While the location was convenient, there are other nearby hotels that are better for the money. We arrived and were placed on the second floor. They told me, it was quicker to access the stairs to get to the room and so I did. I get to the room (which was supposed to be a larger room) and both of my keys flash red and I hear a tv on inside of the room. I go back down and tell them all of this…they reassign the keys. I go back up, same thing except this time the tv isn’t as loud and we hear people. I go back down and they ask if I want to be assigned to 1st floor room which I agree to. Get in this tiny room…only 2 towels (4 people) and oddly when I go back to the front to get more towels they were never there. Woke up the next morning to someone playing basketball in the room above us at 7 am. Kids screaming and crying and running. Killed a small roach. The floor had not been cleaned/mopped prior to our arrival. The lighting was awful to see anything…had to go and purchase a lamp just to be able to see and also purchase towels. I’d say…if you’re wanting a better experience for the same amount of money…stay at the Econolodge. Just be sure to bring extra towels and headphones. There was no kitchen in this particular room. Also, lots of people hanging out in the parking lot/tailgating. It was peculiar but maybe it was due to the Seafood Festival at the coliseum.

I had a very disappointing stay here. The room was not clean; there was hair in both the shower and the bed, which is unacceptable. When I reported it to the front desk, the staff was rude and dismissive instead of trying to resolve the issue. To make matters worse, I was later told by a corporate office customer service agent that I had violated property rules. The agent advised that this type of situation happens to guests who raise concerns. Overall, a frustrating experience with poor customer service..

The staff was very friendly and upon entering the hotel, it had a delightful smell. Just a heads up you have to give them your tag number off of your car so they can give you a parking pass because apparently they hire a towing company to tow cars that are not supposed to be in the parking lot. There are a lot of signs posted about lock your doors and not responsible for car, break-ins, and items stole stolen. I was in town on business and had a late event and when I got back in around 1 AM there were a lot of people hanging out. Sad but not causing a disturbance. Other than that my overall state was great. The room was a tad bit dusty, but I did not notify the front desk because like I say once I got back in the room, it was 1 AM. I just laid down and went to bed. I felt safe uncomfortable. I will definitely return to this property. Kudos to the staff because they were very friendly, including the guy who was cleaning the parking lot in the morning of my checkout.

The staff was kind and helpful. The hotel has a stuffy stench to it. To check in after hours transactions occur through a window. The air conditioning was noisy. The room was very tiny with a rusted suitcase holder. There was hair leftover in the tub. The room felt cold and unwelcoming.

Room was clean. No housekeeping services offered. Responsible for getting your own clean towels daily and taking out your own trash. Didn't like the fact how people hang out in the parking lot late hours of the night. Only one ice machine in the facility half worked.

Our room was never cleaned the whole time we were there. The Staff was nice. Air Conditioning was good. Parking was not Safe at all. They had old abandon Cars sitting there and there was someone that Kept Circling the Parking lot and tried to take my daughter. I was very disappointed in this location. The hotel had an awful Smell. and someone was in to the dumster outstide in the parking lot.

It was noise both nights I don’t get no sleep . So I got up when front desk talked to the manager and all said was they cut out today . So next night the same noise every noise told her about and all said was we got alot complaints about it . I’m very upset that nothing was done about it the first definitely 2day I was at 6am leave out . If trying to get rest I don’t recommend them because u won’t sleep it smell like weed.

Paid for a nonsmoking room and was put in a smoking room with cigarette burns on the tub.
Told front staff and they swore it was a nonsmoking room and they offered cross spray the room or put an oxinator in the room for 30mins! That did not work at all!
There were no ‘no smoking’ signs at the door, like all other rooms, so this clearly was not a ‘no smoking’ room. Holes in the floors near the hallway doors, no working ice machines.

We chose this property based off the rating. It was on the beach and placed us close to the Air Force Base while we visited our son. The room was clean, the staff was friendly and responded promptly to our needs. I would definitely stay here again.

That lady with the Karen haircut has a bad attitude. She called herself trying to make it look like I was being kicked out lol, or “trespassing.” For starters, for an old coastal town, that building needs renovating. It’s towns in other Mississippi counties that invest more into their buildings than for what that property number can skyrocket to overnight; I just didn’t want to get sick packing thing up overnight, wasn’t prepared for the drop in temp & increase. There were others in same position but she was snapping & rolling her neck at me unprofessionally but that’s on brand for that property :) so no surprises! She told me “you’ve been a problem since you’ve been here!” So it’s nice to know they were already chipper and excited about my arrival from the beginning!

I booked this place because of the cleanliness reviews I kept seeing. HAIR ABSOLUTELY EVERYWHERE! Under the sheets, all over the floor, in the shower, imbedded in the towels…. everytime I used a lint roller I found new hair that wasn’t mine. Absolutely disgusting! I also had to kill two bugs within the first few hours of our stay. Completely disappointed.

Hotel is across the street from beach. Room was priced reasonably. Staff was great, Candi got us checked in without any issues! Room was clean, no problems. There was some road work going on that made it a little tricky to enter hotel parking lot the first time. Casinos right down the road. If I’m ever needing a stay in Biloxi, I would consider staying here again.

I stayed 2 nights, however, when I told them i had a dog, they have \"dog only\" rooms, so i had to wait for one of those rooms to become available.
I finally got to my room. Stayed 2 nights but i had to leave early and told my mom to go reserve another night. When she did, she was given a $78/night vs the $52/night i paid, and online the price read $68 after taxes. So i called and inquired why there is no price consistency. Candy, the manager, stated, \"Look sweetheart, the price is set.\" I told her not to call me sweetheart as its unprofessional. She said, \"well, how about you just get off my property and ill call the police now and have you arrested!\" And hung up on me. All because I had a legitimate question about pricing. I see 3 different prices, i am going to ask why, anyone would. So, Candy cant deal with justifying prices, so i was threatened and had the police called on my disabled mother. NO ONE should ever be treated like this.

The staff was great. Hotel was so so. We had a leak in our room from the room above us our second night there. The staff was super nice about it when we told them. The first night we were there there was a disturbance outside around midnight. Someone was blowing the horn in a truck. The hotel itself was very nice and did all they could and should have to make them stop.

I am extremely disappointed with my stay at this hotel. What was supposed to be a premium room turned into a frustrating and uncomfortable experience.

First, there were three roaches in the room during my stay. That alone is unacceptable for any hotel, especially one advertising premium accommodations.

To make matters worse, the room was located right next to the lobby coffee station and a staff door. Every morning, I was woken up early by guests loudly getting coffee and staff repeatedly slamming the door. I barely slept either night because of the constant noise. A premium room should not be placed in one of the busiest and loudest areas of the hotel.

When I attempted to speak with the manager about these issues, she was completely dismissive and showed no concern. After I called the corporate 800 number to file a complaint, the manager then claimed I had “broken policy”—a policy that was never mentioned to me and one that I absolutely did not break.

I also asked if I could extend my stay one more night in a different room to avoid the noise and issues. I was told the hotel was completely booked and that it was not possible. However, moments later, the guests behind us were told they could extend their stay for an additional night. That inconsistency was extremely concerning.

Overall, the lack of cleanliness, poor room placement, constant noise, and dismissive management made this the worst hotel experiences I’ve had. I would not recommend staying here.

So, why not 5 stars? I mean, it’s a Motel 6, so it’s very basic. Will I stay here again? Yes, I will. Do I recommend it? Yes, I do, but temper your expectations.

They were doing remodeling above us. Thumping and sawing for 3 nights...no sleep....never saw housekeeping. Used same towels for 4 days, no trash emptied nor clean sheets...dirty elevators, ice machine on our floor didnt work...Altercation in room across from us..called desk 3 times no answer..hotel called police. Road construction had drive blocked. Had to go around back to get in...only a tiny bar or soap...no amenities

Don’t skimp just spend a lil more and be happy somewhere else - sure it’s across from beach but that’s it ! Lots of pot smoking outside lots and lots of pets that the owners don’t pick up after so don’t tread thru grass, no words to describe the lack of a bed and noises all night coming thru room !

There was no desk chair, very important as I work remote, I paid the couple of extra dollars to get a premium room as it had listed a microwave and fridge, there was a mini fridge with a great deal of ice build up in the back of the freezer and no microwave.My husband went downstairs to inquire about the microwave as we brought our own food, he brought back a microwave with no glass inside. On day One I noticed a-lot of water near the shower and thought it was my teen not closing the shower curtain. Turns out the toilet leaked from the tank every time you flushed the toilet. We let the room cleaner know and no-one ever said anything to us nor fixed it.
First night was like spending the night in the animal shelter, dogs barking and yapping all night. We solved this by picking up ear plugs from the local walmart.
The wet dog smell eventually became silent as we got us to it.
The front staff were friendly they did give my husband the glass plate for the microwave when he went back down but there was no spinny thing so it just flopped side to side.
It is in a fantastic location right across from the beach. It could use some sprucing and cleaning.

I booked this room for my son and when he checked in, they sent him to a room that already had somebody in it. Got him a new room. I tried to cut the trip short and check out the next day, but I had already paid for four nights. They wouldn’t let my booking agency give me a refund for the unused nights and they told the booking agency that my son was still in the room when he had clearly checked out the next morning. In other words, they lied to keep money for a room that nobody was staying in
