They said it would be a quick fix… After coming form the iguazu falls all day… it was not fixed, it was still leaking. We asked for it to be fixed and changed from the room. They said they will fixed it. We went to dinner and our for a couple for hours. It was still not fixed. We demanded again to be changed from the room, we finally got a new room. They new room was less dirty but the bathroom was covered in mold.
At all of this for on a 2 day trip.
There was only 1 person that was nice from the staff. The rest was very rude and very “ugh attitude”. As we kept going to the front desk other customer where showing up for the same reason.

Good hotel for the price. The breakfast time was chaos. Disorganized. It is a family hotel, so it is really noisy, lots of kids and teenagers around yelling in the pool and lobby area.

We had a nice days relaxed sitting by the pool. Our room was good and clean. Breakfast was a big buffet with many choices. The hotel is in the middle of the town easy to walk to shops. Big car park and secure.

Hotel de forma geral é bom, mas o som dos corredores é bastante alto, as paredes são finas, sem isolamento acústico, houve-se muito o barulho do abre e fecha portas dos quartos. Localização muito boa, não precisa usar carro, bem próximo da feirinha. Café da manhã bom.

Hotel antigo, sem cuidados como por exemplo torneira do banheiro soltando, banheira antiga encardida, cabelo grudado no azulejo, quarto e moveis em geral bem antigos, cheiro de mofo, nem papel tinha no banheiro, tive que ficar pedindo, o unico ponto possitivo é que fica proximo a feirinha, se não fosse isso acho que teria falido, quebra o galho mas o hotel é ruim!

Hotel viejo, lleno de grupos de tours, mucho ruido. No servía mi A.C, se apagaba y prendía solo. Fueron al cuarto a intentar repararlo pero nunca pudieron y mejor lo apagaron definitivamente.
Agradecer al personal siempre atento, de hecho nos dieron habitación antes sin costo porque teníamos que correr a las Cataratas.

La verdad que muy mala atención.
Las areas comunes del hotel no tienen aire acondicionado,además hay feo olor. Las habitaciones muy viejas y en mal estado, las sabanas viejas y las toallas manchadas y con agujeros. Las habitaciones \"Standard\" son mucho menos que eso. El baño tiene poquisima ventilacion y a la ducha le faltaba un pedazo de mampara asi que le pusieron una cortina plástica que no llegaba a tapar la bañera,por lo tanto se llenaba de agua el piso. Bajé dos veces a cambiar los controles de la tv y el aire porque no funcionaban. Ademas, para llegar al 3er piso no hay ascensores que te lleven del 1ro al 3ro, solo se accede por unas escaleras MUY angostas.
La pileta es chica para la cantidad de habitaciones, asi que despues del mediodía ya está sucia y no hay reposeras disponibles si vas despues de las 11 am..
En el desayuno sirven lo del dia anterior, el jamon todo aguado y las medialunas duras y sin sabor.
Si pensas ir a descansar, no es el lugar, los pasillos del hotel son ruidosos, en la pileta hay musica (cumbia) todo el dia y un detalle, cuando una puerta queda mal cerrada, empieza a sonar una alarma muy molesta...asi que si alguien deja abierta de madrugada la puerta de su habitación...probablemente te despierte.

Los espacios de uso común eran buenos, bien mantenidos, pero las habitaciones muy antiguas, tanto la decoración como las toallas y cubrecamas tenían manchas y algunas estaban rotas. Faltaban servicios básicos que cualquier hotel brinda hasta en la más barata de sus habitaciones. El desayuno fue lo mejor y la limpieza también. Nos quedamos sin agua caliente un día pero lo solucionaron rápido. Por la relación precio calidad no volvería.

El precio no es acorde a los servicios globales que otorgan. Terminé en ese hotel luego de que otro hotel cancelara la reserva en un fin de semana largo, el precio del hotel fue del doble. La habitación y el hotel están desmejorados (las fotos no eran actuales), si bien tenía buena limpieza y Buffet. Tampoco había claridad con los servicios finales: si bien no era intención hacer uso de la pileta, no se aclaró que el mismo estaba en refacciones.
