The room and parking lot were both clean and well maintained. It is in a safe location, and convenient to drive thru and sit-down dining. No continental breakfast, but the drive thrus are nearby. I wish there were 2 soap bars, one for the sink and another for the shower, as the shampoo and hair conditioner pump bottles were the only things in the bath/shower. The check-in and check-out were quick and pleasant. My room, on the first floor was quiet. I felt very safe here. The pillows were comfy and the a/c was not too noisy.

It’s an older hotel that’s been around for quite a while. There’s no breakfast area only a small area for coffee. The elevator is on one end of the hotel and your room is 38 rooms down to the end of the hall on the other end of the hotel. It’s kind of inconvenient, but the staff was very good. Very helpful. It’s just the hotels laid out kind of strange good view though like people working there there.

This property seems to be work housing for Union Pacific so is very minimal in amenities outside what's in your room. It was fine for my purposes but I was surprised by how little they had as far small lobby, no business center, no breakfast, no common area, etc.

Price was fair given the dates stayed and room was comfortable.

The room was tiny with the bed crammed up against the wall. No bath tub, so small the bathroom door blocked the hallway into the bedroom, no breakfast just coffee and the coffee ran out. We asked for water for our truck and got an upset employee over it. The most expensive place we stayed and the worst accomodations. Will never stay there again.

The coffee tho the ronchy face lady coming out of the elevator who didn't speak American upset my future ex wife but well ya and I enjoyed how quiet it was or I'm going Deaf either way I slept good at least for the amount I was able to sleep during my trip but that's not your fault it's that my employees don't leave me alone long enough to sleep since I have companies in several time zones around the world so 4 hour is pretty good for my life style ow and did 8 mention the coffee I was also quite surprised that the professional cleaning technician was happy and kind to give us clean towels without robbing me or taking suvinears witch I truly do appreciate because believe it or not it adds up and gets annoying at times getting robbed by hotel employees I think the morning lady might of recognized me the one with the crazy reddish hair and the lady who checked us out was really nice in all it was a wonderful stay even tho I was sure it wasn't going to be at first

Bed sheets had some stain on sheet, it was clean though, shower was so tight and needs alot of updating, they could do without carpet and shower head and water pressure sucked really, really bad. I will never stay there again, it was ok and it felt safe but I couldn’t get past a bad vibe, like something is strange on this property.

This property needs some serious updating. There are no usable plugins. There is one usable USB port on the desk. The are no bedside lamps for reading at night, only the overhead lights. We were a party of 2 with 2 electric tooth brushes, 2 Kindles, 2 computers and 2 phones all of which need charging after a couple of days on the road.

Adequate accommodations for a one-night stay with friends traveling between San Francisco Bay Area and Yellowstone National Park. Visited the property on the way to the Park and made reservation for the return stay. Very friendly and accommodating staff on both occasions (thanks to Kenneth, Ellis, and Jenny ?)
Spacious rooms with comfortable beds. The property location is convenient to freeway, shopping, restaurants. We were 2 couples had 2 rooms and happy with our stay. The general previous travelers review rating was lower than what we experienced. I would rate it 8.5 out of 10.

The staff (Especially Ellia and Kenneth), they both bent over backwards to help when needed), they were very welcoming, helpful and informational, the only down fall, I went to cook some steaks on the grill and there was a sworn of bees inside the grill, the steaks where ruined and since I could not produce a receipt, I could not get reimbursed (they were 18 a piece and I had 2), other than that, it is a great place to stay and I HIGHLY recommend staying.

The bed was horrible!! We had 2 queen beds and I tried all 4 places to sleep. 3 of the 4 were broken down and so mushy that my back was aching after sleeping a couple of hours so I moved to the far side of the other bed in the middle of the night.

hard bed. dirty bathroom. noisy until 2:30 am. only one night stand. cpap users need nightstand on either side of the bed as some people sleep left some people sleep right-side. Microwave on top of tiny fridge. Just a low-class hotel for the price.

I had to correct my reservation when I got there even though I had talked to the hotel on 3 different occasions and confirmed the details over the phone. After the first night I asked for extra TPO and to fix our television when they came and cleaned the room. They brought extra TP and fixed the TV as requested but did not clean the room or replace towels. They did the bare minimum which I could have received at Motel 6 for half the money.

Priced right, but needs some upgrades

The room was okay for the most part... very small for a 2 bed.
Heater is out dated(from the 1980s), we fought temp control most of the night. Freezing/Roasting.
The bathroom is extremely tiny with just the toilet and tub/shower, toilet didn't want to flush most of the time, sink is in the main room.
This location doesn't offer breakfast and there is no coffee pot in the room. For the price of the night it was okay, I personally wouldn't stay more than 1 night.

Friendly, helpful staff. The room was fairly large. This is a reasonably priced OK hotel for the money. Bed spread had some black smudges that wiped off. Otherwise the rest of the bed linens seemed clean. No bedside tables with lamps which was disappointing. Only one side had electrical outlets. Water tasted bad. Looking back on the advertising, there was no listing for coffee maker in room or free breakfast. The room had a hair dryer and an iron (not sure anyone ever uses those) It just seemed odd that there would not even be a coffee machine. In summary, it was probably an ok room for the money. However, I don't think we will stay there again and will opt instead for more amenities.

This property was under going renovation to the exterior. There was allot of the parking lot taking over by construction workers and their equipment. Never would have booked a room here had I known this was going on. Also, the area didn't seem very safe. Had lots of signs in the parking lot that stated the hotel was not responsible for auto thefts or stolen property from vehicles. The room was OK, but didnt smell clean. Had an odor. Would not recommend staying here.

I was here for ten days. Drain didnt work in the bath tub. My son flew me in to watch his 1 year old. A Bath is a necessity . I made it work with some plastic sheets I had from a meal. I asked every day for the tub to be fixed and kept being told maintenance wasnt in. When I checked in the room was SUPER dirty. Like they didnt even vaccum. Since my grandson took his first step in that room it was imperative they cleaned it. On the sixth day they finally sent someone ,after asking everyday to vacuum the room. My son had bought me a vacuum that after noon. When she was done I ran my vacuum and it collected MASSIVE dust and dirt. I contacted front desk and they said we only service room when customers checked in. I asked for them to check notes of when I checked in because I had asked every day including upon checkin that the room was super dirty.

NOTHING A CAN of lysol didnt sanitize but it was still dirty. Just super dissapointed .
