One big problem. A bad breakfast. Stale cereal. No veggies. Stale bread. Eggs that you just can’t get yourself to eat. Mediocre coffee. Too bad. Better to provide a solid breakfast

Our room was clean and nicely appointed. We arrived late in the evening and the check in was easily completed and we were personally escorted to our room.
The next morning we had the complimentary breakfast which was fresh, delicious, and contained a large variety of items.

Bueno, pero esperaba algo un poco mejor, comenzando por el ingreso, donde el de la entrada indico ir \"por ahi\" y unos remiseros diciendo que \"por ahi no\" que bloqueaba el paso... Bastante falto de mantenimiento, ni una sola canilla en buenas condiciones, algunas incluso, sin poder abrir. El resto, bien, aunque con muy pero muy pocas opciones. Toco un dia lluvioso, no cuentan con un espacio cubierto, para ir del auto al resto, un semi techo hubiese sido genial. Al hacer checkout, se pueden usar las instalaciones del lugar... pero no podes ni tomar un agua, porque solo admiten cargos a habitación...

The a/c was leaking onto this light fixture, the room was nice loved the balcony looking into the lush vegetation. The restaurant was fantastic, breakfast was another story, you couldn’t serve yourself (buffet style) the cereal etc side you could but not the fruits cheese or ham side. The only eggs served are scrambled. The hostess the first day was not very friendly but day 2 and 3 this younger much friendlier hostess took great care of us!!

Decent mid-level hotel

It was like being in a loft in the rainforest; the room was spacious and the bed comfortable; the room had a wall of windows to the jungle and a small balcony into the forest; we had both sun and a rainforest downpour, which was kind of cozy in the room. We stayed for two nights to visit the Iguazu Falls on both sides of the border (definitely go to Brazil!). The hotel has seen better days; the bathroom was dated and that might have been where you could see the age the most -- though the layout of the property was somewhat grand, with space between buildings that house the rooms, another that had the restaurant, and a separate area for the pool and some play area for kids. The breakfast was a bit limited and had attendants serving small portions at the buffet, probably because people have taken advantage of the free breakfast; but the options were somewhat limited and the fruit was not terribly fresh or ripe. It was nice to have a pool to jump into and the temperature was good; no hot tub. The location was driving distance to the small, somewhat rundown town. Once you go over the border into Brazil, it's a whole different economic reality; much more development, money and infrastructure. The price was good so the value was decent.

Beautiful Area

A beautiful area with loads of opportunities to improve. Breakfast is good and meals from menu average to good, guess it depends whose working in the kitchen. I had a great cheese burger!! There is a challenge with noise pollution when there’s screaming children / parents. There was also very loud music from somewhere the Thu night until about 2am. Not sure if there’s a club adjacent to the National Park. They should put parents with kids separate from couples. The layout allows for that. Lovely staff with everyone trying to recover from the economic impact of covid. Very well maintained property and very clean. Pool is under renovation for summer. Pet friendly attitude definitely 5 stars. We had our little pug Charlie with us and it was a breeze. I enjoyed my stay very much and will visit again .

Beautiful grounds but location is far from main road and any market or restaurants. It’s a 30 minute walk to the main road and can only be done during the day since there’s no street lights. There is taxi service at the hotel but they only take cash and there’s no currency exchange anywhere near. The rooms are very spartan, not even a coffee maker or electric tea kettle, no cups. The restaurant at the hotel does not serve between 10 am and noon. The lunch menu is pretty limited and the food quality is not great at lunch. But their breakfast buffet and dinner menu are excellent. Also, the loud Latin pop music playing at the restaurant during the day killed the great ambience of the beautiful grounds. I’d rather hear the birds singing. Breakfast is included with the room rate. Overall a good experience though.

The hotel cataratas was ok. For 2 days in a row there was *no* hot water in the shower - in 10 degree it's not nice. The restaurant was ok, but not exelant. We wish and ask the reception to move in our first hour to a room with a view - they said come tomorrow but didn't move us. Nice view, good location

They send me to another lower quality hotel!

I booked 2 nights Herr but when we arrived they send us to another hotel because they had a problem with water heating... and the replacement hotel was of lower quality. If you had the same experience pleas tell so other clients will know about this practice.
Staff was nice... but my experience changing between 2 hotels (because we came back next say) and the 1 night on the other hotel was not good.

We loved the food, we loved the room, and the service was VERY helpful. Only downside was how secluded it was...you have to take taxis to get anywhere, and the only food was at the restaurant. So it's terrific if you want to relax and eat right next to your room after a day at the falls, not great if you want to explore or see nightlife.

O hotel é excelente, os quartos são grandes e confortáveis, somente o banheiro tem um cheiro ruim de xixi que vem do ralo, pois acho que é utilizado fossa. Tirando isso muito bom, os funcionários são bem solícitos e o ambiente é muito agradável.

The Village is quite secluded and difficult to access. The Wi-Fi did not work in our appartment at all. The appartement was fine. The hamac was old and dangerous. The small bed was very small and has spider and dust. The larger bed was better. The larger bathroom was OK. Generally, the whole place is very basic. The pool is nice and the breakfast was good. The staff were helpful and also provided transport (for a fee) to the town nearby.

This is an ok hotel for the price on all parameters. In the description it says that it is located in connection with a shopping centre. That is a mistake. The location is not within walking distance of any shops.

Buena estadia, excelente personal!

El hotel esta un poco descuidado, la atencion es excelente la verdad, el personal es muy bueno, muy amable, siempre dispuestos, Mercedes, Eugenia del restaurante excelentes!
La Comida tenes que saber elegir, por que no todo es rico, las carnes muy buenas, pero las pastas mas o menos.
El servicio de taxis impecable! todos los que nos llevaron un 10! solo siento que el hotel esta un poco viejo.

Mas sempre tem pontos de melhoria:
- climatizador não deu conta devidos as altas temperaturas (acima de 35°C)
- lençois estavam mal cheirosos.

En general muy bien. Nos pudieron hacer early check in. El servicio de traslado del aeropuerto estuvo bien. Ellos también ofrecen servicio de traslado a otros lugares pero no dieron toda la información de precios y al final salieron con valores no acordados.

Tilbaketrukket hotell midt i jungelen. Stille og herlig sted. Fine rom og veldig god service.
Lunsjmenyen ved bassenget var ikke noe å skryte av, men A la carte på kvelden var veldig godt. Det er ekstremt lytt mellom rommene, så noe støy til tider. Anbefaler å bo her, heller enn inne i sentrum. De tilbyr kjøretjeneste til en ok pris, både til/fra byen og flyplassen.

O hotel fica localizado no meio da selva e por esse motivo é uma experiência única. Ficamos num quarto um pouco afastado da sede e da piscina, o que nos deu muita privacidade, mas que dificultou um pouco a locomoção, pois as passarelas são descobertas. Pegamos um temporal em uma das noites e ficamos ilhados. Os quartos são grandes, a cama também e extremamente confortável. O banheiro precisa de pequenas manutenções, alguns equipamentos estão enferrujados e a falta de box na área de chuveiro faz com que o banheiro fique um pouco molhado após o banho. A piscina é muita agradável, dispõe de cadeiras com colchonete, toalhas e um bar que serve bebidas e algumas opções em comida. Chegue cedo na piscina, pois costuma encher e você poderá ficar sem cadeiras e sem lugar na sombra. O atendimento na piscina é HORRÍVEL, o atendente parece ter má vontade, principalmente se você for brasileiro. Esperamos quase uma hora por uma cerveja e uma caipirinha. A comida é gostosa e tem um preço aceitável, almoçamos um salada e camarões grelhados e pagamos cerca de 400 pesos. A localização do hotel é boa, fica a 10 minutos do centro de Puerto Iguazu de carro. No geral, recomendo o hotel.

Me surpreendeu a limpeza, qualidade das camas e lençol. Local bem agradável no meio da mata, bem perto da aduana, de fácil acesso. A camareira de vez em quando esquecia de repor toalhas e papel higienico, porém relevante! Na piscina tem um rapaz (Sergio) que presta um excelente serviço com agilidade e cortesia. Wifi com hotel cheio fica meio devagar, mas funciona!
