We’ve stayed at Rixos Premium Bodrum multiple times and it never disappoints. The facilities, food and drink are excellent quality and you feel like you are in great hands with a fabulous team - Berken, Secil and Asya were very helpful with answering our questions and arranging things for us. We love lunch’s at Peoples overlooking the beach and taking the odd taxi into Bodrum. Thank you for another relaxing stay!

We had a lovely 3 night stay in the Rixos. The staff couldn't do enough for us. It was especially nice to have dedicated team members available to us on whatsapp. A special thanks to Yelda and Birkan who were on hand all of our stay. The food at the buffet and the Kalamata restaurant was delicious - really good quality and variety. The gym and activities were great and the beach and pool staff were so helpful in finding us beds and bringing drinks whenever we ordered. Every evening was different singing and music. A lovely relaxing stay.

Rixos Bodrum is set in a stunning surrounding. The hotel is high quality with great facilities. We were not aware at time of booking that only the buffet restaurant and beach restaurant was included in the premium all inclusive package and you had to pay extra to use other restaurants (unlike other top hotels we have experienced where you get to use other restaurant’s during your stay), so please be aware of this - we booked via Expedia and this was not made clear. Otherwise the staff are all super friendly and helpful. Great family holiday destination.

We had a great time at Rixos Bodrum with our 3 year old son.
Best bits:
The beach was perfect for us. Beautiful water, calm, sandy, backing on to natural olive and palm trees.
The rooms were large and comfortable and had everything needed.
The place generally had quite a premium feel.
Service was good, staff go out of their way to help you.
Holiday assistant is a good concept and Yelda and Berkan were always there to help us with any requests.
Everything else was really good too, except for a few points that could have been better…

We were attracted to the hotel’s natural setting and were disappointed by the road noise you could hear from the balcony on the room. They did try their best to move us to another room further from the road but none were suitable as either had no view or were in very busy part of the hotel next to the lobby. Ultimately we put up with the road noise.
Most of the a la carte restaurants were expensive addons. We knew this so can’t complain but do think it is something they should address by offering lower rates or perhaps a limited number of visits with no charge.

Lovely property. This is my fourth time staying here (first time with child). Staff in general is welcoming and kind. Food is delicious. Facility is well maintained. Grass is nice. Beach is nice in general. Sea needs more frequent cleaning. However our experience was less pleasant this time, we had a few problems: (1) Kids club manager lady was extremely rude and very unpleasant. She humiliated and insulted our toddler in front of everyone- just because a toddler wanted to play with some balls. We did not make a problem at first, but after three days of rude behavior, especially towards my husband, we had to complain. Rixos is supposed to represent Turkish hospitality and they are number 1 in luxury segment within Accor group. So I highly suggest they employ Turkish staff who can represent Turkish hospitality. (This lady was not Turkish, so she does not have a sense of Turkish hospitality).

(2) the kids club program schedule shown at the entrance never actualized, it’s basically misleading.

(3) although we stayed in the highest room category, grand executive room, shower was full with black mold. I saw it while taking a shower, they immediately changed our room. But it was basically a loss of 1 evening of holiday for us -repacking, waiting for a new room, unpacking again. Could not even have dinner. (4) in the new room, the whole night we listened to the wood bugs (living inside tables). Humidity problem.

It’s a nice place, we have been a bit unlucky this time.

Great service, location and standard of room. However poor quality of food offering in the buffet restaurant and people’s restaurant. Limited choice of food and most of it was served cold. The Italian al a carte option was considerably better. The hotel had one white, red and rose wine option and sadly the white and rose wine were always served warm.

Lovely hotel - staff are very friendly , attentive and helpful,. We stayed before the start of the season so didn’t feel busy in any of the areas or issues with service . Pool and beach areas are very nice and relaxing and all the main areas of the hotel are light open and spotlessly clean . Great place to relax staying in the grounds but
you will need a taxi or car to go into Bodrum . Not a walkable distance or anything to walk to near the hotel and it’s off a busy highway . Taxi to Bodrum is not expensive though and approx 15 mins away . Reception can get taxis easily . There is plenty of food choices for the main restaurant which is set up like all inclusive buffets are which will give enough variety if not a long stay . They will cook you fish or steak to order at the grill section which is very good . The other restaurants onsite if they are open you need to pay extra for . The hotel is set over a large well kept lush grounds which are very hilly up and down and some rooms are further away from the main hotel . Complimentary buggy’s are regularly available but if mobility issues be mindful of the layout and best room locations . A very pleasant hotel option though for the outskirts of Bodrum and for those with children seems to be a nice kids club onsite .

The room looked extremely outdated, with no renovations having been done since I was last there 10 years ago.

To make matters worse, instead of the nice ocean view shown online, my view was blocked by other buildings, and I was given two beds instead of one. Definitely not coming back to this hotel.

I am EXTREMELY disappointed! because my family and I, all three of us contracted COVID-19 and suffered food poisoning during our time at the resort.
The rooms are very dirty, with dirty facilities and rooms that showed signs of mold. Additionally, the behavior of the workers in the lunch room restaurant was highly concerning, as we observed them sneezing without covering their mouths near the food.
This experience has left us deeply dissatisfied and concerned for the health and safety standards at Rixos Premium Bodrum. I urge you to take immediate action to address these issues and i need you to look into reimbursement to keep me as a customer with Expedia. I tried to cancel my rest of itinerary and take back my money through rixos management but they refused to do so. This is the WORST resort, everyone should avoid!

My five-night stay at this remarkable resort exceeded all expectations. The room was not just spacious but also immaculately clean, offering breathtaking views of the Aegean Sea. A big shout-out to Selen and Mehmet Can at the front desk for graciously accommodating my late check-out request. The food offered a wide variety and was delicious, and the gym was well-equipped. Our best holiday ever...

An amazing resort in an amazing City. We stayed in a newly refurbished room which consists of 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It was absolutely brilliant. Well appointed, super comfortable and perfect for a family of 4 (second room had twin beds).

Great facilities and superb food (all inclusive). Stunning beach and pool. Great gym. And the views..what can I say. Clean safe ocean and excellent beach facilites.

This place doesn't come cheap but its worth every single penny. I cannot recommend it enough.

Only negatives..the buggies never arrive when called (my wife was recovering from an injury) and also there is live music til 11am which can be heard across the resort)

IF heaven was a place on earth it would be here. I have travelled all over the world and I have never felt more special or appreciated by any other hotel! Nazifa and Talip were so kind and wonderful I felt as if I had made friends. There isn't a single thing these people won't try to do to make your stay amazing. There really aren't words to sum up the beauty and customer service at this hotel. If you are thinking of slpurging, do it!!!!!

My wife and I had a wonderful week at Rixos Premium Bodrum. The hotel is excellent and the vie from the room was stunning. The food was great and plentiful. We particularly enjoyed the relaxed atmosphere. We were looked after by Yulia and Yulia (yes 2 Yulias) who were both excellent and made sure we had what we asked for, thank you to both of them. Fantastic resort hotel, superb service.

It is a high quality resort hotel. I would not be surprised if in a few years time this resort manages to build a cableway for travelling from the upper level rooms area (which are located at approximately 75-100m above the sea level) to the beach. For the time being, setting up a direct web-link for ordering a buggy trip would be helpful (similar to ordering refreshments via web-link).

My friends and I stayed for three days two nights, very pleasant staff, very professional as we entered, they greeted us with a smile and took care of everything.
The rooms were a spacious and comfortable except the shower wasn’t that hot and needed a little fine tuning.
The food was very good, although I stayed at rixos before and they used to have five additional restaurants.
Overall it was a very relaxing stay.

The property was amazing! Very relaxed feel, family friendly but also great for couples / singletons. Food was incredible! Would recommend!
Only suggestion is for bedroom floors to be mopped as they were quite dusty so couldn't walk barefoot. Also, direction to prayer was indicated in a hidden cupboard but a prayer mat would've been really brilliant / access to a prayer room if available. However these are minor suggestions and we loved it - wish we stayed longer!!!

I was blown away by the service level by all staff, especially by Customer Service Rep Sezin who was in regular contact starting from the day before we arrived and several times a day afterwards. She dealt with an insignificant issue with utmost attention and professionalism. The spa is wonderful and the owner Dilek engages with each and every client personally. We visited the hotel the last 4 days in October, it was 80% empty and the weather was kinda cold but with a brilliant sunshine, the hotel is excellent, the room is spacious with a good sea view (a little distance in between) and although most of the restaurant were closed but we had a good variety and service. I bet this place in summer is exceptional.

If you don't speak Turkish, stay away

This was a very disappointing experience overall.

The staff do not speak English, so unless you can speak Turkish, I would stay away.

This wasn't a major problem throughout the stay, until the last day when I was greeted with a $120 bill for a small bag of laundry I had asked to have washed.

When I had ordered the laundry, I'd phoned up specifically to check whether the prices were in US dollars or Turkish Lira. I was clearly told Turkish Lira, but apparently the person I was speaking to hadn't understood, so I had to pay.

Not the end of the world, but leaves a bad taste in the mouth to be tricked out of $120 after spending $3,000 on a holiday.

Elsewhere, this is a mediocre experience. I think a lot of people are drawn to it as it promises a five star experience at an affordable price. The reality is it doesn't deliver anything close to a five star experience.

The food is very poor. Turkish food is some of the best in the world, and we ate lots of delicious meals in Istanbul before heading to Bodrum, but the main buffet is mediocre at best.

One night, needing a break from the buffet, we went to the resort's Italian restaurant, and ate what is quite possibly the worst bolognese sauce I've tasted in my life. A room service pizza was like eating a piece of rubber.

The pool is decent, but the main beach is artificial and overcrowded.

The resort seems popular with Russian tourists, but I'd recommend everyone else stay away.

Reception guys should clearly explain about the restaurants. First thing they tell you is that although this hotel is all-inclusive you have to physically come to the reception one day before to book a table at certain restaurants and some of them are not free of charge. What a shame!!
Actually, except for the Sini Restaurant which is included in \"all-inclusive\" package, others are almost always empty.

Overall I enjoyed my stay there. Hotel animators could do more.

After having a blast time at this from water sports activity to the good quality of food and the nice bartender in sea&see bar..the night staff waiter Idris is the best in many types.. however I would not go again for the fact that on my check out date and time the night shift manager Ibrahim and his boy have created a problem from nothing for me to pay them up some dirty money and in fact I did miss my flight to Cyprus because of the arguing with them..

Actually they dont know what they are doing.

I had a very bad experiance at this hotel. The is a lot of insects especially mosqitos. They stoped the airconditioning system because as they said it operates automaticly. It was raining a.day before. The room was like an oven, so i opened the doors in order to get fresh air. I got fresh air,but with like 15 or more mosqitos in my room. All i remember is being biten all the time. I tried to following them, so i ended up smashing 8 of them at that night. I told the reception before i open the balcony door that the mosqitoa will come in, they said we will send you a insect killer which i am still waiting uptill now. The house keeping they missed a day without cleaning. Even though i lighted the please clean my room botom from 11 am till 5 pm. You always have the feeling that they are short on employees, and that the employees arent enough especially in the breakfast area. I have seen hotel with 1/4the space they have in this hotel with same number of waitress working. The reception is always busy and there is always people waiting because of not enough stuff. As if there is no managment in this hotel. I told one of the reception guys about my experiance. He ended up saying sorry as if i care if he is sorry not a single action was done

Bodrum Luxury

Outstanding all-inclusive resort. A bit far from Bodrum downtown (30-min minibus), so if you are looking to be closer to the night life, this is not ideal. But the beach in front of Rixos is pretty good, rooms and views are great, and the food and amenities are solid. Staff is helpful and respectful.

We were there in early September, and especially during the week it was rather quiet and peaceful.

One week in the 'Jewel' on the Bodrum-Torba coast

The Hotel is a beautiful building in a fantastic location. The amenities, both natural: as in the views and the sea; and, facilities: as in the public areas, the entertainments, the bedrooms - were all superb. Finally, I want to thank the management and staff who mad our stay a very enjoyable and comfortable time.

Well I wont exaggerate but this is best hotel I have ever stayed in my entire life the stuff is super friendly the upgraded me to a suite the food is excellent more than 9 main courses in the buffet which is the biggest buffet ever I recommend it blindly even when I was checking out I filled a comment form.to thank every one there althouh I was late on my flight but this was the least I can do for them its not a resort its a small city

Great Service, Luxury Stay, Amazing Breakfast

We had a great stay here in Rixos Premium in Bodrum. Hotel was great. Service was great, Beach / Sea was great. The only problem was the landscape and amount of stairs. It was very hard to climb many stairs to get to your room. Hotel is built on a steep hill. They do offer shuttles but they were hard to find.

great hotel ! staff friendly but the location would cost u for a taxi ride of 150 lira to go to bodrum ! and 150 to come to the hotel ! but you can go by bus by 3 lira. and buses are new. i recommed this hotel it has cinema , breakfast bar is great , it has a clinic, aqua park, kids club.

Opulence, but beware extra charges

Very grand and opulent, tall ceilings, marble everywhere including the very spacious rooms, free access to the hamam (Turkish bath). But Internet access costs extra, a lot extra. And while breakfast is included in the price, the dinner buffet -- while delicious -- is not, and the price is not posted anywhere but the bill when you checkout. I would say this is a great destination hotel, but only if you book the all inclusive concept. If you just want to visit the sites in Bodrum, I would stay somewhere closer to town. Also the pillows were not very soft.

The Best Place in the World...

I have been to many hotels around the world, nothing short of five stars, but this hotel is just simply without any doubt the best stay I ever had.

The Rixos team were amazing in every sense of the word. They ensured shuttles that took you to your room. Cleaning Services that gave you a smile while making your room.

The breakfast was amazing, huge and very nice. It kept us full the whole day.

The pictures displayed on any of the websites seriously don't do justice to the hotel.

The room is very modernized and beautiful. The Sea View is out of this world. The Balcony is just the best place to sit in the whole of bodrum at night where you can enjoy amazing music (not loud enough to enter your room though) while sitting watching the reflections of lights floating on the sea.

Very romantic.
Suitable for everything. For example I stayed with my friend and we had a blast. Jet Ski's adventure and chilling on the beach. Having Tepenyaki (Japanese Food) with sushi at night. Deep Tissue massage at the spa with special prices..
And the beach ... Oh the water was amazing and clear. Beautiful simply beautiful.

It was really the best stay anyone could ever hope for.

We stayed for ten nights and still couldn't get enough of that place.
We were heartbroken leaving it.
