsbereit sein und das Essen wie gesagt könnte auch besser sein
Die Anlage lohnt sich aufjedenfall

Otelden çok memnun kaldım, iki küçük bebekle otelin hakkını veremediğimizi bile düşünüyorum o kadar iyiydi. Gözlemlediğim tek eksik WC’lerde havlu-kıyafet-çanta askısı yok.

Hotellbyggnaderna är ok, men undersbemmad och ständigt kaos. Rumservice går inte att nå i 8 fall av 10. Stranden är liten men ok skick. Maten är under all kritik i jämförelse med det pris som det kostar (väldigt höga priser).

Personalen gör sitt bästa med ledningen lyser med sin frånvaro och ledning och mandat saknas helt från personalen.

Min fru och mina två barn är laktosintoleranta och inga specifikationer på maten finns och man tvingas at fråga den ena ovetande personalen än den andra. Vi skulle träffa en ”Dietist” men det kom ingen. Barnen kunde äta glass eller erterrätter under hela vår 8 dagar långa vistelse.

Detta hotell bör ni undvika.

Rummen är (connection) är stora, moderna och fräscha. Minibaren ska fyllas i varje dag men så var det inte för oss eller ngn vi pratade med.

Aşırı turıst vardı mayıs ayı olması rağmen Türk mısafır yok denecek kadr azdı
Sadece odalar ana bınaya uzak kalıyordu heryere yürüyerek ulaşmanız gerekıyor Buda bıraz yorucu oldu
Çıkış işlemlerinde bagi bulamadık hatta kendi odamızdan bavulları alıp kendımız arabamıza götürdük
Genel anlamda sorunsuzdu

Es gibt nur eine Sache was mir nicht gefallen hat. Das sind die Zimmer Lichter. Die könnten etwas mehr Licht geben.

A la mi-octobre tous les restaurants à la carte de l'hôtel ferment. Il n'y a également plus de spectacles le soir, alors que de nombreuses familles y passent leurs vacances d'automne. Donc beaucoup moins de prestations à l'hôtel! Quel dommage!!

Très bel hôtel, nous avions pris la suite familiale pour 4 adultes et 2 enfants, grande chambre très propre. Check-in et Check-out fait très rapidement. Le personnel était très sympa, toujours à l écoute ! La nourriture était bonne mais après 6 jours sur place, cela devenait la routine car souvent les mêmes plats.. Dommage que l’Acquapark était fermé en ce mois d’octobre et pour le reste nous avons passé de très belles vacances en famille! Nous le recommandons vivement !

grande chambre et salle de bain. très belle vue sur mer depuis notre chambre
très bonne nourriture
la majorité des serveurs et serveuses sont très gentil et serviable ( à part 2 ou 3)
les réceptionniste de l'hôtel ne sont pas aimable et n'ont pas le sens du service client ce qui très dommage pour un grand hôtel 5* !!!

Özellikle plaj garsonu HASANın muhteşem hizmetine tekrar tekrar teşekkür ederim oda temizliği güzel yapılıyor ancak oda konusunda kesinlikle sınıfta kalan bir otel açık büfelerde çeşit doyuruculuk ve kalite bakımından 10 numara ancak ana restoran hizmeti çok kötü (bir çay için yarım saat beklemek yada buz isteğinize karşılık bakıyım varsa getireyim cevapları şok ediciydi) alkol kalitesi çok düşüktü cabaredeki gece showları tatminlkardı ve genel olarak fiyat/performansa bakarsak bence geçer not aldı.

Entspricht nicht die beschreibung und auf keinen fall 5 Sterne.Möbel im Restaurant sehr schmutzig und alt wird auch nicht gepflegt. Zimmer sauberkeit nicht zumutbar. Einzig Gästebetreung ist sehr bemüht und nett ansonsten nicht zu empfehlen. Hatten in Side und Belek bessere Hotels für weniger Geld.

Önceki senelerde KAŞ bölgesi dışında gittiğim en güzel yerdi diyebilirim. Kalabalıktan rahatsızlık duymayacaksanız, eğlence, kaliteli içkiler, güzel yemekler, çocuklar için eğlence alanları ile dört dörtlük bir otel.
Tek tük olsa da can sıkan olaylar karşınıza çıkabiliyor, mesela Netflix e uyumlu olmayan televizyonları gibi. Ancak hizmete gelince
Sahilde içeceklerimizi eksik etmeye Serdar gibi güzel çalışanları, Mete gibi sohbeti düzgün animasyon ekibi de vardı. Ancak otel içi shuttle olayı sinir bozucu....
Su kaydırakları her yaşa hitap ediyor +++Adrenalin
Denizde sahilden girecekseniz VIP alana yakın olan kısmı tavsiye ediyorum.
En başta söylediğim gibi tek sorun kalabalık olması, gece eğlenceleri de muazzam Küba tayfası <3

Bodrum’un En Eğlenceli Oteli

Evlilik yıldönümümüzde çocuğumuzla birlikte, onun unutamayacağı bir tatil geçirdik. Otelin konforu ve çalışanlarının güleryüzlü hizmetiyle dinlenmiş olarak ayrıldık. Çocuk için olan aktiviteler (aquapark, lunapark, dinopark, miniclub) çok eğlenceliydi. Çocuklar için herşey düşünülmüş. Herkesin damak tadı farklı olmakla birlikte, yemek ve tatlı çeşitliliği bol olan restoranın lezzet düzeyi beklentimin altında kaldı.
