Perched high on a hill, this splendid hotel enjoys breath-taking views over the Iguazu River and Puerto de Iguazu, less than 43 kilometres from Iguazu National Park and within walking distance from the city centre, this magnificent hotel is an excellent choice for all kinds of travellers. Its unbeatable location will be a great advantage to all those who wish to discover the beauty of this stunning natural spot.

The complex offers comfortable and spacious guest rooms. All of them are sumptuously appointed and well-equipped with modern amenities.

The property features a glamorous restaurant overlooking the Iguazu River and serving exquisite regional specialities. Guests may also have a drink or enjoy delicious pastries in one of two snug on-site bars.

The establishment also features a swimming pool and wellness centre, children's playground, entertainment room, gym and versatile meeting facilities. From June 11th until 25th , we will be carrying out the annual maintenance of our semi – Olympic swimming pool.

Although this area will not be available, you will be able to enjoy our open-air heated Roman bath. Ecotax on Tourism:Municipal Ordinance N° 54/2015 of the ECOTASA TURÍSTICA.

It establishes that all tourists staying in establishments of the Municipal Jurisdiction pay a Tourist Eco-tax of AR$ 2000 per tourist per night, subject to change without prior notice by the Municipality of Puerto Iguazú.

This hotel has beautiful views and overall I enjoyed my stay. The pool area is lovely. There are a few strange things, for example, they don't provide any safe drinking water. Even to fill up your own bottle you have to pay a dollar. The staff tell you not to drink the tap water. I got locked in my room because the door handle broke. I couldn't call reception because the phone didn't work. Luckily I had their WhatsApp to contact them. The staff were neither surprised nor apologetic so I got the impression this was a common occurrence. They fixed it and it was fine. Overall I enjoyed my stay. I might stay again. It was just a bit weird.

Aldana AM reception went above & beyond helping me to contact my airport pick up company after a misunderstanding. I am so grateful for her patience & aid!. The grounds_pool area are so impeccable 👌 I fell in.love since I saw pictures of it online. Didn't disappoint. No complaints at all.

Hotel is very clean. There are handicap grab bars and a ramp into the restaurant. The bathroom in the room also has safety grab bars, something which we really appreciated. The restaurant serves delicious and ample breakfast, a delicious lunch and dinner. We really liked the beet salad appetizer and the milanesa. We also had wine following the suggestion of our server and it was perfect. All of the hotel staff was very attentive. Kudos! On the negative side, the tub and sink in the bathroom were dated, but that fact did not impact our stay negatively. We would return to this hotel without a doubt. Highly recommended, 5/5.

Great place to start the evening with a sunset view by the pool, or to end the evening with a nightcap. Very close to downtown area with fun bars and restaurants. The rooms were a bit dated but ok - but the real gem is the property itself and the amazing location! Would definitely stay here again.

I have never experienced such attentive and accommodating staff before staying at Panoramic Grand. The restaurant staff made special accomodations gor my wife's diet without having to ask each time. I wouldn't ever expect this, but it definitely shows their level of service.
They made sure we had some breakfast and transportation for an early flight.The grounds are beautifully maintained.

This property is lovely and quiet. I had the pool to myself and there was silence around me. Iguazu falls are busy so it’s nice to come back to this. This hotel is walkable to all the shops and restaurants. You get a great view of Brazil and Paraguay from the property. It’s close to the port of you want to take a boat across to Paraguay. The only criticism would be the dinning - breakfast was okay but could be better- had to pay a little extra for soggy pouched eggs. The dinner - improvement needed here too. I felt like going in the kitchen to show them what to do. The town is so close and buzzing so better to go there instead.

The Panoramic Grande Hotel was a very comfortable and quiet place for us to stay. The staff was very helpful in every way, especially with suggestions for dinner and taxis. We stayed on the fourth floor facing the rivers and had amazing views at sunset from our balcony. There were many places to eat in walking distance. We would definitely stay at this hotel again if we stayed in Puerto Iguazu, however the view of the falls is much better from the Brazilian side.

This is a difficult property to rate. The entire community has had a hard time coming out of Covid. There are tiles coming off the wall that needed repair. The staff is the best. They always want to help and they show it with a smile and their actions, the breakfast left a little bit to be desired. The eggs were watery. I don’t know what they cooked them in, but they were bland. They put a lot of food. However, the fruit is the best part of the breakfast. The bread was stale. In the evening the selection was pretty good. I just wish that the staff who didn’t understand English would question us by asking us to point what we wanted. You can’t find better prices in overseas than these. I would probably stay there again. The grounds the pool, etc. were terrific well maintained.

We absolutely loved staying at the hotel; the room was very spacious, clean and the house keeping very prompt and friendly. Overall staff was extremely helpful and friendly and accommodating. They even gave us the opportunity to stay in another room for the night because of the noise of a night long party in the neighborhood. Really nice property in a great location. Nice setting along the river and near the bulk of the activity during the evenings...an easy 2 block walk around the corner. Rooms nicely done. Was grateful they offered me an early check-in so i could refresh and head straight to Iguazu Falls. Breakfast buffet was sufficient. Had an evening flight out so i enjoyed the pool for my last afternoon and then was able to use the spa to shower prior to flying out. Really lovely, super helpful staff. They will happily arrange taxis and store luggage if needed. Would definitely stay here again.

We spent 3 nights at the Panoramic Grand. The staff was wonderful and made the experience worthwhile. Our favorite way to end each of our days at the falls was watching the sunset on the outdoor patio with a glass of wine. The location is right by restaurants in town and a short walk from the bus station that was convenient for seeing the falls on both sides of the river. We would love to come back and stay here during the summer season.

Wonderful staff

We, retired couple, stayed 5 days in a river view with balcony room. From the balcony with 2 chairs and a table, one could see 3 countries and 2 rivers. Storage was on closet shelves. Bathroom was large with a bidet. Room was clean and bed comfortable. The pool area is wonderful and has a bar and food service. Breakfast was good and included hot items like scrambled eggs and bacon. Inside was a lobby bar which served food and drinks and a more formal restaurant. We used a translate app for the Spanish language menu. Best of all was the service, which was very friendly. Everyone at the hotel greeted you with a welcoming smile. We used the hotel staff to arrange transport to the falls, Airports, Argentina, Brazil, and to Paraguay. Fabian at the desk was particularly helpful. With the present value of the US dollar, our stay was very reasonable and the hotel a great value. One minor suggestion for those whose Spanish is weak, menus in English would be a plus. We thank the staff for a wonderful 5 days.

Room was very small only 1 place to put a piece of luggage. Bathroom was also small and the sink plus bathroom fixtures need updating. Bothersome was their green policy, unless you leave the towels on the floor they are not being replaced.

Nice property right on the river with a lovely view. Our only complaint was the service at the front desk - when we arrived, we asked to book a return airport transfer so that we wouldn't forget. When we checked out, we noticed the transfer wasn't on our bill so we double checked - it had not been reserved. Luckily, we were leaving later that day but that could have been a big issue, as we were tight on time when we came back from a tour. The staff were amazing and couldn’t do enough for us. I was feeling unwell do they gave us a Kate checkout until 3pm! The restaurant food was very good and very reasonably priced. The view from our room was beautiful as was the view from the very nice pool!

Nice property in Argentine side of Iguazu Falls

Room was very comfortable and spacious, but we were told they were giving us a river view because we were VIPs and instead we had a room in the back of the hotel with absolutely no view. Restaurant and bar staff were extremely courteous and friendly but slow. Food was excellent and breakfast had a very good variety of items. Pool was nice and Spa is being updated, but services are offered at another location in the hotel. Overall it was a good property to stay at. Very clean and peaceful.

Well located, close to all attractions and restaurants in town, just across Brazil if you want to cross the bridge.
Cold and hot pools to relax after you come back from an exhausting adventure day.
Food is also very good at the hotel but there are other options in town 2 blocks away.
Rooms are clean and well maintained.
Staff is very friendly.
