The room was dusty and did not help my allergies. The bathroom was dirty and there were flies in the bath. The provided yukata was too small for my partner. Family bath is only accessible by a flight of stairs in a recluse part of the hotel. Staff is very polite. Close to the hells of Beppu but very noisy.

This was our first visit to beppu and first stay at this location. At first glance it looks older, but the staff met us halfway as we walked from the bus stop. This was the only hotel that did that and highlighted the start of a great stay with great service. They took us all the way to the front desk and provided us great service to the room. We chose a private open air Onsen and traditional setting, which they fixed our rooms each day. We could see the ocean on one side and mountain (for fire festival) on the other. Great location to everything and would definitely stay again.

Had dinner and breakfast along with the private bath room. The food was excellent each time and plentiful (dinner was a little on the large side so if you stay, I might recommend skipping lunch). The staff was friendly throughout the stay and greeted us at the entrance when coming in for check in and after out outing.

Location is close to the bus station from Beppu station and just one street away from Beppu Jigoku (Hell) which makes for convenience when coming by public transportation. Parking looked plentiful as well and the hotel can also get a rental car service.. going to Yufuin can get packed on the hour long bus so maybe the rental car could be very useful.

The hotel was nice. The room was a little smaller than expected but worked. The bathroom was small. WiFi was not accessible from the room, so you had to go to the lobby. I wasn’t bothered by that as we were not in the room much at all. Close proximity to shopping and attractions. Staff were so friendly and helpful.

Hotel Sansuikan is ideally placed to visit the 6 ‘Hells’ with the remaining two a short bus stop away.
With the right room, one can experience sunrise over the distant coastline and the neighbouring vents of steam.
Reception was polite and informative about the area. No issues and highly recommended.
Since we had our own onsen, we did not try their public ones.

Very convenient hotel for Seven Hells and Onsens

Hotel is superbly located to check out the Seven Hells hot springs and close by Onsens. If you get a high floor room there is a fantastic view on the Bay of Beppu. Both baths in the hotel on the first floor (public bath) as well as the private hotel one on the six floor are offering very good Japanese bath house experiences.

悪い口コミも結構見たので期待せずに行きましたが、料理も美味しいしスタッフの対応も良かったです。明るいおばちゃんがタメ口でお話してくれる感じが嫌いな人には不快かもしれませんが。オムツの子がいるので私は部屋のシャワーで済ませましたが、家族風呂(有料)があったのをあとで知りました。チェックイン時に案内があると親切だと思います。

夕食は食べ切ることが出来ないくらい品数含めて豊富でとても味も良かったです。食べきれなくて残して申し訳なかったです。
お風呂のタオルは男女双方の脱衣所内に置いて欲しい。持って入るのを忘れて、かつ服を脱いでから気が付いたので少し困りました。

スタッフの方は皆さん親切でした。
部屋も清潔感があり、お風呂も2箇所あって楽しめました。

ただ、本当に食事が残念でかなりショックでした。もっと下調べをしておけば良かったです。

バス停や地獄めぐりへもアクセスが良く、食事だけ覚悟しておけば満足度は高いと思います。

직원분들이 너무 친절하십니다. 숙소에 있던 과자도 너무 맛나서 따로 구매할정도였어요.ㅎ 침대 2개룸인데 3명이 자는거라서 저녁에 따로 요를 깔아주러 오시더라구요.그리고 6층에 야외에 있는 노천 조그만 탕 3개가 있는데 너무 좋았습니다.그날비가왔는데 비맞으면서 매일 온천했더니 떨어지지 않던 감기가 떨어졌네요.

영어가 거의 통하지 않고 방의 청결상태도 완벽하지 않음. 낡은티를 감출 수 없음. 조식도 그저그런데 밖에서 먹을 곳 없음. 이불은 작아서 발이 나옴.. 좋은 것은 6층에 있는 노천 온천. 바다가 보여서 좋은 것 빼고는 딱히 이 호텔의 장점을 찾기 힘듬.
서비스도 체계적이지 않고 목욕수건도 하루에 한장밖에 지급이 되지 않고 생수도 안줌. 재방문의사 없음

시티뷰가 끝내주는 온천 료칸

6층에서 야경을 감상하며 즐기는 자쿠지 목욕은 정말 최고였습니다! 식사의 구성과 퀄리티도 대만족. 직원분들도 매우 친절하셔서 2박3일 아무 부족함 없이 잘 쉬고 왔습니다. 숙소가 상권과 좀 떨어진 곳에 있어 야식을 구하러 가기 조금 힘들긴 하지만 숙소의 문제는 아니라고 생각합니다.

방 안에 딸린 개인 노천탕도 매우 훌륭했으나, 제가 묵은 방은 욕조가 대로변에서 훤히 보이는 위치여서 목욕할 때 조금 민망하긴 했습니다. 노천탕 느낌을 내고 싶으실 시, 덧문과 가림막을 친 후 욕조에 들어가서 덧문을 조금씩 덧문을 열어 조정하는 편이 좋습니다

スタッフの方が皆さん親切丁寧で、気持ちのいい接客でした。
子連れでしたが、和洋室の部屋も広かったので、子供は動き回って楽しそうでした。
部屋風呂も源泉掛け流しで硫黄の匂いもしてたので、温泉にきた甲斐がありました。ずっとポカポカしてました。
大浴場も広かったです。
また泊まりたいお宿になりました。

직원분들이 매우 친절하고, 방 내부도 청결해서 사용하기 좋았습니다. 또한 가족끼리 여행으로 왔는데, 온천 이용하기에도 너무 편안하고 좋았습니다. 다음에도 뱃푸로 온천하러 온다면 또 이용할 의향이 있습니다.
방에서 보이는 뷰도 정말 좋았습니다. 다만 한가지 조금 아쉬웠던 부분은 건물 외벽이 공사중인 관계로 철근 등이 보여서 조금 아쉽다는 점입니다.

予約できた部屋が喫煙室とのことで臭いが気になり、なるべく取り除くことを予約時に希望したところ、空気清浄機を設置してくださり部屋内の煙草の臭いはゼロでした(廊下は臭いがしましたが)。温泉の質もよく、館内は静かでとても快適に過ごせました。
また訪れたいです。

我在這間酒店逗留了三日兩夜，而當中令人不滿意的地方是酒店員工未能夠在入住之前徹底地清潔房間。房間的地板上仍然有塵埃，有些看上去是少許餅碎，也有些頭髮，實在令人感覺得房間不衛生。此外洗手間的洗手盆和廁板上仍然有頭髮，廁板和門的罅隙積了塵，感覺已有一段時間沒有打理。另外酒店有大部份員工不懂英語，溝通有困難。優點方面，兩張單人床都非常乾淨和舒適，毛巾亦乾淨和質量不錯，酒店亦很貼心提供不同大小的毛巾方便在使用溫泉時自取。此外，酒店的溫泉設施有兩個，而且空間大和保養得非常好，感覺寫意。一泊兩食的安排也很貼心，員工很貼心地示意如何配搭調味料和餸菜，亦很有序地上菜和點火加熱食物。

酒店的娛樂空間有各式各樣的遊戲機和售賣機，而且夜晚亦可以到大堂的小商店打發時間，也可以買點手信，亦見有日用品供應。酒店亦會有員工幫忙泊車和搬運行李，服務態度比美5星級酒店！

總體而言，我對酒店的印象都算不錯，唯獨對房間的衛生和清潔度感少許不滿意。

입구에서 호텔 직원분이 손님을 맞이하고 계셨습니다.
저희를 보면서 뛰어오셔서 캐리어등 짐을 로비까지 체크인후 엘베입구까지 들어다주셨어요.
한국어가 가능한 스텝이 있어 체크인을 비롯한 이용에 불편함이 없었습니다.
또한 필요하거나 문의 사항이 있어 물어보면 불편한 내색없이 너무나도 친절하게 다 해결해주시는 직원들의 모습에 놀라웠습니다. 다소 귀찮을수도 있을텐데 말이죠!
최근 여행을 다니면서 산스이칸의 친절함을 느껴보지 못했습니다. 숙소의 시설은 좀 오랜된듯하나 관리가 잘 돼있어 이용에 전혀 불편함이 없었습니다. 너무나도 친절함에 너무나도 편하게 지내다 왔습니다.

Nice place to enjoy vacation with family

The memory of visiting 5 years ago with my family was so good that I visited again near the end of the pandemic. I can't speak Japanese at all, but there was a staff who speak Korean well, which was really helpful. Every staff is so kind, and especially staffs who stay at front desk and who prepare breakfast and dinner at the restaurant did their best to explain dishes they prepared in English, so I was very grateful. The cleanliness of the room was also the best, and there was nothing lacking. After checking out, my family went to Fukuoka staying 2 days to continue my vacation, the opinion of my family (including my child) was that the trip in Beppu was better. Half of that good memory came from the hotel I stayed here.

지옥순례는 산스이칸부터

온천이 넓다는 후기를 보고 여기를 선택했습니다. 온천은 1층 대욕탕(완전 넓고 노천탕 너무 멋있습니다)과 6층에 탕이 있는데 6층탕의 노천탕도 일본전통가옥(?)에 있을 것 같은 탕이 있어서 이쁘고 좋았습니다. 지옥순례를 위해 여기에 머물렀는데, 도보 3분의 칸나와 버스정류장에서 거의 모든 걸 해결할 수 있었습니다(후쿠오카 공항 버스, 벳푸1일 버스 프리패스 등)
와식의 다다미방을 예약하고 싶었지만 침대방밖에 남지 않아서 작은 다다미가 있는 침대방을 예약했는데 다다미 쪽은 우풍이 좀 있었지만 2박동안 잘 쉬었습니다.

2박3일 일정으로 후쿠오카 다녀왔습니다. 숙소는 아늑하니 너무 좋았구요. 다만 낮에 날씨가 더워서 잘때 방충망 없는거 모르고 창문을 열고 잤다가 모기 20방도 넘게 물렸어요 ㅠㅠ ㅋㅋ 그거 말고는 서비스도 좋고 조식, 석식도 너무 좋았습니다. 후쿠오카에서 벳푸까지 넘어가는데 거리가 좀 있었지만 다음에는 아예 벳푸 여행으로 한번 더 올까 해요. ㅎㅎ 한국어 할 줄 아시는 직원분도 있어서 너무 좋았습니다~

朝食時に味噌汁の中に虫が入ってきたんですがスタッフの方は窓は閉めているとか言ってましたが廊下の窓は開いてました。コロナ対策でしょうが網戸にするとか対策したがいいと思います。しかも、気持ち悪いので味噌汁を下げてもらう様に頼みましたが熱いとかでそのまま。最悪でした。

地元ホテル旅館、きれいで便利な場所。朝食と地元情報に工夫希望。

初めての鉄輪温泉、地元旅館に泊まりたく山水館にしました。朝食のみスーペリアクラスで部屋は4階の端で海は見えませんが湯煙は見え、きれいでした。2ヶ所あるお風呂も良かったです。情報と朝食は地元らしい工夫が欲しかったです。GWで街は混んでいて山水館で夕食を急きょお願いしたらいっぱいで、替わりに近くのレストラン情報を聞いたら教えてくれず、というか、分からず。自分でGoogleで検索しタクシー15分ほどの別府の街で楽しみました。翌朝の朝食はがっかり(写真)。地元料理感はなく、魚は塩鮭とサーモン刺し。外国人は喜ぶかもしれないけれど、別府、しかも鉄輪温泉なのになー。品数は多いけれど、既製品のパックから開けたような内容が多く、鉄輪温泉のローカルな良さを提供してほしかったです。

MANAKA

旅館の方はかなり配慮があり、細かいところまで丁寧な対応でした。
しかし、施設内が古いのか至る所に欠陥がありました。とくにお部屋のなかの水道の水が完全に閉まらないなどです
お料理は量や味も良く待ち時間もなく頂くことができました。

やはり、自慢はお風呂なんでしょうね。温度といい肌触りが最高に良かったです。あと、料理の柱みたいなものがあっていいのかなぁと思いました。
