“Breakfast” is just waffle, one bottle of milk and some cereal, The staff told me the rule is not to take the food out while I have 1 cup of coffee and one plate of waffle. As I had to bring that to my room to eat as it’s look not clean, doom in the dining area.

Warning, BED BUGS!!!! Eaten alive from my stay here. There were a few roaches in the room on the first day. The whole place smells like weed. Pretty run down, inside and out. Absolutely no early check ins, The place says pet friendly, but they don’t tell you until you check in, but there’s an additional 10$ pet fee PER DAY, not per stay. Their “breakfast” is hardly a breakfast. Still recovering from the bed bugs. It was infested.

Absolutely the worst hotel that I have ever stayed in I would never book with this hotel service again. Hotel was very disgusting. We had to clean it ourselves. Staff was terrible did not come through for room service and gave us the wrong size sheets for the bed, they’re also with blood on the sheets and when I went to the front desk, the only thing that she said she could do was give me more sheets. I didn’t even want to sleep in the bed. The tub had rust in it, and someone left all their beard hair on the counter so that lets me know that the staff is not cleaning zero out of 10 matter affect -0 out of 10 diverse hotel that I’ve ever stayed in in history do not book with this hotel kids were super loud running up and down the sideway. I’m begging you please do not book with this company.

The toilet was clogged when I first came in. The light didn’t work in the bathroom. The microwave was missing. The telephone in the room did not work. The bathtub had something on the bottom of it that I have no idea what it was all in all a terrible experience and what was one of the worst hotels I’ve ever been in.

This room is filthy and needs a deep cleaning. The shower curtain has blood on it, the shower has mildew/mold built up in it, and the floor is very dirty/sticky. It needs to be fixed as well... the bathroom door is split, and the front door does not close all the way, you can see lights from outside and the door stopper at the top is broken, so we did not feel comfortable enough to truly rest like one should on their vacation. The only reason I gave 2 stars is because everyone was friendly that we encountered, and the hotel is walking distance to every possible necessity. The property also needs security because someone kept messing with our items in the laundry room, and someone knocked on our door very loudly at 2am!! I do not think this property is worth what we paid for it.

La recepcionista nos trató súper, pero las facilidades no estaban completamente limpias. Había una mancha que al parecer era sangre en la pared, las toallas también tenían unas manchas con un color similar a sangre. La cortina de baño también tenía manchas. El piso no estaba limpio. Aparte de que no hacen limpieza de habitación diaria solo en día de semana. Si estuviese más limpio el lugar, fuera perfecto porque está en un punto estratégico. Tienes el Walmart justo al frente, Gulfport outlets está a 2min, el aeropuerto cómo 8min.

Honestly disgusting and the staff is extremely rude especially the main manager I don’t know if he has an issue with Females but he was rude and I do have a video. We were also targeted by a housekeeper on our last day she has a disgusting attitude and works the top floor, she has her music in and talks very rude and unprofessional is extremely argumentative and did all of this in front of my kids not to mention she lied and then got caught in the lie and continued to make scene after following my husband and kids up to the office. Honestly I would never recommend anyone here there was also a police raid and it happened right in front of my door, they tackled a guy into the ac unit outside breaking it in which the staff just moved the pieces over. They offer waffles, cereal and bread. Coffee, and room temp juice no ice. As most ice machines are out you have to eat in the lobby as well but it’s uncomfortable as it’s almost like you’re a burden to the manager. The room was unclean, we left it cleaner than what we came, our tv didn’t work for 6 days we had to ask multiple times about outlets not working and there was roaches.

The room wasnt clean there was hair everywhere. On the walls and tub itself. On the toilet hair hanging off the hangers. Old bobby pins behind bathroom door. Doors were really nasty. The staff were very nice absolutely no problems w any member encountered. Breakfast wasnt so great not much to choose from w so many different diets. There was white n wheat bread for toast waffles n 2 types if cereal. No fruits at all. Coffee was good. Also the hotels that dont offer handicapped accommodations need to state they dont offer those services. Was n need of handicapp accommodations n was unaware it wasnt offered until check in and couldnt cancel reservation.

This hotel is in of need repair inside the rooms, I’m sure my room wasn’t the only room. On top of all that I had to put a towel in the bottom of the tub to shower the floor of the tub was in terrible condition not to mention the hair on the wall of shower and the filthy shower curtain. Wow pictures don’t lie see below rust everywhere, dirty walls, base boards fall off the walls, terrible booked 2 nights stayed 1 night didn’t ask for a refund just got the hell out of there.

I must say you need to bring your own towels. I got refreshed towels and they had hair on them. The breakfast is just toast, cereal and waffles. That’s it. I cleaned my own room. The floor was filthy. I stayed a week.

I understand that’s it’s an older motel on the coast, but outlets not working, outlet covers missing(behind the headboard), stained furniture and broken ac vents are just easy fixes that should have been handled by maintenance. Obviously the property owner doesn’t care about his guests comfort or safety.

I really like this place, and we will be back, but the following needs to be stated. The room looked recently renovated but there's still a lot of deferred maintenance. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were clean, but there are cigarette holes from over the years. The bathroom fan is falling out, the front door latch is completely broken. All of this is to be expected in a place like this. But the weirdest thing was the lights, which were porthole style and way too bright. The pool was fun and clean except for a lot of random bottle caps.

Good place to stay if your on a budget.

The room was fine. A couple of things in the room were broken, toilet tank cover was broken in two places, looked like someone punched a hole in the bathroom door. Room was pretty clean except for the bathroom floor, hair like from the mop was was stuck to the floor. Outside areas were a bit dirty, laundry machines were under some stairs outside. Pool was nice. Our stay was good.

We arrived past the check-in time and one of the house keepers walk in the room shortly after we got there. The toilet was not cleaned from the guest before us. The room definitely needs some good cleaning and attention. The doors & walls are dirty. There were some patch spots on the wall where they didn’t repaint. Overall not the best place to stay

Worst super 8 I have ever stayed at. Night 1- no towels, floors are linoleum and dirty. Night 2- key card wouldn't work had to go get reactivated. Night 3- key card wouldn't work again. This time I had to go to front desk 3 times. Manager finally came to room got it fixed but wasn't a pleasant person and laughed about the whole ordeal.

Overall my husband and my stay was great.First night we had a Horrible room it was smoke smelling ,damp,musty&very outdated!When my husband told the front desk the Owner/Manager Mr.Harri changed our room immediately and also continued to checkin with my husband to make sure everything was satisfactory 😁The breakfast was great cable was also&place was across from a Walmart!And other restaurants. It was absolutely horrible! We got in our room and the first thing we noticed was the blankets were filthy. My spouse then went to use the restroom and he got locked in the bathroom because the door handle was missing on the inside. Any time we had to use the bathroom, we had to knock to get someone to let us out. There was also blood and urine on the wall in the bathroom. The only chair in the room was broken. The microwave came on but did not heat. Also the phone line in our other room was cut. The smoke detectors in both rooms were ripped out of the ceiling. They put that they offer continental breakfast but the only thing they offered was cereal, waffles, milk and coffee. There wasn't any type of protein like eggs or even fake bacom. Was the worst hotel I've ever been in. I went to the office to make a complain and there was a line of people in there to complain. The lady at the desk got irritated with us and said to go online and make a complaint. We absolutely wasted our money. Had we been able to get a refund, we would have tried to find somewhere else. The pictures online are absolutely deceiving. I attached eight pictures because thats all it would allow me to but i have so many!

When we arrived we checked the bed and noticed that the sheets were dirty so we called and let room service know. We left for a few hours and by the time we got back the bed sheets were still not changed. My husband went to the front desk where we were then told that we would have the clean sheets brought to us but we had to make the bed ourselves.
Next day when we left to go do our activities we asked that room service come clean out our trash and bring new towels and toilet paper, when we arrived back at our room that night we noticed that room service had never been by our room at all during the day so we had to go down to the front desk to ask.
We also had asked them to fix the smoke detector when we arrived because it kept beeping very loudly but were completely ignored and we ended up having to fix it ourselves.
Breakfast didn’t have much of a selection and was not good.
Bathroom was also dirty when we arrived
Overall the room was not horrible but room
service definitely was not helpful and ignored our few requests

It was cheap but wouldn’t recommend to anyone staying in the Gulfport area. We got checked into our room and the deadbolt was already hanging off the door, not to mention the massive hairball in the shower and dried up pee on the toilet seat and rim. They put us in another room and it just got worse besides actually having a deadbolt this time. There was leftover food in our fridge that wasn’t cleaned out and hair again in the shower. It was already late and decided we’d just clean it instead of moving rooms again. After an hour of cleaning the room and soaking the bathroom down in bleach we were settled in. The area around the hotel is very ghetto and crackheads every way you look.

I’ve never written a negative review, but this property is the worst in decades of traveling. We stayed 3 nights. The property is in desperate need of repair, as was our room. During our three nights stay, the electricity went out on night two, and there was no water for showers on night three. There was a shooting right across the street, which required five police vehicles and an ambulance. My husband put a towel on the towel bar and it fell off the wall. No one had bothered to patch or repair the prior location of the towel bar. Everything looked filthy, and there were cigarette Burns in the blankets. Our deadlock worked, but the other lock was broken as if someone had attempted to enter and broke the metal, it was hanging loose like a break-in happened prior and hadn’t been repaired. The “breakfast” was almost nonexistent , but hat was the least of our worries.To say that this was a bad stay underestimates the bad. Need a refund and Wyndham needs to know that this property is in desperate need of repair and is being neglected. I understand that this is a budget property, however I’ve stayed in better places in Iraq and I stayed in a shipping container there! These were not small problems, and some of them were out of that management’s control, but most of them were really bad and due to Neglect. It will make for funny stories but it was a real nightmare while we visited.

Probably the grossest place I’ve been.Sheets were dirty. They had hair and boogers (not a joke) on them, holes in them, and stains. Room smelled terrible. Shower did not drain, just filled up with water so you were made to stand in nasty water when attempting to bathe. There was also hair and old bars of soap left in there. Every surface in the room was dirty with greasy handprints or crumbs. Deadbolt latch on door was half snapped off. I really do not think the room was cleaned at all.

The staff was the only positive thing about our experience. Filthy room. The door did not work properly. The a/c either kept the room at arctic temperature or tropical jungle, and when it was off the room dripped with condensation. We witnessed a police call to one room while we were there and were awakened at 4 am by a drunken pool party. A full bottle of vodka, cranberry juice, and a room key were left outside the door to the kids’ room. We stayed one night. Good luck.

Even though the staff was polite and always at their post due to availability they couldn't help with some problems. The walkways were dirty. The room wasn't just dirty or was filthy an it was as if it wasn't cleaned in weeks. The four floor was black to the rich as if it was an ashtray. The bathtub was full of hair and dirt. The ice bucket was nasty. Toiletries were scarce. There was only 1 towel for 2 people. The refrigerator was broken and unstable. I regretted getting it as soon as we were there and unfortunately had no choice but to stay because we were hours away from home and if I were to cancel I would off has to wait almost 2 weeks to get my money back. The trip was done spontaneously so I unfortunately didn't have the means to cancel and find somewhere else to go
