Pool was the only activity on site, it was outside, unshaded. I never saw anyone in the pool. Didnt seem very welcoming. Internet was super slow, i called front desk twice to let them know the screen was black but there was sound. The response was \"just wait\". I ended up playing technician and fixed it ourselves. We also had a MASSIVE stench in our room from the moment we arrived. We told the front desk to where they gave us all kinds of excuses like \"its the heater, the air filter, theres no smoking (accusing us of smoking)\" to the extent of them pretending that the call was disconnected, i stayed on the line and continued to say hello until someone responded. The description of the smell was like a heavy pesticide mixed with pot. It was so heavy i couldnt breathe. I went to walmart and got lysol aerosol to air out the room. The worst part, i had to spray down the room EVERY TIME I ENTERED the room for the night. NOTHING was done by staff UNTIL the LAST day i stayed. I couldnt go elsewhere as everything was booked.

The room was clean and smelled fresh upon coming in. The beds we're clean and comfortable. The room amenities reflect expectation. Walls are a little thin so you might hear someone/something loud, its a hotel.. It's pet friendly with a small fee and theirs plenty of good dog walking area. Its recently been updated/renovated. Pool is small, looked clean but was closed seasonally still. Breakfast is ok at best, but they do have waffle maker!.. The staff is what im assuming a family ran operation. We're good people all around. Friendly and accommodating. They even call to notify us that my truck tailgate had been left open when we departed. I Thank them for that. Definitely worth consideration. For us it was affordable and convenient to getting to a competition at the mississippi coast coliseum and everything else all weekend.

We booked this stay mid May for May 28. When we got there, the entire hotel was shut down and we had no place to go. Hotels.com eventually found us a new place thirty minutes away, and paid the increase in price. The hotel apparently had been shut down for a month due to a triple homicide on the property that included the owner and two staff members. The entire experience was horrible. I had my two young children waiting in a car for two hours while Hotels.com tried to figure out a solution, not knowing if my children would be sleeping in a car ten hours from home.

Stay away, I rarely leave bad reviews. But We were overcharged $15 per dog at check in, so we paid overall almost $90 for a night in a dump, which included a drunken guest laying on the floor of nextdoor, our pets being blamed for a smear of rice and beans on the hallway, (which wasn't their food). I am sure You can do much better

This property was dirty, hair in tha bathtub so you knew it wasn't cleaned, a dirty sock under tha bed, noisy, up and out 4-5-6 in tha morn, they had workers outside our door with heavy machinery doing work at 8 DAYM A.M!!! No warnings, no apoligies, kids running and playing before sun up, jus a mess of a place!!!!

The place was fenced off with a chain link fence. There were MANY men, bicycles, grills, shopping carts containing belongings in and around the building. Doors to rooms were open and I could see inside. The entire place was very unkept. The check-in office containers were stacked with miscellaneous stuff, very unorganized and just plain nasty! Many rooms did not have running water and the room I would have had only had partial running water according to the clerk. I was forced to pay for one night, so I paid it, gave my room to a homeless man (who wanted a room so he could bathe) for the night and left. I am greatly appalled that this established is even listed in Expedia. I want a complete refund!!!

Property was horrifically filthy. There was a used toilet seat on the check in counter. There was years of dirt caked on the walls, doors, box spring. Linens had holes, fridge table was balancing on 3 legs. Room smelled like smoke and mold. No toilet paper provided. No trash bins. Person checking us in was some random person living in one of the rooms. Shameful to rent this in this state - completely uninhabitable.

Terrible, the reservation was for two beds, at arrival it was only a one bed room, the room was not clean, no tv, there was a couch with rip pillows, broken cabinets, and the price was way too high. When I try to cancel, because it was obviously not what I reserved,
they told me there's a no cancelation policy, I slept in my car. Very bad service too. Never again.

When you check in you are given your towels to take to your room you must return them when you check out or lose the $10 deposit, the towels were very small and thread barethe room smelled of mold there was no towel bar the toilet paper holder was broken so the toilet paper was on the back of the toilet lid it was soaked. (I'm happy I keep a roll I'm my luggage or I would have been out of luck.) There was also someone smoking at the bottom of the stairs, non smoking rooms were upstairs so whenever I left my room I was greeted by cigarette smoke which did not help my asthma. Next time I visit Biloxi I will stay somewhere else even sleeping in my van at a rest stop will be preferred to staying there again

It was horrible. The office is piled with junk all around, including the washer, dryer, and towels for the rooms, for which you need to pay a deposit. Snacks were piled in boxes. It was a mess and It looked like a homeless shelter. Stephanie, the person at the desk was nice, but the place is run down, with broken furniture. We could not get a refund because we didn't know early enough to cancel, and we couldn't tell how bad is was from the website, but we DID NOT STAY. We forfeited the money and found a much nicer place. We are not hard to please, but we do have to have a nice place to sleep, where we feel safe and clean. Wish I had taken pictures.

Worst Hotel Ever!!

We were an early check-in, we were told the room was ready. The lady at the desk went with me to check the room because the guy cleaning the room said it was cleaned. It was not!! She ended up sweeping and mopping the floors because she didnt like the way it looked. The comforters were still being washed, which i was fine with! When she was done, we unloaded everything. I noticed the toilet and refrigerator were still dirty. I had to go get cleaning rags to clean, before i could put anything in the fridge. Good thing i took lysol with me!! That evening they finally brought the comforters qhile we gone, which they just on the bed! They didnt bother making the bed!! Also, i also had to get someone to fix the tv because the cable didnt work. While they were there, we had to pull the sheets off the bed because my son got in the bed and there was sand all in the bed!! Obviously they didnt change the sheets from the previous people that stayed which ticked me off!! Oh, you also have to pay 10.00 up front for your towels but you get that back if you return all the towels but keep an eye on them because i think they come in and take them. I had 4 missing that we didnt even use but they came up gone?? Also they charge you 3.00 a person to swim in the pool, which is completely wrong when your spending money to stay there. They have no hair dryer, they have a coffee pot but dont provide coffee...lol. Worst hotel ever!!
But it was the only hotel available at the last minute for July 4

What ever they use to clean up stinky. I paid $470 for 2 nights and they want to charge me for use of the pool with only one rotten plastic chair. Drug dealing. Felt like I was being stalked. Every time I went outside someone was watching me. Felt very uncomfortable. Like I had to watch my back all the time. Will never go there again. Should be taken off Expedia list.

The AC unit was broken amd barely worked. The bathroom was dirty. Property look like you was goinv to visit a prison. Not well lighting. Too much traffic in and out. I pulled up to the location and cancelled my reservation cause I didn't feel safe. A man was outside of one of the room putting on some kind of shiny suit but never got it on. Look like two prostitute was approaching when I left. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.

BEWARE! DO NOT STAY HERE!

This place is terrible! Homeless people living in parking lot, we saw drug deals, there appeared to be hookers going in and out of rooms...like legit prostitution. The inside of the room was dirty, all furniture was broken, shower curtain was brown and nasty, lamp was broken, Bed was terrible you could feel the springs in your back, no phone in room, and jacuzzi tub did not work, Charged more than hotels quoted and it was broken, TV did not have a remote- we had to get the front desk lady to come and turn on our tv when we wanted to watch it. There was a guy with a very loud car doing repairs in front of our room at all hours of the night he was reeving his engine waking us. A $10 deposit was required for towels, you have to bring your dirty towels back at check out and they count them and give you your $10 back. Front desk lady lives on the premises. What was supposed to be a quick romantic getaway from the kids turned Into a nightmare. Checked in at 10P, could not get money back So we had to stay!

The room furniture and bath room walls have black mold. Smells horrible and AC did not work. Disgusting stains all on the sofa, bed, and curtains. This place is full of crackheads and drug dealers. The rooms were disgusting, floor was sticky. I was literally scared to take off my shoes. TVs are from the 90s and if you don’t have personal protection then don’t go, it’s unsafe. The crackheads are up at all hours so there is no sleeping. Holes in the walls, bugs in the bed, rundown rooms not just outdated. Weed smell was soo strong from the room next door you could probably get a contact high just from standing by your door, but if you want crack just go one door the other way and he will hook you up. If you have kids do not, I repeat DO NOT GO HERE!!!

The worst hotel experience I ever had. The hotel is run down looks nothing like the picture. Nothing but drug dealers and prostitution. All the hotels were full so I had no other choice. The bed was so hard. Holes in the sheets and the mattress was filthy. I went to check out and the guy at the run down front desk cussed me out over the 10 deposit for towels. I returned the towels first he tried to say one was missing then he said the towel was too dirty I told him the towel was dirty from having to wipe water off the dirty bathroom floor. Ugh! Anyway I told him look just keep the 10 I just want to get the hell out of here. He yelled at me saying get the f***k out then. Wow! The worst experience. I will never sleep here again.

As I walked into the area to pay for my room, the appearance of the front office made me change my mind completely. Traveler beware do not stay at this property!! We booked it late, last room available. Everything In the area was all booked up! Got there and the grumpy lady at the desk in the dirty, messy office( should have been my first clue) told me that “ every thing works in the room you booked but the bed is broke” the mattress and box springs were on the floor!!! They would not give it to me at a better price $169.00!! a night. We stepped into the room and it was so gross, smelled like on old moldy house that had been closed up for years! Stinky, Dirty and the bad bed on the floor was not even made! We didn’t set our stuff down, went right back to the office and I had to pay $50.00 cash to get a refund. We decided we would rather sleep in the car then that awful place!!

Great location but terrible motel... pink mold in shower tub, mattresses were very broken down (springy) it was a non smoking room but our bed sheets and pillows had what looked like old cigarette burn holes in them. It was also very noisy people playing loud music late at night and we were on the first floor and you could hear people walking above us. Also we had 3 people in our room and they refused to give enough towels stating only 2 towels are allowed per room. I won’t visit this motel again. It was not super cheap either for what we ended up getting.

I stayed here on Christmas Day.I had the room with the hot tub in it.It was fantastic!.Had a nice sleep on the large bed.Cant think of the clerk's name but she was on the shift after 3. The lady on the all nite shift was helpful 2 directing me to the sodt drink

Old motel in very bad need of upgrading. Room was not cleaned very good. we had 3 flat little pillows to sleep on. We had a non smoking room yet our bedsheets had burn holes in them. Would not recommend this place.

Dirty, its looks like you are in a jason movie...
Blood in wall, carpets, sofa, door. Theres no condition to stay.

The motel is walking distance from the beach great staff wasnt very clean though.

\"Nothing man\" Nastiest hotel i ever purchased, I just couldn't tolerate the filth check out after seeing room clerk would not refund money. . Before u spend your money ask to look at room first Please.
