Don’t book this hotel. It’s not anything worth spending the night in. The room smelled like cigarettes and there were people standing in the doorways of non-smoking rooms, smoking. The air conditioner didn’t work. The pool was almost green with so many leaves it was so dirty. The pillows on the bed are horribly thin. The people and children yelling all night (yes, like 3 am) was icing on the disaster cake that was this hotel. I’m not sure how they can keep charging what they do, and keep guests happy. The only positive was the water pressure in the shower was great. However, because the curtain is so thin, the water just leaks onto the floor. Spend your money somewhere else. Don’t stay here.

The staff was not receptive at all when I asked for coffee. They acted like we were putting them out. Not a good experience did not stay the second night checked out early. They said they would refund us the money through Hotels.com And Hotels.com would have to refund us our part.

Upon on checking in and room was assigned, my family and I go inside the room and find pet hair around the toilet and bathroom shower, some dog treats (pebbles) by walking area between beds and closet, then I touch the first bed as soon you walk in the comforter is soaked wet and then looked up and theirs a big ceiling crack. When to speak at front desk, another room was assigned and the rep. apologized for the inconvenience.

Room reek of urine! Went to go take a bath and had dried urine in the tub! All the mirrors, pictures, lamp, and fridge rusty! Told the hotel front desk that had urine in my tub and she responded saying this is a pet friendly room! Ok I understand that but it’s totally unacceptable to have urine in the tub!

By no means is this intended for a negative review. Just informative.
I was not ok with the room having rust everywhere. The room had a very bad smell, the chair was worn and raggedy, the exterior was ok, the interior needed some work. The breakfast was fresh and hot, the noise level was annoying, the guest next to be sounded as if they were trying to break in to my room from the adjoining door. That starled me several times. I had to make noise so they was informed someone was there. I normally go to sleep about 730pm, pretty early. However overall the stay was ok for the cost.
Front Desk checkin and check out A+ . I can appreciate good customer service, that is why I stayed. Furthermore the end result i would not stay again.

When I arrived, the front desk sprung a demand for a damage deposit for twice the room rate on me. This was not disclosed anywhere in the materials provided on the Hotel.com website and was not demanded by any other Quality Inn where I stayed during this same week. When I refused to provide the deposit when I arrived at 11:30pm the facility refused to honor my reservation. I left and doubt I will ever use Quality Inns for accommodations again.

Thank God all we did was sleep there. Smelled weed the whole time. Our beds were decent but the room was disgusting. Looked like someone pooped in the chair. The room smelled awful. The fridge looked like it had been drug through the parking lot and there was something on the lights that looked like mold and dead bugs. Gross.

When I booked with Expedia, I was unaware that my room would be “pet friendly”. The room I was assigned smelled horrible ! Like a pet urine was embedded into the floor. I called the front desk to ask for another room and the lady on the phone was so rude to me. She said well you booked that room and I said well I’m not staying in here it smells crazy ! So she finally moved me to a different room and when I went to get my new key she gave me attitude still. I guess she doesn’t mind pet urine on her carpets but I do ! My second room had a slight odor but it wasn’t nearly as bad as the first. The ceiling in the shower was cracking and falling apart. The towel racks were rusty. The nightstands were dusty as well ! 2/10 I only booked with this hotel because I needed a place to stay for the night for an early flight .

Housekeppers are rude and someone tried to break onto my room and they didnt do anything about it what so ever just asked me if i felt safe i said no and that was that secerity came but they just asked and left didnt follow up or anything it was me and my toddler daughter in the room and when i asked about cameras they said they didnt have them on the back half of the hotel at all

-Rooms were nice and clean! However, the first morning house keeping didn’t mind the do not disturb sign and walked clear into our room! Second day we had a noon check out and house keeping did the same thing again but then told us we had to go check out was at 8! The worst part was on our second night! Someone (not a worker) had a key and was able to unlock our door and walked into our room!

-Staff was not friendly! Much less professional! And zero help with my concerns! Not to mention at checkout there was multiple other families at the desk complaining! One complaint I did here was a man saying the denied his 4 year old breakfast because she didn’t have a card! Idk what hotels give 4 year olds cards.. but his child was unable to be served.

-would not recommend this place to anyone!

I had a nice stay; it was sketchy at first but the lighted parking lot all night was a nice touch! The staff were very nice, and the breakfast was super amazing. More than I expected. The bed was very comfortable. The refrigerator needs to be looked at. The outside was very dingy, and it made a constant noise. But this did not affect my sleep, kept the tv on! I liked that I did not hear a peep from any neighbors. Thank you for your hospitality.

I would like my money back. I was asked to kill someone next door. They were screaming and throwing things. I am disabled and I drove for 13 hours to get to this hotel. I had a severe panic attack; couldn’t sleep, and I’m not happy. I didn’t feel safe to leave my room til morning.

When we first arrived we were given a room that reeked of cigarette smoke, even though there was a sign in the room stating that it was non smoking. There was also a fresh cigarette burn in the comforter. I requested a different room and thankfully that room smelled much better. The room however is outdated, the carpet is dingy and outdated. The bathroom door would not shut all the way. The shower had poor water pressure and the temperature of the water was warm at best. The bed was the most uncomfortable bed I’ve ever slept on. It had some sort of mattress pad but it didn’t help the comfort. It was also sloping unevenly. The pillows were small and uncomfortable. At around $80/ night, you definitely get what you pay for. I won’t stay here again, not can I recommend it.

Could not stay due to the state of the outside and the people hanging around. Run down property and \"homeless\" looking people just outside in several areas and I am a single elderly disabled woman and did not feel safe with this. Talked on a chat to first virtual - no help at all - then a person, who tried to contact hotel and was put on hold and then when called back, per him, never got into contact. I am disputing the charge as I had to stay at another hotel in a safer place.

parking was cool, breakfast staff was awesome, food was satisfying, the only problem I had with this visit is I needed to ask for a different room when I noticed some uncleanliness in the room and after working from my computer for an 8 hour shift I noticed my throat was irritated and just some general discomfort and I really started to notice there is some discoloration on the mirror frame from possible attempt to clean the room previously and looking further saw signs of corrosion and had anxiety thinking the worst about my sore throat could be from mold exposure that I asked for a different room for the duration of the stay

The desk clerk checking us in and the ladies at the breakfast area were friendly. The room smelled of strong urine, the carpets were heavily soiled, and there was a bowel movement in the toilet when we arrived. My husband tried to flush it but nothing happened, so he had to remove the tank cover to help it to be able to flush. We were exhausted having just finished an 11 hour drive, otherwise we would have requested another room. We will never stay there again and wouldn’t recommend it to anyone!

It was the dirtiest and worst smelling room i have ever been in. The baseboards were missing in sections, the walls and ceilings were filthy and the door was worse. There was a used condom lying in the parking space in the next spare over. Drug folks could be seen at the pool area and in general gross. The front desk lady was pleasant and the breakfast area was clean. I would never recommend this place to anyone.

The property was very convenient to get in and out of with close proximity to I10. Staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was the usual buffet breakfast and staff kept it adequately stocked and were present if you needed them. Only reason for not rating the hotel higher is that some of the furnishings were stained and it was time to replace them. Overall, the room was clean.

Cons: The room smelled of straight Clorox. The A/C was not working properly (thank God we bring a fan every time we travel). Rooms are on outside (motel style). Kitchen attendant was very rude.

Pros: The beds were super comfy. The breakfast pretty decent (biscuits and gravy, ham, eggs, waffles). The price was great. Near the interstate and Outlet Mall. Short drive to our destination so it was a great choice.

This is the 1st time I stayed here. When I saw this hotel it had a 7 star rating thats why I booked it. If I would have know it had a 3 star, i wouldn't even give this place a chance. I dont feel safe here. I go my room and it filthy and musty. Lamp shades rims has rust on them. The lamps by the bed are all dusty, bathroom has black soot in the tub, behind the toilet has a patch the was just painted over it. Rug looks like blood spots on it. Phone doesn't work, only through speaker phone. I asked for a non smoking room n it smells like cigarettes in here. Chair arm rest is all ripped up. Bathroom floors around the tub and walls are all rusted. Bathroom shower walls r dirty. Please don't waste your money. I asked for a 2nd room and its just as bad. Behind the beds it was dirty n disgusting. Pillows were bad. Please check your rooms if u stay here. I suggest not too, don't waste your money. I was denied a refund and I am stuck here for 1 night. My vacation was ruined. Picture are from 1st room to 2nd room and towels did nor felt clean. I hate to leave this review but I had never had such a bad experience with a hotel. I complained to front desk about the problems with the rooms, they know about the issues, i am just grateful that she did help with. But i didnt stay my 2 nights. Please fix everything that is wrong.

Run, don’t walk away from this location. It was more like a halfway house than a motel. Guests were walking the halls in pajamas, babies were wandering the halls without adults, the smell of pot was everywhere. We immediately checked out and went to find somewhere better suited for a family to stay at. Thankfully, they were kind enough to refund our stay. Having said that, they also put a $150 hold on my credit card for 7-10 days. The rooms were booked through a company and it’s also going to take 7-10 for the refund.
